Seems like most people just want to become super rich in a short period of time.
If you don't believe in this new technology, and just want to earn quick money, I think you will probably not achieve what you want.
All I want to say is be patient, live your life, and don't get too emotional by all the negative news/FUD. Yes, crypto might be ended in a really bad way and you lose most/all your money. But if you truly believe in the new technology, just invest the projects you like the most and hold until it gets mature and returns.

Now I am building up my portfolio and it is consists of mainly 3 tokens. They are SGR, PCL and Blue. I am pretty optimistic about them. There is another project, I think will be a successful one is Omnitude. But I think peculium and Blue will be ground breaking project and I am holding them for at least few months. And SGR is also worth mentioning. If SGR can provide what it promised, I will be more than happy

I lost too much money due to this btc dip, What is the reason of this dip? Will it recover soon?

Currently the cryptocurrency market is going through a big correction (especially to those who have recently joined). We are seeing coins lose 30-50% of its value in a few days and everyone is panicking. These are the times that will define who will succeed in this market and who will fail. You have to keep your emotions in check and be confident that once you have done proper research in the coins you have invested in they will go up when the market rebounds. Corrections are inevitable and is needed for the overall market to grow. So if you are feeling overwhelmed by the drastic decline in your portfolios just take a few days off and enjoy some sunshine. If you want to be aggressive throw some more fiat into the game and take advantage of the low prices.

I think cryptos have just bottomed out for now. Probably is time to buy.Everyone seems to be shit scared.  Opinions?

Hi everyone.

I think it is not right that Bittrex takes comission for withdrawing delisted coins.
It feels like they are just making money on delisting and YOU lose money + pay comission to withdraw what's left.

100 SAFEX to move your safex somewhere
now its 49 FUN to move them.
Same for Bitshares and others.

Overall Bittrex actions are disgusting.You dont know wich coin will be delisted tomorrow and probably the one you hodl ofc.

Bittrex MUST MAKE DELISTED COINS WITHDRAWAL FREE OF CHARGES!

Ok, so for me as a huge blockchain enthusiast, nothing annoys me more than seeing all this FUD from new members or traders.
I've tried to demonstrate through a simple ms paint picture, taking an example of another correction to explain.



Now as we can see, between Nov 20 2016 and Jan 05 2017, we had a 62% increase in about 3 and a bit weeks, to a lot of investors this is worth cashing out over, great returns!
The value then dropped around 34% from $1170 to $767 on the 12th of Jan 17, it then took till the 22nd of Feb to return to this value of $1170, around 5 weeks! this is the period where panicked people continue to sell due to the dip.

Now from the $767 price at the dip in Jan, it took around 3 months to hit a new high around $1250 with around 62% increase, this is more sustainable than the earlier rise of 61% in 3 weeks.. so what do we see? of course another correction but a much shorter one, why? the period of growth was slower, more sustained so the incentive to cash out is lower compared to 61% in 3 weeks.

Now if we look what has happened recently, Bitcoin went from $6000 in mid November 2017 to $18,000 in mid December 2017, this is a 200% increase in 1 month!
So what happens? once again people see a chance for a huge profit and cash out.

Now $18,000 to $10,000 is a 44% drop, after 200% in 1 month is this really surprising? not at all..
Based on what we've seen, the recent jump will cause a larger than normal correction, this is what we're seeing now.

I can't tell you how long this correction will last but my gut says it'll go a bit longer, am I in a panic? no way, everything's on sale!

I hope this brings a bit of calm to some, I've used BTC as an example but the same concept applies to all coins and the entire market value.

Do you agree that facebook banned all that promote ico's and bitcoin?

Many people asking why there are a lot of altcoins, and they suggest limits the altcoin making should be done.

The reasons why I don't agree to limits the altcoin aside from the reason of decentralization.

Here are the few;
1.   The monopoly of market will be avoided.
2.   There is a competition of prices in the market  that can limit the price of the stellar cryptocurrency to overshoot.
3.   Altcoins can cause unpredictable fluctuation of prices in the market. Fluctuation of prices result revenue for the traders/investors.
4.   New and small investors/traders will be given a chance to trade in the market.
5.   There is a healthy circulation of money in the market because hoarding/holding will be prevented.
6.   Exchange site/market can gain also a suitable amount.
7.     Bounty campaign will be continued to progress.
