Вот бинанс довольно успешно проводит ланчпады, хотя здесь тоже должно было быть так, первые икошки на платформе были еще успешными но хайп прошел.
Здесь скорей всего дело в том что рынок сейчас не лучший для инвестиций и неважно где ico проходит, редкие проекты могут похвастаться хорошими сборами, ну и вариант с регулированием ico не был бы лишним, а то слишком много скама, инвестора уже стали более осторожными. Согласен, но то что делает бинанс это просто хайп, они разогрели интерес людей потратив на это миллионы долларов, просто прикоримили людей. И я думаю что скоро все это поймут, и это все закончится. Бинанс сейчас много делает для крипто индустрии. Хайп - ни хайп, но бинанс дает заработать даже на таком рынке. Не вижу ничего в этом плохого. GBX тоже мог бы так делать, если бы были на это ресурсы и все были бы только рады этому |

Что-то мне кажется продажа недвижимости на платформе блокчейн не реализуется . И особым спросом не будет пользоваться . В каждой стране свое законодательство , перечислить деньги можно и без платформы .
Сейчас может быть и нет, но в будущем когда цифровые валюты займут рынок на 90% это будет нормой. Правда без нотариата вовсе обойтись не получится хотят тут могут помочь умные контракты. Если уж цифровые валюты займут рынок на 90%, то много чего в мире вообще поменяется, в том числе и сопровождение сделок по недвижимости вероятно можно будет автоматизировать |
