81  Economy / Economics / Re: Amazon to accept bitcoin payments directly... the real breakthrough!? on: February 23, 2020, 07:05:11 AM
So I started doing some research. I found a company which developed a browser extension to support payments on amazon with bitcoins (Not sure if its against the rules to post the company so I wont)... I'm sure there is a demand for it as I've seen the trade volume on a well known p2p exchange using Amazon gift cards. I say all of that to say this, what do you think that would do to the value?

Surely this would be the moment which would solidify mass adoption of the currency?
If the Amazon would really accept bitcoin as a part of their transaction, it will cause a huge impact to the cryptocurrency since a bit company are now using it. It will for surely gonna have a huge price movement to the market and might cause a bull run. This is might be also a trigger to other company to officially accept crypto as their part of every transaction that they are going to do.
82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Finally, i find way into crypto trading on: February 22, 2020, 03:30:15 PM
This is simple strategy but in reality it is quite a gamble in the sense that when btc will start real bull run then during small dips person following this strategy will sell and get usdt but infact he will miss the booming ship of btc rocket. You will know about it during next bull run when you will keep looking at your usdt while btc will hit 10x.
Even though that it is a simple strategy, you should be always careful on the trading that you are doing. Try to fully understand the market movement first for you to be able to become successful in trading career. Patience is a virtue in this one. Do not try to sell you coin if it is not your ideal price to avoid losing a part of your money.
83  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A question about withdrawing BTC on: February 22, 2020, 02:37:13 PM
Recently I became interested in the feasibility to withdraw btc through the atm. I read a lot of information about this, here, for example, this article on changelly.
If you guys have a similar experience, please share it. I'm worried about the anonymity of such a method. And all in all, aren't such things contrary to the idea of cryptocurrency on the whole if you have as much anonymity when working with it as you do with fiat?
It will bypass the main purpose of bitcoin which is to be able to transact anonymously. If we are going to have some ATM that allows us to be able to withdraw bitcoin, it will for surely gonna be centralized and the government will know our true identity. We must really take it slowly before implementing it so that it will not defeat the purpose of cryptocurrency.
84  Economy / Economics / Re: Gold vs. U.S. dollar on: February 22, 2020, 05:35:31 AM
Is there a possibility that can dollar beat the value of gold?
Dollar and gold is different to each other. Dollar is mainly used for us to be able to transact. The value of it is continuously changing because of the number of supply of it. Gold is much more stable than dollar since it is not included in the transaction that we have plus the fact that the production of gold is much more slower than dollar. Meaning, it is impossible for dollar to beaten up gold in terms of value.
85  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Consider All Altcoins Bad on: February 22, 2020, 04:58:15 AM
The question is why do some people generalize all Altcoins as bad? considering there are over 3000 of them out there. One would not have the time to go through each project one by one. to analyze the project. team etc everything behind each crypto project.
There has to be some project out there under good intentions. Not all projects could be a scam. I admit I only have a top 4 i consider when it comes to best coins. But yet many should be decent at least honest projects out there. Afterall we do need more projects. more quality projects out there in order for crypto to succeed.

your thoughts
Well for me altcoin is considered bad because some of them is having a hard time to recover when their price has dump. Some of the top altcoin has the ability to recover fast because of the investors that is continuously supporting those top altcoins unlike those altcoin that is below. They are having a hard time to rise up because of the lack of support of investors.
86  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Was Ripple the cause of this bullish trend? What do you think? on: February 22, 2020, 03:05:41 AM
Ripple had been on the news before this bullish threads started coming into the crypto market, this make me Wonder, if Ripple is the sole cause of this bullish threads we have seen form January to February, 2020. Also, recently Ripple had announced their partner; "Intermex, which will leverage RippleNet – a network of institutional payment providers using Ripple's several payments solutions – to develop "faster, transparent cross-border remittance services" between the U.S. and Mexico."
I don't think that ripple is responsible for the bullish trend. Maybe the reason why some of the altcoin rises up is because of the halving that is about to happen this coming May. Investors are now hyped to this kind of event that is why they are trying to have some bitcoin before halving happens for them to be able to gain profit into it.
87  Other / Off-topic / Re: Which VPN to pick? on: February 21, 2020, 04:23:49 PM
Hey, I am just starting out and would like to use a VPN, but don't know which one... Would you recommend NordVPN? I have done some reading https://www.reddit.com/r/nordvpn/ and looks alright, how is it for bitcoin stuff?
For me NORD vpn is already good. But as of now, I am using Touch VPN in my pc. It offers a lot of countries that is why I would like to recommend that one to you. It is called touch because in just a touch, the vpn will literally gonna be activated. Try to check that out and for sure you will not regret that using it.
88  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoin market speculation ?? on: February 21, 2020, 11:37:20 AM
The market is now down. When can it rise! Predict everyone?

1. Within 6hours.
2. Within 12hours.
3. Within Oneday & more.

It is really hard to predict the next value of a specific coin since we all know that the cryptocurrency is very volatile. It is continuously moving up and down that makes its price harder to predict. That is why trading is the hardest job to do since you really need to focus on analyzing and understanding the market movement for you to be able to become successful in trading.
89  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Gaming Industry and Cryptocurrency! on: February 21, 2020, 08:06:20 AM
Lightnight looks great. If the gameplay and graphics are excellent it could be a good game to promote Bitcoin imo.

I think a game where you can get Bitcoin or crypto by winning a match/session is generally a good idea. The user only needs to input their wallet address, play the game and then earn rewards. In terms of marketing, a third-party can use their marketing funds to encourage users to do some specific things, such as building a good team with the sponsor name on it.

The minecraft mod also looks great.
Lightnight is really on a different level of game now. This is a first person shooter that includes a money which is the cryptocurrency. It allows you to win a good amount of money if you are going to play this game really good. This game will for surely going to be supported by the other consumers because of its good quality graphics.
90  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bull run top 5 Alts for 2020. on: February 21, 2020, 03:35:13 AM
What are your thoughts on my picks, and which are yours?
Actually I am number one fan of Ripple, Ethereum and BCH. Those coins are available on the cryptocurrency wallet of our country that is why I am always looking forward into it. Plus the fact that they show some potential bull run by their behaviour this past few days. They are continuously pumping day by day so no doubt that it will rise up soon.
91  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Ripple ever reach $5 ? on: February 20, 2020, 05:17:33 PM
Hi Guys!

I bought ripple at $2.50 and i am at very high losses. I wanted to know if and when it will reach $3, $4 and if my stars shine $5 ?  Please help. I am being as much patient i can but i am honestly dying from the inside looking at the prices.
I do not think that the value of ripple will become 5$ since the number of supply of it is way to high. Also, it is impossible since it might beat bitcoin if that happens and become the top of the rank. Maybe in the next 10 years that is possible. But as of now, even if the bitcoin halving happens, 5$ Ripple is still impossible to happen.
92  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I have bought Yoda and Alisa. Should I continue holding them? on: February 20, 2020, 04:28:15 PM
Hello dear members.
I have bought some Yoda and Alisa coins in Yobit. I saw they were rising and anyone suggested buying them.
Since I bought them, they are just going down and I have lost 60% of my money in them until now.
What do you recommend me to do next? I am very patient but do you think holding them a little longer can compensate my losses?
I only want to get my capital back even if it is done with zero profit.
You must sell it right away. There are so many people received their YODA from their airdrop. So, no doubt that sooner or later, the value of it will for surely gonna drop like the other coins out there. If you have a chance to sell it, sell it right away. Do not waste your time holding it since it will not gonna increase its price anymore.
93  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I have some funds to invest-- How do I make a good decision? on: February 20, 2020, 02:55:11 PM
There are so many coin out there, Please what do I look out for to make a good choice for investment into any of the coin.
Try to check out first those coin that is on the Top 50 ranks. Most those coins can easily recover that will happen to them because of the fact that they have so many supporters. Also, they are the most trusted coin by the investors so you must not be afraid on getting scammed. After that, you should avoid selling your coin if the price of it is not profitable enough for you. Hold it until it becomes worth it to sell.
94  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are you looking at tokens that are not top 50? on: February 19, 2020, 11:50:57 AM
Just like me and I also have assets that are under the top 50, some are even not in the top 100 list. It does look doubtful, but there are clear considerations that are our fundamental reasons for holding it and believe it will be an investment that can provide profits.
Well it is kinda risky if you are going to invest your money that is Top 50 below. I just don't trust it. For me, it is better to invest on those coins that will for surely guarantee you a money as long as you know how to play around with it. Also, those altcoin that is on the top 50 above has the ability to recover its price after dump.
95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Top 2 altcoins to invest in NOW. on: February 18, 2020, 07:37:34 AM
I'd rather stay in the range of top 10 altcoins like Ethereum and Bitcoincash or Litecoin and BNB token, you can easily judge with present bitcoin movement, those altcoins that easily follows bitcoin movement are good investment but BSV? I don't trust the project
Bitcoincash and ethereum is one of the most coin that has a probability of having a bull run. We all know that the value of these coin will for surely gonna move because of the halving that is about to happen. All of the other coins will be affected by the halving since they are needed to be able to have a cheaper withdrawal fee.
96  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin good for the economy? on: February 17, 2020, 02:15:38 PM
One of the best transaction today is with the use of cryptocurrency because many people want to use the crypto or the bitcoin because it is faster to have a transaction and today there are a lot of people want to make bitcoin as the primary or secondary payment to the bills, services and other things with the support of crypto.
Bitcoin or cryptocurrency will have a huge impact to the economy because of the faster transaction that it offers. The faster the transaction we have the higher chance that the economy will also move faster so this one would definitely work. You can transact whenever you want as long as you have an internet connection that will make every transaction easier.
97  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: One of the best crypto trading strategy ! on: February 17, 2020, 12:40:24 PM
The rule on being one of the best in cryptocurrency trading is the buy low and sell high strategy. Meaning, buy the coin when it is on its lowest point then you are going to sell it by the time that its price became higher than the value that you bought it before. That is the good strategy ever but needs a lot of patience since you need to wait for its price to rise up before you can gain profit into it.
98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which coin now you think had a good future on: February 17, 2020, 11:07:44 AM
altcoin bnb will have a good future because it has its own market and that market is an exchange that has the largest user in the world therefore, altcoin bnb will grow and dev bnb will to make more ideas for bnb has many uses
I would like to agree to this one. BNB is one of the top performing coins as of now. Also, I think Ethereum and Ripple will gonna do well in the future. As of now we are all waiting for the halving. When the halving takes effect, these coin will for surely gonna rise up since they are the one that has a cheaper withdrawal fee so their price will be affected by the bull run of bitcoin soon.
99  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoin's price is disappointing!!! on: February 17, 2020, 08:27:07 AM
It's not altcoin year yet, it's the year of Bitcoin due to halving event in upcoming month. To be honest, there are few good altcoins were getting pumped last month. BTG is one of the example, the price was pumped to 150% and you can definitely get something there, please take a look at whole altcoins not just the top one :^)
If this is the bitcoins year, this is gonna be altcoins year. You know why? The price of the altcoin is somehow independent on what will be the next price of bitcoin. If bitcoin increase its price because of the halving, the value of the other coins will for surely gonna move since they are independent into it. Lets just wait what will happen to the whole market after the halving.
100  Economy / Economics / Re: What will be the affect of Valentine day on Bitcoin Price on: February 17, 2020, 06:26:23 AM
Since 2015, valentine's day has been very positive for bitcoin as well as for ether. Every valentine's day with the exception of 2019, has been positive in the case of bitcoin, with the highest daily return of more than 9% occuring in 2018, will 2019 Valentine's follows the same trend as last years ..
Valentines day will probably make an impact to the bitcoin price only if there is some businesses that allows bitcoin as a part of their transaction process. As of now, I don't think there is some stores that allows bitcoin as a part of their transaction so in short, this holiday does not have any impact at all to the bitcoin price. The price movement that just happened is only a coincidence maybe.
