7961  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Gambler's way on: January 05, 2018, 10:13:42 AM
since bitcoin was introduced to me few years ago i've got this thing in mind
is gambling really about luck or can you beat the house using maths and probability?

well as for my i always YOLO bet a lot and sometimes it's working fine but most of the time it's not
i tried also using lowbets with strategy , mostly on dice autobetting, it seems fine but kinda boring, seems okay but it will bust in a time
so do you think gambling is about luck or you can beat the house with strat?

How is this question even related to bitcoin? This is a normal question that every gambler always has on his mind, and answer is its always down to luck, by maths and probability you're referring to martingale theory many have tried, many have failed some lucky one's have made a killing to. So it's more about luck than any other things in this world, I don't think maths really plays that big role.
7962  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When do you know its time to Stop? on: January 05, 2018, 03:43:13 AM
If you have a high tendency to not stop until busting, then I came across these tips which do help:

  • Don't put all your available bankroll directly in the game (in case you're using deposits). Leave always at least half outside as a security measure if you go bust.
  • One must stop after reaching a certain goal, The goal should be predetermined and shouldn't be changed during the play.
  • If you're doing really good, withdraw part of your earnings (if you can, ofc) to avoid losing it all in one go.

Having a big bankroll can make you feel falsely safe in that "oh I'll just keep increasing my bet until I win" but alas, the 30 reds in a row do exist, and will come. Do not let them take it all.

The goal you make should be realistic and firm, Don't change it or else be prepared to face bad consequences.

You gotta fight back the voice that screams inside your brain "Come on, double again and we recover!".

Nice tips, but all the tips in the world don't work until one seriously wishes it to work. Gambling requires some serious self discipline especially whenever things don't go your way, it's at this point where a gambler is at his weak spot, whether to play or quit. I have always advocated for a budget based gambling and having someone close to you who can control you is needed.
7963  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fair online casino? on: January 04, 2018, 12:47:18 PM
what makes you trust an online casino?
 Huh Huh

Before I answer this question, you're wearing the signature of chipmaker why are you wearing it, if you don't trust it? An online casino is best judged by the review it gets. For each and every casino here they have a Ann, read it see what users are posting, plus to save you trouble best Casinos are Prime Dice, Bitdice, Chipmaker, FortuneJack rest avoid, pick any of the casino, however if you like graphics and more games Bitdice is the place for you. You should avoid new casinos, and only go for old ones.
7964  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin worth it or not? on: January 04, 2018, 12:42:01 PM
Hi guys!

iam kind of noob of this bitcoins and i have some questions i need to have answer on.

is it worth to invest right now? do guys think its gonna rise up much more or just crash?

should i buy btc, or just mine it by my self?

best regards

Investing in Bitcoins is always a good idea but take all the advices you recieve here with a pinch of salt, no one here can predict the price of the coins, no one can predict anything, all we do here is be positive that it grows. Should you invest, start with your surplus investments, but remember each transaction buying and selling incurs high fees and time, is bitcoin legal no they're not so check your country laws. Should you mine, he'll no you'll end up paying electric bills more than you can earn.
7965  Economy / Gambling / Re: What is the best bitcoin casino? on: January 04, 2018, 09:10:41 AM
I have played on Pd, Rollio and then Bitdice while Pd is really good, it's been there for a long time, but once you start playing at bitdice you have to admit it's really good, one I really like the graphics which they keep on updating over a period of time. Plus there are so many games one can choose, I call it gambler's paradise. Then one important fact is I hardly have seen any one complaint about them, and their ico was one of the most successful ico ever for a gambling site.
7966  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: bitcoin or ripple ? on: January 04, 2018, 08:59:29 AM
guys

whats do you think and why ?

i mean in the next 2-5 years
whats your word ?

Bitcoin will always be there so accumulating it for the long term is always good, however I would recommend to diversify, I have over the past year only focused on bitcoin, but now I feel one should buy ripple and other alts to diversify one's portfolio, cause I see a huge demand for alts and as one can see people are moving away from bitcoin, so it's a safe bet. However be careful which alt you choose at it can be very risky
7967  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitDice Casino V4 MOST ADVANCED, SECURE, PACESETTER CASINO. TON OF EVENTS COMING on: January 04, 2018, 03:33:23 AM
this is a wonderful gambling i ever seen because they have treasure i love it.

I like the site most because of graphic and colors.

Not only because of graphic and colors but also it is a long running gambling platform.

I think it's good to sometimes have use see these kinds of posts every once in a while. The longer we stay in gambling, and in crypto, the more used we have become to a lot of sites looking the same, and we tend to prioritize things like speed, provably fairness, even fees and competitions. But it's easy to forget that when we were new, one of the things that attracted us to games are... how they looked! And I'm happy to say BitDice hasn't forgotten about that. What people see and perceive as beauty can mean a lot to the newcomers, sometimes the only thing that makes them decide to stay.

Yeah, I admit it too that bitdice have really good eye catching site but still when it comes to design, everyone has different perspective. And mostly when they found out that they are losing on particular site some of them do not even thinking about coming back again eventhough it has good design and how they even looked. Because some of them are trying to earn on gambling, only less people are having fun with it

Yes Bitdice loves their design very much, some of the old sites don't have that flashy colours or calming effect that bitdice has. The best part is that they keep on improving and bring constant updates to the sites. I'm sure they'll do something special for 2018 and hopefully they'll win the 2018 gambling award let's make this happen.
7968  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: January 03, 2018, 05:00:10 AM
I believe hazards may not make Madrid transfer cause then they loose asensio and that brought Zidane and Perez to loggerheads, with RM struggling I guess Zidane shall be sacked if PSG thrashes them. Also Ronaldo is a all but done deal to Manchester United, thought at this age, he'll have more commercial value than as first team player. Mkitayan and Fellini both to depart for good.
7969  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: January 02, 2018, 11:34:44 AM
LOTTERY ROUND 135
This round, the winner with the lowest number of tickets is #10 with 20 tickets.
#1 won 0.86325211 BTC with 3,124 tickets.

This sites lottery system is always a hot topic, I used to buy lot of lottery but I never won so I stopped buying, then there were people on this forum who said they won the lottery and that's was nice to see, for me I won the 9999 number that's only close I came to winning big on the site, but yet I like this site, though now due to low facuets I quit it, it's yet one of the best sites for every one free facuets, free interest, one can't really complain.
7970  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: January 02, 2018, 11:30:35 AM
Tomorrow second T20 match between WI and NZ teams. As we already know that WI currently very bad position to win any kind of cricket matches like whether it may be test match, one-day or short format game T20. They already lost first match in this T20 series and I believe they will lose tomorrow as well so we may bet a small amount on this match to make some profit.
We can't go with just NZ in this game because it is a T20 match we can't predict this game that much easier. I agree that WI is not in good form and they are not capable of winning this game. Still I don't take a risk in this game why because WI can have many pinch hitters in there team. NZ will have a 90% chance to win this game and WI is 10%.

You forgot to account for rain in the equation. Tongue New Zealand started very strongly, scoring 102/4 in just 9 overs. Colin Munro was unbeaten on 66 of just 23 balls. You don't often see a batsman going at a strike rate of almost 300! New Zealand would have been firm favourites in this one, if rain had not intervened.

That's why I always say that even in sports betting we need some luck to win our bets. In this short format game, we can see those high scores and maybe they already knew that rain is going to lessen the game time so they put their maximum effort to score more runs but finally rain washed away complete match. The last T20 match is tomorrow and If the match goes on then NZ will win the match.

Correct without luck we will not win any bets on gambling. I think many gamblers lost their money to bet on this game. It was expected match people thought NZ would win this game. And the odds also low so if people put the high amount to make any decent profit, for them, it was a big loss.

Had this match pursued it would have gone either way, but then no one can ever predict when it will rain or it won't rain. It's really difficult to get such things right, though the odd for rains are always high, one can never get it right. So my question is what happens when one takes a call on other team winning and it rains that means people who picked up a draw wins, so is our money forfeited or do we get a refund, this question always confuses me.
7971  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Tax For Norway on: January 02, 2018, 09:07:05 AM
"The Norwegian government stated in February 2017 that they would not levy VAT on the purchase or sale of bitcoin.[135]"

Hi, hope you guys are keen on helping me.I got that information from Wikipedia.

By" sale " does it mean selling your bitcoin for money would not be taxed or no need to inform the tax offfice? That sounds too good to be true.... I know you don't need to pay VAT for buying Bitcoins in Norway which is excellent for Bitcoin buyers in Norway . But how do you define " sale"  selling and trading? anybody can help to explain it? Thanks in advance.

From what you posted I can understand is there is no tax on bitcoin in Norway and, if there no tax law or any kind of notification saying that there is tax, I don't think you should even worry about paying any kind of taxes. People buy Bitcoin because they choose not to pay taxes. So if you're buying and selling in cash you don't need to worry. Now if you're buying from a exchange that has your legal documents you could show it as a assect and pay tax on short or long term
However according to me there is no need to pay taxes.
7972  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: January 01, 2018, 11:26:51 AM

Anyway, I would expect some unpredictable results for these midweek fixtures since the players could be so fatigued due to their schedule by now.

Premier league really has hectic schedule around New Year. Yesterday Arsenal played finished with their game and closed one gameweek and today we already have another one starting at 13:30. Most teams are playing games every 2 days. Impossible for players to recuperate, but great for us, the supporters Smiley

It is really pathetic on the part of premier league to have such kind of fixtures, how is one team even supposed to be completely ready to recover and try and win, this way it will be all draws and more injuries. I feel its time supporters and clubs made their voice clear, that such chaotic scheduling needs to be stopped and done away with. I do hope for Jose Mourinho sake Man Utd wins it tonight or his sack is almost confirmed, it will be only a question of if not when. He's really disappointing these days<
7973  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin dominance on: January 01, 2018, 11:17:45 AM
Bitcoin dominance is below 40%

Other altcoins gain dominance.

What do you think? It will correct like last year? I think we're going to have a big correction next days in altcoins price and market cap caused by an increase in btc price. But It will only recover 10-15% of dominance, not all.

What goes up that comes down and stays down, however bitcoin follows something different pattern when it goes up, it does come down at times and then it shoots up to another level. Bitcoin was only a 1k last year at this time and look where it ended. People are confused currently, and they are being mislead and i feel it will be only a matter of time before it shoots up, and people run back to invest in it. So i dont really think that alts are gaining any edge over the crypto king.
7974  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can’t profit from Bitcoin means no confidence on: January 01, 2018, 04:49:15 AM
In my opinion all crypto prices are based on speculation.
Bitcoin is too expensive to make 5x returns.
People are looking for quick money-Ripple-South Korea drove the price up-The Koreans are the main drivers of these markets-they made Bitcoin what it is.

One should learn to profit from bitcoins, if you see people are buying and selling physical bitcoins and are ready to pay more for that, I mean a premium. People are missing a major loophole with bitcoins, every country has priced it differently, so buy where it is cheaper and sell where its selling for a premium. Of course bitcoins were always speculative, all you need to play the game well.
7975  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you want to Buy with Bitcoin? on: January 01, 2018, 04:20:42 AM
Reading a lot of New Year Resolutions, and I can understand many of you here have some resolutions that involve crypto and bitcoin. Maybe you want to earn a bitcoin, multiply your  bitcoins or become a crypto millionaire.

So here is one similar question that does not necessarily has to be achieved in this year.

What are the things you want to buy with bitcoin?
Whether its a House, your favorite car, a yacht, a jet or a ticket to Mars. Whatever you dream, list the things you want to buy with your bitcoins (crypto).

For the year that was 2018, I had the wislist of buying Iphone X and Fitbit and I bought both. This year I plan to buy a abroad trip,a reclyincer myo gadget , a smart water bottle that glows when I don't drink water. Then I saw this camera life print camera with ar technology and I'm dying to get it. I do hope my bitcoins keep on going up and up so can buy more and more gadgets. More power to bitcoins.
7976  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Successfull test ot Lighning for Bitcoin on: December 31, 2017, 12:38:04 PM
In a testnetwork surrounding, was an successfull test of lighning technologie for Bitcoin. Developer Alex Bosworth made an transaction to load his pre-paid phone, video on his Twitter Account:

https://twitter.com/alexbosworth/status/946175898029395968?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.coindesk.com%2Fpayment-provider-bitrefill-runs-successful-lightning-transaction-test%2F

OMG! If this technology can successfully come to bitcoin it shall send the prices through the roof. I'm not sure how they'll keep it zero fee, cause miners will need some motivation to continue after all they won't do it for free, I don't know how they'll do that, but what I know this if this is true it shall be a game changer, and I feel this shall truly unlock the potential of Bitcoin and shut up all the critic's that are speaking shit about this coin.
7977  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: December 31, 2017, 08:47:37 AM
With the current state of Manchester United I feel 3 - 5 player's could exit in January, Perieira should be immediately called back, they should try and get Griezmann if possible in January or even dybabala it's really sad that they're unable to even get their shit in order, Uniiti the Barcelona player is being linked To Real Madrid and that would be epic. I like this specuultion best, Ronaldo to Manchester United, Bale at Tottenham and Kane at Madrid that would be epic.
7978  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Forbes Magazine calls Bitcoin a "Great Scam" on: December 31, 2017, 07:44:05 AM

Forbes who? Look what happened to out favorite Jamie, he's so lost and confused now doesn't even speak about Bitcoins anymore, Jp Morgan came out in support of Bitcoin than him, so honestly I don't really care about Forbes, they were great but now they are just another magazine. Who even reads it now these day's, so it's just for another publicity stunt, I don't really read much into it, ignore them no need to give them any publicity.
7979  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your New Year Resolutions for Bitcoin in 2018? on: December 31, 2017, 06:55:54 AM
We are one day away from 2018. What is your New Year Resolutions for Bitcoin in 2018?

Will you decide to invest more or finally cash out or will you change your investment strategy to spend more and hoard less?

Let's share our New Year Resolutions for Bitcoin and how we will contribute to the success of this experiment in 2018.

Bye Bye 2017 ^smile^ ////// Welcome 2018!!!!!

I think it's the same resolution like always for me, get as many Bitcoins I can, sell when other's are buying, and buy when other's are selling. It's important to make realistic deals regarding Bitcoins as it's not the same like it was before, with so many countries planning to ban it's important to know when to cash out ans when to hodl, it's also important now to diversify one's portfolio, so one can be secured for the future. I guess this year shall be the most defying year of Bitcoins.
7980  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Oh crap! What happened to bitcoins? on: December 30, 2017, 12:21:50 PM
These days I am noticing that the price of bitcoin is quitely decreasing..So what can we assume?
Bitcoin is going towards its end or its a good news for investors...If so then lets buy lot of bitcoin at risk...may ne in future we suffer from heart attack or we can become mad for becoming such rich..

Bitcoin is always linked to demand and supply, and it has huge implications with any news that connects to it, Bitcoin was surging cause future's came, along with a huge amount of people, now it's going down because Korea is cracking against it, along with a host of countries are fighting to bring it down, but I believe it shall bounce back strong, but it shall take a long while, though one will have to be careful cause these are uncertain time's one really needs to be ultra careful.
