We built a stateless API and hosted it in GCP, allowing us to spin new servers with a few clicks and load balance the traffic in case of high traffic. We have a solid solution in place. I've checked the website in your signature (is yours right?), and it was done with WordPress, one of the most hacked pieces of software on the internet. Also meant to be used by people without dev experience. How are your plans to scale that solution in case your platform becomes popular? So why a person with such a long track record and extensive experience in the industry does not have a normal github account through which it was possible to contact him and learn more details about the technical part? They are 2 separate projects. The initial BlackCoin founder rat4 is making a new project called BlackNet. BlackCoin will be continued by the current developers. Nothing will happen to your BlackCoin if you decide not to burn them, but you can choose to burn them (or a part of your BlackCoin) for BlackNet if you see potential in the project. An interesting explanation for me puts a lot in place.
