81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty hunters aren't responsible for dumps on: June 01, 2020, 08:48:34 PM
Here are points that bounty hunters aren't responsible for major dumps happening to bounty projects

Point 1.
Many bounty hunters hold tokens and coins they earn from bounties, not all of them are dumpers,

Point 2.
and it's ridiculous if a project dumps because of bounties and airdrops promotions that's suppose to drive in many investors for them

Point 3.
Bounties allocations are not even up to 1% of the projects max allocations, the most projects I've seen only gives out 0.1% and some even gives out only 0.01%

Point 4.
New projects go around giving too good discounts for early investors, an ICO price of 0.01$ turn to 0.005$ for early investors, what are they thinking? The moment this hits exchange and price starts at 0.02$ they will surely dump 💯

It's quite ridiculous to say a project dumped because of bounty hunters. A strong project will remain strong evennif hunters dumped their tokens. And to come to think of the fact that not all bounty hunters dump their tokens.
82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What do you know about TBC2 coin? on: May 31, 2020, 12:58:33 AM

We have reached an agreement for TBC² Coin to be listed on Mercuriex Cryptocurrency Exchange.

We hinted in our previous newsletters that this was likely to be sometime in April or May 2020 and that we would announce details when available.

Mercuriex have confirmed that they are currently working on implementation and expect to have TBC² listing completed towards the end of this week.

TBC² will be listed on the TUSD market pair (TBC2/TUSD).

Initially, whilst we complete the distribution of the remaining TBC² Coins via the exchange, the market will be "buy only" and the sell button will be disabled for users.

As soon as the distribution is completed, the sell button restriction will be removed and open-trade will be available to all exchange users.

We expect distribution via the exchange to be much quicker than our current model via our website, as the exchange has a lot of existing users and is growing daily.

We will be keeping the same pricing structure (the below prices include the "purchase bonus"). The remaining coins will be priced as follows;

Round 6: Coins left in the Current Round = $0.0125 per TBC² Coin
Round 7: 100m Coins for $0.015 per TBC² Coin
Round 8: 100m Coins for $0.0175 per TBC² Coin
Round 9: 100m Coins for $0.02 per TBC² Coin

Is this coin in any relation with The Billionaire Coin? If so I can only be left with the conclusion that it's a scam coin. DYOR before investing though.
83  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Probit Exchange IEO Based Bounties Should Join ? on: May 31, 2020, 12:03:36 AM
I have checked different bounties for joining but most of them IEO's running on Probit Exchange and showing the highest worth value of tokens should we join Probit Exchange-based bounties?
like this bounty worth $320,000 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5250951.0

Some of Probit IEOs do pay though. Even though I am not a fan of Probit but I have seen hunters who said they earned from projects who listed or conducted IEO on Probit. It boils down to how well the project is doing.
84  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Information about mobile wallet pls on: May 30, 2020, 08:43:25 PM
Some please recommend a reliable crypto mobile wallet that's very easy to operate for newbie like me, I only tried copay and mycelium wallet, thanks

I can recommend you to go for a mobile wallet with cool UX and UI. There are a lot of cool wallets in these category but please take a look at these wallets: AtomicWallet, Imtoken or Trust wallet. I have used and trusted these wallets. But ensure to download them directly from their website to avoid phishing wallets.
85  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any of holding these coins? on: May 29, 2020, 05:52:02 PM
Hi ,I'm just seeking for information from people about these following projects,
1. Sero
2. Veil
3. LCC (LitecoinCash )
4. Apollo Currency

I'm holding bags of these coins but its rare hearing from people on here about these coins, I hardly hear anything about them, what do you guys think?

I haven't seen anything potential about these coins you mentioned. Veil is a privacy coin trading on Citex or Vindex exchanges. Although I love the concept of its privacy. Sero also is a known coin but I doubt its potentials. Just my own opinions though.
86  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which tokens do you like to stake/hold for profits? on: May 29, 2020, 07:24:35 AM
Staking is currently the new oil. Your choices of coins are great.  Most especially Tezos staking I have read some interesting facts about Tezos staking and I think it's one of the very few coins with profitable stakes.
87  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Despite Many Participants, You Can Still Get Huge Rewards In Bounty. on: May 28, 2020, 11:13:14 PM
Many Bounty Hunters Are Increasing Daily On A Regular Basis Thereby Causing Many Hunters Feels Reluctant Of Paticipating In Nowaday Bounties Because Of Low And Unappreciated Rewards. Campaigns Managed By Bounty Detective Seems To Be Stressful Because Of Its Long Duration Of 12 Weeks And At The End Hunters Still Getting Poor Rewards Of $5, Lol. 😂

I Have Observed So Many Times That Article And Video Campaigns Have Less Participants While Hunters Feels It's Much Stressful And Brainstorming. Bounty Hunting Is All About Sacrificing Time, Energy, Data And Electricity. Now For You To Be A Good Hunter With High Rewards, You Have To Participate In Article And Video Campaigns Only, For Lower Ranks On Forum And Sometimes Signature Campaigns For Higher Ranks, Meanwhile Participating In Social Media Campaigns Gives Less Reward Because Of Many Participants. Try This And You Gonna Appreciate Me.

Yes this is possible in most cases. Reason why you should not just discard a project because of huge participants because some may not see to the end of the bounty. And if you seriously work for it, it will pay you off.
88  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sometimes late bounties can still pay rewards on: May 28, 2020, 11:06:36 PM
the project you promote 2years back can still come up and give you awesome reward, delays takes place sometimes that makes project team keep postponing listing on exchanges,  imagine promoting a project in 2018 paid you big reward in 2020 after you've already zero your mind that it's over? I want bounty hunters in the house to verify this, true or false??

Anyways, do not underestimate projects you promote a year or two years ago, they can still pay up and secondly do not leave or exit their telegram channel no matter how many years it's been, if you do you might be denied of your rewards

This happens in say 1/10 cases in my own opinion. Because for a project to deny paying her bounty participants in a year at most means they will never pay. Just don't be hopeful on such projects.
89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be careful of bitcoin transaction that are flashed nowadays on: May 27, 2020, 04:20:30 PM
The common trend in the crypto space that i have learnt is the flashing of bitcoin transaction

The seller Sends a really low fee transaction to the merchant or buyer, have it show up on the block explorers, then send another transactions, referencing the same UTXOs, but with a normal fee (Which is usually faster), back to the senders others wallet.

The idea is that miners would prefer the second transaction which is faster and reject the first one as double-spend.

If you observe well with etherscan.io, you can always accelerate your transaction or override it.

Perhaps you have other experiences as regards flash coin, i will read and learn below

Flash coins are currently trending on the space. I got to know about this sometime last month. And this happens between merchants in the black market. I would only advise bitcoin buyers to be more careful in their deals. Instead of risking your funds to flash coins why not goto exchanges and buy. For me I think it's the safest.
90  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the different multi cryptocurrency wallets for staking cryptos? on: May 27, 2020, 11:17:51 AM
There are few wallets that I am aware of like Atomic wallet, trust wallet, Tezos and ledger.

Are there any more and do they all support multi cryptocurrency staking also?

The above four do support staking as per my understanding.

Coinomi and Imtoken wallets are also multi currency wallets that supports multiple crypto assets. These wallets are not just secured I think they are also popular wallets with large user base.
91  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the new cryptocurrency worth buying on: May 26, 2020, 10:38:21 AM
With the development of the economy, BTC is now gaining more and more attention, and it is not disappointed by the people who chose it. From being questioned at the beginning, to a large number of people investing now, it has become a popular investment product. I first learned that BTC was recommended to me by my friend W (who was the administrator of the Monetary Authority) at that time, and let me also invest, but I thought it was a hype May be cheated (this has become a big pity for me). Later, I started investing in 2013, when I bought 100 BTC and sold it at the price of 16,000 in 2017. Now my friend W has recommended a new cryptocurrency to me. Should I invest?

Should you always invest in a cryptocurrency because your friend recommended it? You should at least always DYOR especially when you will be investing huge capitals in the currency.
92  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do buybacks increase the value of a cryptocurrency? on: May 25, 2020, 09:45:21 PM
There's this new mechanism where tokens are being given a price floor and the net supply of a token are reduced and are bought back coins are burned.

Buybacks allow this dynamic coin offering to issue money-backed utility tokens. At least 80% of the money spent on token purchases during the DYCO will be set aside for buybacks, and this 80% creates a price floor.

Is this in a way safer and more appealing for the investors who has lost so much trust in crypto in the past few years?

Yes I think buy back is good for every project and ofcourse it increases the value of the cryptocurrency and the credibility of the team. A lot of projects who launched the buy back program is often successful. The problem becomes how long the program is scheduled to last.
93  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The return of ICOs on: May 25, 2020, 09:23:19 PM
Guys, do you think that ICOs could make a come back? I do and here is why. Every year dozens of companies raise money in Silicon Valley for startups, many pre revenue. Also, with the economy injured from nCov19, it would make sense to allow for new economies. This would include letting new startups in Blockchain raise money, and imo if they are well vetted, and trusted by the community, they should be allowed to raise money. What do you think?

Is it possible to ever see the return of ICOs again? IEOs covered the loopholes that ICO couldn't cover. Hence I doubt there would be a return of ICOs
94  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Tron (TRX) Discussion on: May 24, 2020, 06:11:23 PM
Yesterday, Justin Sun tweeted "TRON 4.0 is coming? He wants to compare with ETH 2.0
What do you think?

Lol! Its really a joke from Justin to compare Trx with Ethereum. Tron 4.0 will be not be anywhere compared to ethereum 2.0. Its just like comparing Btc BNB with WRX. The comparison is totally unnecessary!
95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BNB vs WRX on: May 24, 2020, 05:51:39 PM
There are lots of similarities between binancecoin and wazirxcoin.

For the people who are not aware of acquisition of waxirx by binance, please read it here: https://www.binance.com/en/blog/404105749895733248

Binancecoin gained significant value even before it was turned to be a dapps platform. It means BNB was successful when it was being used ONLY to pay fees on binance exchanges for availing 50% discounts. (Now BNB is being used for at least for 2 applications).

Similarly WRX is just another token on BNB platform but traders can enjoy 50% discount on wazirx exchange if they pay their trading fees in WRX. It makes me think about WRX to be successful in terms of gaining significant value as traders might keep buying it to avail 50% discount.

Binance is an international exchange whereas wazirx is an India exchange but it is being known for its popular P2P operations when India's federal bank banned exchanges for crypto operations. Some studies shows Wazirx is most preferred platform in India for P2P trading compared to localbitcoins which must be the pioneer and leader in P2P trading world wide. It makes me to think about WRX may copy the success of what BNB did as being a preferred payment method in Binance exchange.

Right now,
BNB is trading around $17.05 (0.0017 BTC)
WRX is trading around $0.14  (0.000014 BTC)

I believe WRX could be the next boat for the people who had missed out the BNB on its early days, what are your thoughts?

WRX is definitely a good project to invest in. But can one actually compare WRX with BNB? The price differences are so clear. Well, WRX remains a top coin to invest in. But then, we should not forget that the crypto space is so volatile and unpredictable.
96  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bubbalex and Cartesi team kept to bounty promise, thumbs up on: May 23, 2020, 09:54:03 AM
Yes this is a good thing and also a sign that good bounties still exist. Also good team still exist. Congrats to those who participated in the Cartesi Bounty.
97  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Wallet for different altcoins. on: May 23, 2020, 07:15:05 AM
Hello all,

New to the scene here and I have a question. When you mine for different altcoins, do you have to have different wallet for each? Or you can have 1 wallet and use it for all the altcoins you mine?

Lets say I have a wallet in |Trust Wallet, can I use that address for storing different altcoins that I mine?

I hope that you understand what I'm trying to say. Sorry but my English is not so good.

Don't rely on only one multi-wallet, there are a lot of multi-wallet, you can use at least 2 to 3 multi-wallet like Exodus, Coinomi and Atomic wallet, but the most important thing is keeping your seed and your private key secured, even if you are using one multi-wallet but you know how to secured it is still ok but using multi-wallet is highly recommend.

You are right. The most important of these all is having access and keeping your private keys safe. Wallet like Atomic wallet and Coinomi can store over 500 cryptocurrencies. So it will greatly be helpful for users who intend storing multiple assets in just one wallet.

Yes you can store your mind coins in one wallet. We have multi wallets that store more than 300 coins in just one wallet. So in that case, you can use these wallets to store all your mines coins. Except where the coins isn't supported in these wallets, then you may need to get it's own wallet or separate wallet for it. Hope you understand this.
99  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: McAfee Introduce a new privacy coin on: May 21, 2020, 05:00:31 PM

McAfee will airdrop a new privacy coin called Ghost to holders of ESH.

25% of supply will go to ESH holders.
At current price, ESH token's market cap is $17M. The valuation of ESH is merely what people expect GHOST to be worth.

If 25% of GHOST is worth $17M , McAfee's new privacy coin has a net valuation of $68M.

For reference, that makes McAfee's new coin's market cap:
- 200% greater than Grin
- 25% greater than Sero

And higher than established projects like TomoChain, Aragon, and Elrond.
- Source: Twitter.com/thedaomaker

This is an old project definitely endorsed by McAfee. Saw it trading on Mercatox or some other exchanges. Its good to see new projects coming back to like. I am yet to check their whitepaper and roadmap though. Good luck McAfee
100  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Shall I buy BTC? on: May 21, 2020, 09:30:01 AM
It has never been a bad idea to invest in bitcoin. But its always good to buy low. Same as buying altcoins as well.
