I feel the cap on the coins helps them to keep the coin value up and steady. whenever they maek profit they disperse their dividends to their coin holders via a hard fork.
All those loyal coinholders have become the starts of the crypto world raisign the market cap for BTC family to $160 B

What can I do, HOLD or Sell or What!

Safest bet in ETH as all the ERC tokens are based on ETH and it should go up next year as the experts forecast.

You should be lucky that you got back coins forthe SWAP.
There are alt coins who are in the mode to cheat and run away with investment without honoring what they are supposed to do. I hope the KMD honors the investors and members what they are due of?

I feel investing in ICO is for far better safety then buying in the secondary market.
ICO at least provides a complete return on investment. MY bitter experience was that I bought confido (CFD) lost all the money in it bying in ether delta.
To be on safer side I will go for minimum ETH for each ICO thereby i feel that I was part of the investment.

I was a victim of Confido Scam. Bought it in Etherdelta when it was 50 cents and lost 2 ETH.

Recently i had a bought CFD in etherdelta thinking it might be a good investment. These guys made the money in 1 week from release of ICO and shut down the coin claiming legal issue. They can get a way with all ethereum they claimed without any accountability.
Leason learnt not to buy any more Alt coins from ether delta as there is no way to vet them.
Not sure if there is a way to handle these kind of scenarios's.

I bought it for .65 and gone to .11 . Big loss. Not sure when it will go back to the buy price atleast. Today was a bad day.

What is the wallet for bitcoin. I am aware there is a wallet in coinbase for BTC and ethereum and lite coin.
Ether wallet is for Ethereum based tokens. Is there any specific wallet for bitcoin family?

I think regulation can be good...right now just seems like there are so many (potential) scams.
Yeah, I invested in few ICO's from yobit but that didn't end up well so I am actually scared to buy tokens during ico. From that time I have been joining only bounties if I believe project will become big. Regulation is good but giving your personal information without knowing something is scam is big no no, ICO regulation has to be world wide and not only in few countries. Please let know if you come across good bounty programs where we can participate. SInce you are senior member you might have more experience in analyzing ico's and their project. |

XRP has 38 billions max supply.
I would be surprised if it crosses 2 USD first.

I feel it will be a dump. Last week we saw some activity because there was a news that ETH has bugs in its code as a result started trying to ETC as it is older and stable version.
All new ICOthat are released use ETH. New developments are happening in ETH and why would somebody buy ETC.
Comparison. if you like to purchase an iphone between 7 and 10 what would a person buy? That is just an analogy i would use and it is just my thought.

All coins that are doing well today are those with low market circulation.
In case of the XRP there are 38 billion tokens even though they have a good product. You can invest your profits from alt coins in to XRP but not your hard earned capital.
That was just my thought.

Your concept is good. Not sure if it is feasible.
Always cost savings are more when the middle layers are removed. AS you Google amazon make money in ad revenue and selling user information.
Amazon on top makes money on subscription too. market There should be a marketplace in cryoto world to address this to break the monopolies of this big companies.
