81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] VFarm: REVOLUTIONIZING URBAN AGRICULTURE 🌱 on: July 29, 2019, 10:34:52 PM
I admire you guys for your mission and positive goal. Helping the unemployed is amazing

Definitely, we're concentrating on issues in the urban areas around the world and that's definitely a part of it.

That is fantastic. I think this project should have more attention in the crypto world. We shouldn't only make the blockchain technology applied in the virtual world. It should be practically done. All the best. In case you need an ambassador/admin support for your project, kindly let me know.
82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is there any STO projects now? on: July 29, 2019, 06:34:11 PM
The last sto project I saw was this German company that called bitbond that have us hope for a successful STO. Currently, I am not investing in cryptocurrencies so I do not bother myself with the outcomes of these projects. With my experience in maxcrowdfund, I think stos may not have a better place to stand in crypto compared to ico and IEO.
83  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]💵USDQ - Platinum QDAO StableCoins 💵 on: July 28, 2019, 11:22:43 PM
I am always a supporter of stable coins for how they helped me sometime ago. Without stable coins, coins with very high volatility would have made my life in crypto very miserable. I always changed from some major coins to stable coins then later, buy again when I think it's low to buy cheap.
Keep it up guys, to have more stable coins in the system is a good idea.
84  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Exchanges to be careful about IEO listing. on: July 28, 2019, 09:55:19 PM
Some exchanges do not care about reputation. They just keep listing and doing more IEOs without any scrutiny. The fact of the matter is that those exchanges are concerned with the amount of money they take than thinking about the quality of the project they are about doing the IEO for.
85  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Exchange asking to Login thru Facebook on: July 28, 2019, 06:45:53 PM
Exchanges will have nothing to do with logging in with your facebook account because they know some accounts are fraudulent. Even if that is done, they will still require kyc which may not tally with your details because some details on facebook may not be the same as in your documents for verification.

87  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Beware of ieo exchanges on: July 24, 2019, 05:23:52 PM
Most of investors think if IEOs run by top rank exchanges you can invest without worries, and this not a true IEOs in top rank exchanges never guaranteed profit, do your own research about the project you plan to invest.

That's true mate but the kind of exchange at some point in time is part of the DYOR that you have to put in mind. Some top exchanges have been flagged as a known IEO booster and that funds that you see and mere manipulation without any true amount raised. Binance for instance is a good place to get a coin from even if it will not be pumped in the early days of listing because you are assured that the coin will rise one day and also, it will get organic volume unlike the other exchanges that fake volumes always.
88  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEO vs ICO my opinion, tell me yours on: July 24, 2019, 05:16:32 PM
First of all, I think both are okay as far as crypto investment is concerned. The reason I am saying so is that I have heard a lot of complains from projects that are not doing their IEOs on binance which is the best place for conducting IEOs now. The rest of the exchanges tend to fake everything. The amount of money they say has been raised doesn't tally and some do not even give the expected money to the devs which makes them scammed so in this case the exchanges with bad intentions may keep scamming good projects.
The same way ICOs are going on with some investors claiming they are not given the required tokens they promised them or they are listed but the devs are delaying the distribution period. I think investment is a gambling process, some are good and may go well for you whilst others are bad and may get you rekt
89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A good reason to always DYOR before investing on: July 24, 2019, 04:52:28 PM
It really pains me to see investors complaining about how they lost their hard earned money or savings in a project. But the bitter truth is that most of these people are lazy to do their research and they just get in a project for the promised ROI or because some analyst hyped the project for them.

...
Mate, I can say that if you are investor these days, no matter the DYOR you do, you  may get rekt looking at the current condition. Do you think people who lose do make lazy research or what? The fact of it all is that few funds are collected so devs concentrate on spending that instead of thinking about the progress of the project. Many projects have turned to be scam because of low funds. They have legit team and what ever it may take a legit project but they still fail their investors.
I won't blame any investors for losing funds because it is very painful to call those people "not DYOR" meanwhile no one will put their money in a project they know it will fail.
90  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Coins Delisting on: July 24, 2019, 04:33:27 PM
Every exchange has their own priorities when it comes to delisting. The majority of the exchanges consider the trading vole as the number one factor for delisting. Considering a coin that is listed on binance, the possibiliry that it won't get better volumes on other exchanges is very high so I think that's why bitone exchange is trying to delist them.
On the other hand, it may have a security flaw in their contract that may expose them to attacks so they have to delist them to prevent future attacks
91  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook Cryptocurrency on: July 24, 2019, 08:59:25 AM
Facebook behaves like a whore. I still remember those times when they blocked any advertising of new crypto projects and spoke of cryptocurrencies as fraudsters. And what we see is that Facebook is now creating its own coin. What happened?

That's how the world in which we live is. People always envy and jealous you because they didn't get the chance to start as you. It is clear that facebook was doing that out of bitterness in a sense that they were not the first to bring crypto to the world. Now that they have realized that crypto is unstoppable, they just have to join the race and stop talking against it. This is just the beginning for crypto though
92  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥[ANN][IEO][MYO]🔥 MYCRO JOBS ANN Thread 🔥 on: July 23, 2019, 10:49:23 PM
Very cool company.I am sure that Your application will be very popular. The only question I want to ask is why such a small emission of tokens?

The only reason might be that they want their coin price to always be higher than a dollar as we see in coins with such as low emissions. The fact is that these days, if your project will be successful, (coin price I mean here) it does not matter the total supply. I know many coins with over 1 billion total supply that are doing well in the cryptocurrency market. Let's hope the crypto community accept this coin and trade it as the others for the success of this project.
93  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🚀🚀🚀 [ANN] Altcoin Exchanger | AltExchanger.com | 10 Dogecoin Signup Bonus!! on: July 23, 2019, 10:25:06 PM
The idea was nicely implemented but I think you guys will still have to work hard on the user interface because it is not user-friendly. There are many exchanges these days so the focus should be on the ease of use and not higher withdrawal limit or lower fees.
94  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] CannerGrow 🌱🌱 Make money with your own Cannabis plant 🌱🌱 on: July 23, 2019, 10:19:38 PM
Hope you are aware that there are some countries where the use of cannabis isn't allowed. Are these countries excluded or there are special ways that they can get involved in your project and benefit from it? If so, how?
95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Exchanges are not recommended. on: July 23, 2019, 12:45:39 AM
My worst experience ever with an exchange happened to be hotbit. I saw my coin being traded there actively and I moved my coins there for trading only to realize that it was just a bot that was doing the buying at the time I checked the exchange. The bot usually buys below my orders always until I sold very low to those willing to buy very low at that time. I didn't want to keep those coins on me because the project was on the verge of dying.
96  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who Says Bear Market is BAD? on: July 22, 2019, 11:44:54 PM
I think it's most crypto starters that see bear market so bad but they forget to know that the only way you can make huge profit from cryptocurrencies is to buy them when they are very low in value and sell them when their prices rise.

sometimes buying when they are at some lows can be very dangerous. I know a lot of projects that kept sinking right away from the 2017 bull run and have never stopped from falling. MNX was almost 60$ as an ATH and now 0.07$ as I am writing on CMC. Imagine someone who bought at 2$ thinking it was low, that person will be crying by now because it will take a very hard pump to get to even 1$ so I think the bear market really makes things very difficult for us all. You may lose your investments forever because some projects may never make it out of the pressure from the continuous fall in their prices.
97  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best time for promoting bounty projects on: July 22, 2019, 11:15:57 PM
It seems to me that what happened in 2017 will never happen again, only then there were huge payments and the companies always paid them, now the projects often try to cut the premiums, or do not pay the premiums at all.

What happened in 2017 may not happen again if there won't be altcoins seasons again. I am just waiting for the market to return to its shape to see if things will turn around. I think 2017 was favorable for altcoins because everyone was expecting a higher return when they get listed on exchange. Somewhere along the line in 2018, this changed and it was when coins got listed on exchanges that they got dumped very hard. When this attitude changes, I think things will go well for all projects leading to good promotions.
98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin season is not here yet. on: July 22, 2019, 10:56:30 PM
Indeed there are no signs of an altcoin season coming. Because there really is no one who can confirm when that season will arrive. Most importantly, always believe the altcoin season will arrive and always enjoy every moment that exists. And one more thing, before the altcoin season arrives, it's certainly better to multiply altcoins.

I have been multiplying my altcoins in the past 3 months and the sad part is that they keep falling in price so I lose even more than I could afford to lose now. The rate at which altcoins have fallen in the past year and this time, I am very disappointed and do not know if altcoins will get a good season again like what happened in 2017.
99  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Timeline for the altcoins to have bull run. on: July 22, 2019, 10:37:44 PM
At first, in 2019, Bitcoin increased almost 4 times, and also ethereum soared in price four times, but at the same time altcoin was not improved.  It makes me nervous, and so now I don’t see altcoin as a profitable investment.

As you said, ETH soared by 4X in 2019 so it means alts also made an improvement just that we were to much optimistic about how big altcoins are going to make it when the crypto market was to turn around in a positive direction. This did not happen in the way we all expected which has made it seem as if alts didn't make any movement at this time. ETH was around 80$ in december last year and now over 200$ which is good for some of us who bought around that price.
100  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 💲💲 Stable Coins?? 💲💲 on: July 21, 2019, 09:09:57 PM
I used to like stable coins when I was actively trading but this time around, I have stopped trading so I have my coins in Btc and other few alts that are not stable. To me,  there is no need for holding in stable coins for a long time because we are in crypto hoping for the best. When you hold in a stable coin, you won't get any profit when the market is rising. I think stable coins are good for traders.
