Есть старая инвест байка, как банкир J.P.Morgan чистил обувь на улице, и чистильщик спросил его: "Вы финансист, подскажите, какие акции сейчас купить?"
После этого случая якобы J.P.Morgan продал все акции и сказал ставшую знаменитой фразу:
"Когда чистильщик обуви начинает интересоваться акциями, надо срочно уходить с рынка"
Что-то больно напоминает происходящее.
