Hi everyone, can please someone clarify how exactly autoexchange works when i change coin?

Is it correct that if at some moment in time i have Autoexchange coin set to XXX and some coins are on autoexchange and exchange balance and i change coin to YYY so all coins from exchange will get back to XXX coin and from moment i changed main coin all coins from "autoexchange" balance will be marked to be changed to YYY?

Or autoexchange+exchange wallet will still be converted to XXX and only when i switch to YYY all new "autoexchange" balance will be set to exchange to YYY?

In theory is it possible to recover BTC sent to Bitfinex BCH wallet?

I know there is recovery options with own wallets, i believe Bitfinex should also have generated wallet seed somewhere

So does Bitfinex support could help me? While 0.25 BTC i lost is pretty significant for me. I contacted them but still no response.

General question guys! How do you monitor your DSTM? Is it possible to receive email or maybe there is some phone app? What is your way? I came into some problems with pool monitoring so maybe i will need some local monitor solution.

Yeah, pretty hard to manage stats... How do you guys monitor miners on miningpoolhub? Monitor function is pretty useless if auto-switch is working. I used monitor app on my phone and it would work fine with single coin, but not multi... Also DSTM is not reporting status, so i just lost few hours on one of rigs.

Any possibility to monitor live workers on HUB? Or i should find solution to monitor miners locally?

Hi everyone. How long i takes for workers to appear on pools? I have 2 HUB workers, and already have some incoming balance, but i cant see any workers or statistics on coin pools.. So dont have any idea how pool sees my rigs at the moment.

Also i still can not catch the best way to calculate profits on Hub, or it is just checking balance ~24 hrs and thats the "estimates"? I feel like there can be lot of losses for trading/transaction fees.

Representatives, any estimates on fixing performance issues or releasing new engine?

Recently performed ~1K EUR withdrawal and 1,2K EUR in BTC, all went smooth.

So you should be happy, you would panic-sell it for 7500 and now it is 9342 EUR...

About Kraken, maybe i am just lucky, and i hope my luck will continue, i had no problems with withdrawals so far. Has one bigger pending SEPA, but it is weekend, so nothing to hope until monday or even later...

I only hate their overall lag and trading system... I believe most people just use it to cash out.

Hello guys, can you explain me this situation? I have placed BTC/BCH stop order @ 0.1425 and was pretty sure it is safe price and it will not trigger, and on charts there is one moment in time when price was dragged down by 20% and i believe lots of stop orders was triggered...

What is this? Market has not reached 0.1425, it was just some single "event"....

Shouldn't platform protect traders from such kind of activity? As for my small trade of 2 BCH i lost 0.07 BTC ( at least) looking at the actual prices... Also there is no signs of price recovery or something like that, if all stop orders has been taken by some big order price should have at least some time to recover, but it happens just in a single moment... And what is more it has been triggered @ 0.1425 and sold for 0.14, and all of this in a single minute...
