P.O.S. coins really make sense when the price rises, then all those coins you staked start to have value. Look into HEAT, Mint, ADC. Do your research and know these are long term 6 months + plays

Now the next phase of the process begins. I'm looking forward to the first project, and how it will impact the community.

Look into Mint, ADC, and HEAT. Do your research and visit the SLACKs of each. It won't take much to return some good ROI

It's one of those great, very detailed, and well-planned projects, hopefully to be the latest breakthrough project, the best innovative I've ever met, good luck and excellent run
Thanks for that, the team is working hard to exceed everyone's expectations. Rory

It looks like a decent project, better than a lot out there right now. Vitalik being involved at least reduces the chance of it being a scam

Hey Everyone,
I'm the new community manager, feel free to ask me any questions. If I do not know the answer off hand I will find out for you.

I think it makes sense if you are challenged to find the people you need but have the resources. There is always a market for good consultants who can steer you in the right direction and allow you to avoid some pitfalls. I'm interested to know if they take a percentage of the ICO or charge upfront, etc.

What I find interesting is that the individuals who had an ICO and essentially profited from it are now claiming it needs to be looked at and perhaps regulated. The reality is, as long as new money is coming into crypto prices will continue to rise with the usual dips found in any market. However, a major negative story or DAO type incident could cause it all to come crashing down. The reality is we are at least two years away from legitimate regulation, I don't blame anyone for trying to launch a token or coin during this time frame. We as investors need to research and be mindful of marketing tactics. There are amazing projects out there, you just have to find them now.

You are definitely in the high risk high reward category when they are under 1000. Find coins with active developers and a community and you have a chance. Look into HEAT, Elastic, ADC, Mint. There are others, and always due your due diligence and research

buy back is a nice method because it cause instant deflation, which is you are a holder is great. No one can say their coin is going to provide a dividend because you will end up going to jail in the U.S. I know in the future this will be a possibility but only when crypto starts to become regulated. In the mean time you can "share profits". Problem is there is nothing legally binding to hold them to this. So buy back becomes the easiest and most accepted way to give something back to the investors.

This project continues to gain more and more support. I look forward to the next few months, both in crypto and Root.

As we drive forward and get close to the Pre-ICO goal, I cannot help but wonder what is next? Will there be a first couple of projects already in the works? Will a few cities be focused on or highlighted first by the team ?

The good thing is the token release will happen after Aug 1, so this will have an opportunity to run right out of the gate

its a case of doing your due diligence, investing only in ICO's that you are willing to hold onto for awhile and get real ROI, or simply be a part of some bounties, and use that as a way to diversify. If you end up with a few thousand coins from a bounty and just hold, you only have to be right 1 out of 5 times to come out really ahead

those quick returns are harder to come by. I can think of several ICO's that have given out tokens, but have struggled to list them on exchanges. The long term hold is the smartest if you really believe in the product.

I think a very interesting aspect to this is company sponsorship of a project. It would be very easy for a large company to create a project, fund it, and then get all of the positive PR from the cypto community as well as their local one.

Those of you that have not you should hop on into slack. Anton runs a ton of bounties you can be part of while you learn about the Root Project and the community.

I think large financial institution such as banks and credit card companies will adopt it. It makes too much sense in the way that you can send money quickly and very inexpensively. I doubt they will be using a current chain though, they are likely developing their own as we speak.
