81  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Back to day trading with bitcoin on: April 23, 2019, 03:17:02 PM
With the low price of bitcoin, you can take advantage using gunbot in your day trading. It would be better than following your guts on buy and selling. More hassle than just using a trading bot that could guarantee you a bigger and better profit on trading bitcoin.

85  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC requirements on BitcoinTalk Bounty Campaigns Become Worst! on: April 21, 2019, 04:15:11 PM
Lately i'm just inspect most of the active Bounties in the forum and i even try visit those KYC requiring Campaigns i was find out that some of the campaigns are not accepting national ID's and requiring too much in order to recieve tokens I think its rude and too much what do you think?

Also some are requiring billing address and I think it attacks my privacy and the anonymity becoming nonsense. Becoming ironic that the cryptocurrency supposed to be anonymous. So it is really rude at all even on the national IDs and another thing is that what if the ICO is a scam then our identities and location is known to bad people.

It is acceptable if it's an exchange that gives KYC for security purposes. But on bounty campaigns on where the payments are not yet confirmed? I think not this time and it really needs changes.
86  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coin cleansing on: April 21, 2019, 04:08:34 PM
Exchanges should delist cryptos that have volumes ranging $0 to $100 since it has no sense keeping them on exchange and as well confusing new traders that buys a shitcoin and not knowing that the coin is irrelevant to hold anymore.

88  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: John "fucking" McAfee: I will reveal Satoshi on: April 21, 2019, 03:55:54 PM
He is just getting attention for people to blindly follow him again on his crypto advises. Remember he endorse a token that didn't pumped instead it goes dumped so hard that make some of his followers distrust him. So telling that he will reveal Mr. Satoshi I think it is just a hoax for whom the person he will points on, on who is the real Satoshi.
89  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Yobit sig camp? Legit or not? on: April 20, 2019, 06:34:14 PM
90  Economy / Economics / Re: Can bitcoin be worthless? on: April 20, 2019, 02:23:39 AM
No. Since we are on advancing technology, we people need a convenient way of payments. Bitcoin was introduced to make payment system less hassle than the traditional way that most people follow. So, telling that bitcoin is worthless on this time is not possible.
91  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥 🔥[ANN]SOLAREX ICO | BLOCKCHAIN POWERED SOLAR ENERGY ECOSYSTEM on: April 19, 2019, 08:09:25 AM
Lack of adequate power supply to complete the daily tasks of consumers has led most of these consumers to opt in for generating sets in order to complete their daily routines. But despite the fact that many consumers and businesses generate additional power through generating sets even though not all consumers can afford generating sets, yet, insufficient electricity generation is not the only problem, most domestic and industrial consumers of electricity find it impossible to predict when power from the national grid will be available for their consumption, the need for solar power is increasing daily.

Solarex, a high-performance blockchain technology has come up with the provision of affordable solar energy ecosystem for all, and with this, completion of consumers' daily tasks with adequate power supply is assured. Let us all embrace this era of solarex and make use of this rare opportunity.

92  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC defeats the purpose of Crypto. Thoughts anyone? on: April 18, 2019, 01:32:02 PM
Yes, anonymity was fucked up due to the KYCs being implemented on some ICOs but what if the money used by an unknown investor was originally on theft. The example mentioned was used to detect criminals that laundered the money stolen. All things have good and bad sides like the cryptocurrency itself so does the KYC.
93  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's Your Bounty Story? on: April 18, 2019, 11:51:31 AM
I first joined CCT way back 2017. My first thought is that pay per post on signature campaign is a good thing so I do spam that time and it was worth it I think. When the token is distributed I already calculate my profit on doing signature bounty. But then, I become disappointed since the price on exchange is not matched on the ICO price and it is way lower than I expected. I still continue doing signature bounty but not expecting on the money anymore as long I receive money then it is ok for me.

If you have a good found bounty can someone suggest me through PM. Greatly appreciated tho.
94  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are altcoins useless? on: April 17, 2019, 01:55:01 PM
It depends on the coin usage and the ICO's working product. Some projects doesn't really need a blockchain to perform its function so some that are less promising doesn't get a full support from the crypto community. Another one is the working product, some investors are always expecting a profit after the altcoin listed on exchanges and some are utility tokens that really need to have a working product to be usable, saying that it was totally useless. If the ICO is good on those two factors its altcoin won't be useless since I have experienced many of the ICO that lack those. So as a fellow investor we should consider that two if we really want a fast profit but if you are willing to wait then disregard those.
95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Give me a coin that will easily go 3x on: April 17, 2019, 01:45:21 PM
Popular exchange coins will surely hit 3x at the end of the year due to its passive income system. I suggest invest on the coins of these exchanges: binance, kucoin, bitz and digifinex. They are all potential coins that could also give passive money just by holding it.
96  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO still have huge chance of surviving on: April 16, 2019, 06:52:23 PM
Due to many scam ICOs, I think not since people are now traumatized by the results of it. There is also a part to blame the investor since it doesn't aware that it may be a scam. As long as there are many scam ICOs the chances of ICOs to have a success will become less. Try to review ICOs on a legitimate review sites. It may help a little but it won't assure that investors will get a great profit on it. As far as today, trusted ICOs are seem difficult to find so, spend more time doing research before you go go.

98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: You Can't Be Jobless And Be Participating In Bounties on: April 15, 2019, 10:54:35 AM
Yes. You will starve waiting for an exchange for the token you've earned on a bounty. But lucky you if the tokens is listed right after the end of ICO. Bad news is most of ICO token holders will have FUD once listed without a working product so expect that the price is lower than the ICO price that you expected since the time you join the bounty. You will really starve so get a full-time job and just make those bounty things as a part time because I tell you it is hard to earn money unlike those days when the bounty are truly following their implemented roadmap but gone are the days and face the reality that bounties today are shit and most are scam. Go find a real job or else...
99  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will ICO's do with those unsold tokens? on: April 15, 2019, 10:25:54 AM
I have seen many ICO's selling tokens for cryptocurrencies. What will they do with those unsold tokens at the end of their ICO? Some say they will burn it so no one can use it. Are they burning it or is it really the good to burn those unsold tokens?

There are 3 common things I know the team would do for unsold tokens based on my experience.

1st, they do burn them for lowering the supply so the price of the token could catch up to its incoming demand or else the price would be lower than the ICO price resulting to angry investors.

2nd, they distribute it to its holders, so even the price is lower it is still ok for some holders and if the project go moon it is still win for the investors. This phenomenon is rare and it will only occur on a very promising projects but still not all of them will experience this, only a small chance.

3rd, they will reserved it but they should be transparent on where the tokens would go or else it would be suspicious if the team would keep it for themselves and not for the project development.
100  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: is advertising for ICOs unethical? on: April 15, 2019, 10:07:55 AM
I've noticed many ICOs have to spend a lot of money on promotions and advertising.

For example, let's say an ICO raises 10 million dollars but has to spend 9 million on promotion.

Therefore, they only really raised 1 million for the project.

Isn't this unethical?

If you're starting a company and looking for investors the traditional way via stock equity, you would never spend 9 million or even 5 million or even 2 million in order to raise 10 million from investors.

This begs the question, what ratio of promotion cost versus funds raised for ICOs is ethical?

And how do we know if an ICO is using an ethical ratio?

That is why there are bounties and airdrops to promote those ICOs. Your example has a bad marketing. Also who would spend a money that is 9 million dollars for an ICO of 10 million dollars? Maybe a 9 million dollar for a 50 million dollar ICO would be a good trade.

And if you want to include bounties as a promotion or other kind of advertisements, there is an allocation in percentage of the collected money from ICO that would still depends on the sales. The payment are on tokens so it is not really sure on the promised amount in a form of tokens. There are many factors on this and most of it is on the exchange listing and most of the promised amount payed in bounty are not exact.

So the answer if it is ethical, NO! It is not. ICO has risk and it is your choice if you want to join or not. Only few get the luck of becoming a success, so better choose the right one.
