Well before sometime... There was the opposite, if BTC went down all Alts went to! Now after the first hard fork ,when everybody got free money from bitcoin cash, there was another fork on the way... So everybody took out their money from alt coins and put them in BTC in order to get again free money. The second fork never happen and now all these people will put their money again back to alts and new ICOs...

Ethereum, is stable, with an excellent team. I wouldn't invest any money to a high risky investment that has not high returns. Ethereum is for me.

I don't have any money to ethereum network but I still support it by telling how important it is unlike Bitcoin and most alt coins that do nothing.

Third Neo, is a very promising Virtual Machine which can be better than Ethereum

This is very true, not just Ethereum, but also NEO and generally Virtual Machines that work on a blockchain completely decentralized.
Bitcoin it should be only an experiment but people do not understand what really is and invest to it like that does something except to overprice 1mb block.

ICOs is the best investments if you study where you invest, if you invest your money to a poor team, with a poor whitepaper then is not ICOs fault if you lost your money. A good investor invest to ICOs that have good teams and good ideas. ICOs are the future of economy
