Also i would like to understand what happens to the coins that were generated but not accepted and yet are lying in the wallet and gaining days in age.
Thanks to everyone for your contribution to this forum. A big thanks to MrEggman and othe rprominent contributors, and the author of the wonderful book on the 808 coin on amazon.

Hi all, Any more suggestions to my issue? Using sniffdog multi algo miner, was using afterburner at 75%, +75 mem / clock. One of 4 cards resets its settings at some point to 100% +0/0 while the other three run fine. Original suggestion was it was an OC issue, but continues to happen at 75% +0/0 mem / clock.
Thank you
CCminer messes with card clocks. It resetting first init card settings to default. I've splited my 5 card rig (2x,2x,1x) and got 'Failed to init clocks on GPU X' error on every first card.

How do i go about minting every 90 days? I know how to do it every 3 days. I am looking for answer to specifically every 90 day stake. Would appreciate if anyone could help wrt it.
Well, steps are identical, only thing that will change is your coinage thus your stake reward. So basically everything remains the same. It is only about when i mint/claim my stake. I can do it anywhere from 3-90 days. The later i do, the more POS token i would get in return. Are the above statement correct then? And if yes, where can find the equation for stake calculation. I have used the calculator but wanted to just see the equation for myself. Well not exactly. Depending on how many tokens You have, You could end up better claiming every 3 days because of compounding. But. Above will be profitable if : - You get more POS worth than gas fee - You believe that POS price will rise anyway so you don't care for gas Then from claiming at 90 days (assuming 100 tokens) you get ~8,2% POS reward. (1x fee) But if you claim every 3 days, compounding after 30 claims (90 days) will net You 22% POS reward. (30x fee) Same as other PoS systems - the faster you stake - the more you take from compound. Basic formula is: PoS interest/365 Then multiply by min coinage. Put number you get into spreadsheet and test with various values ^^ Have fun

My current favourite POS coins that I hold are as follows:
Waves - Their Leasing means that you dont have to keep the client running to generate more, they also airdrop new ICO coins into your wallet for holding the waves on their client.
DeepOnion - it has a 10% gain each year, high speculation so the price could sky.
Deeponion is very trashy. But waves is a good pos coin. NEO also is very good if you're looking for a pos coin. It gives gas to the holders. But the rewarding system of waves is more incentive for me. Good news, bad news. Good news, I asked in WAVES Slack if anyone knew if you need to have the WAVES wallet open to get the staking reward, and they say you don't need to. Bad news, if you don't have 10K WAVES, you can't stake. But you can lease to pool and still get rewards via dPOS

Got it, 25 post to my wallet, thanks Dev A great news to everyone, we are now listed in coinmarket, this is the beginning! get on board By the way newbie here in staking, i would like to try the postoken stake i just want to ask, how many postoken are needed to be eligible for stake? Any amount greater than 1 i'd say. After 3 days you start gaining coinage - you can check it here https://calculator.postoken.org/It'll show estimated reward and You can execute contract to get this reward after paying gas fee (so be sure you're claiming at least your gas worth).

Guys any better coin to see....... Looks like we are on a very low time...... nothing seems really profitable... 2$ a day ...... it's not a profit for home miner... Any options .... suggestions...
I think BTX is better , have send airdrop every monday . What is airdrop in this case? Additional btx to miner? You get 3% of your balance every week to your personal wallet- well, seems not much but when i started collecting them they were at 2.3$ ea

Wallet stuck at block 1083382 (07.10.2017 15:18:52). Should i delete everything and resync wallet or will it catch them ? Got connections, wallet says stacking XD As Tortoise75 mentioned, it will catch itself. It takes some time. Wallet working fine now, thanks So when it happens to someone (in my case due to power outage it start acting weird), give it some time, I've checked about 2h later and everything was ok : )

I've set delays at 150 - so I wont lose as much shares from switching every 30 sec ( sometimes, especially on skein 2-3 cards starts hashing right away, then last 2 after 45sec). Are you OCd your cards? Maybe they are crashing because of too high OC on some algos (that's why I mine only skein and nist5 - they can be used with exactly same OC - also blake2s/lyra/skunk). Also check Your PL - with some algos (like blake2s) your cards goes WoooooF throu their PL ranging from 10% to 100+% PL (depending on algo which is calculated at the moment). I've let my Zotac Amp Extreme bench with other cards on 100% - aircraf was starting from my PSU For remote controling I strongly advise Google Chrome Remote Desktop. One of few apps that let me reboot my rig and then access without problems You stated. Also You can use it from any device and it's completly free. If You have any questions feel free to drop me PM, I'll answer all if I can Thanks for answering, Leass. Much appreciated. I think I'll keep it in the thread for now as it might benefit others. Re. delays: are we talking interval here? I set mine at 600 seconds actually. Re. OC: yes, I'm running an oc indeed, but I've set it relatively low just because of the different handling per algo indeed. I might have to go even more conservative I guess, as I realise it could potentially be a cause for the crashing. Are you saying blake2s, lyra and Skunk should work with one OC setting and Skein/Nist5 with another? Which combo does need throttling more? Re. PowerLimit: my 1080's are set at 80%. Keeps power draw in check but still allows for some o/c. Re. Remote desktop: noted, thx. I like Teamviewer, can access the rig(s) with my Lumia 950 (yes, it has a Windows 10 mobile app!). I fear however that when one of those proper crash happens, the only thing I can do is a hard reboot by switching off the WiFi plug (and yes, there's a Win10 mobile app for that too!) Yup by delays I mean intervals, 120-150sec works for me, but it depends on try (as I wrote before sometimes X cards starts hashing after Y time). As for OC from my experience those algorithms (skein, nist, Lyra, skunk, blake2s) could use same OC settings (for me on Gaming X it's 152cc,-502mc, for other brands it differs, Zotac Amp Extreme Core has core clock + ~100 already on stock). For me TV was crashing/lagging rig when connecting. Don't have same issues with Chrome Desktop. Now the biggest problem for me is defreezing my rig remotely (need to buy watchdog for it), because it's located 500 km away and I really like messing around with it Today my parents finally brought it up after messing at Friday with xevan miner

4$ a day for 1080ti seems too high
Maybe it is some smaller pool which got lucky and found more blocks than it should, so profitability was a bit higher. Well for hashrefinery (30days test) 5x Ti got stable 0.001/ea BTC per day (not excluding costs). So it's 4-3$ per day. Thanks, I'll give it a try! Can I use ccminer 2.2.1 there? or which one? I'm using latest version of sniffdog miner and ccminers that's included in it. (I'm only switching between skein and nist5 algo) I've been struggling to have either Sniffdog or Nemo working stable on my rig. It will always crash at some point. Several times a day. I'm suspecting Alexis might be the biggest offender, but I don't think it's the only one. What delays/intervals are you setting your miner at? Also, while I've setup Speedfan to monitor GPU temps (and automatically reboot the rig if any GPU's temp falls below a certain threshold for 10 consecutive minutes), the rig will regularly disconnect completely (i.e. probably failing reboot - and becoming un-controllable from Teamviewer). All in all a very unsatisfactory situation which I am struggling to fix. Was hoping there would be more people out there who could share similar experiences (and would be interested to know if and how they'd fixed it). I've set delays at 150 - so I wont lose as much shares from switching every 30 sec ( sometimes, especially on skein 2-3 cards starts hashing right away, then last 2 after 45sec). There are detailed instructions for installing masternode?
Thanks for support ! lol, we need another update. As ive said 3 times now.. you cant run more than 1 masternode pr uniqe ip when its locked to a port! running 1 per ip address is standard masternode beviour, that is why services such as mine exists.. you can also rent a vps and setup the masternode yourself The problem isnt that i dont understand how masternodes works. The problem is we were promised something else. It's same problem as ARC MNs, you'll end up with possibility of setting 20+, but yield won't pay for each VPS if you use them solely for it :/ Yep If restricted to one, they need to rethink the whole model, as ppl will buy max 1k, and not 5-10k to run a bunch. If we are restricted to one MN per IP address, collateral should be at least 2.5k XLR - I know more MN means more network security, especially if they are spread BUT. As ARC showing it's not especially true. Also if anyone could run MN with low initial commit, we'll see network paying once per X days really soon. @up, probably Your fee was deduced from amount send. You need to do everything again, exluding fee from amount send.

Miner on 1060 constantly closed, even with the intensity of 14 so all is not OK.
Dear sir, you got miner for free, we were hard working chasing rare bug for win build while you were sitting on your sofa, and now you're complaining something? Go ask _sp to sell you same code for 200$, told already that miner will fail in 2 cases: 1) High overclock 2) -p stats option I won't comment anymore, as stuff like this drives me angry. AS-IS, roll-roll your boat gently down the stream. P.S: совсем охренели уже, потому krnlx ничего и не комментирует, так как люди порой превращаются в свиней, получили ПО нахаляву, еще и претензии имеют. So parameters passed in -p crashes miner? My rig crashed yesterday, was hashing superb high for moment (33mh - 5x1080Ti) on stock clocks, now miner is dead and I'll ressurect him tommorow Thanks for Your work Palgin (&Krnlx)!
