Very interesting concept.
Would you be weighting the rewards a consumer gets on the fiat currency of their country?
For example: someone in New Delhi buys a BigMac meal, they get 1 Alloy. Does someone in London also get 1 Alloy for their purchase or, do they get 8 because of the value of the currency in the country they're in?
If it is equal rewards regardless of geographic location it could be something that drastically improves the lives of those in the third world
Hi Thanks for posting this query. I am describing below how ALLOY & Rewards Network will work for consumers. The User downloads the ALLOY app ----> Signs in ----> Links different membership accounts ----> Sees the total combined worth of Rewards points in Local Fiat Equivalent ----> Accesses the Rewards section ----> Checks out with a product of choice. ALLOY in Phase I of the Rewards catalogue will be considered as the value of exchange in the backend to facilitate cross border transaction via smart contracts, between Brands & Consumers. Hence the value of exchange will be equal regardless of geographic location, enabling seamless transactions. Note: Users will also get a minimum of 0.5% ALLOY token as cashback during transactions based on the net value. Hope I was able to answer your query. |

this is a very big project, and certainly very promising, but I'm a little hesitant about the big numbers, lots of projects that offer big numbers, but forget their promise, I'll see the progress of this thread, hopefully grow well .

there are some considerations to think about before joining your project; firstly, the project is huge with a huge amount of supply; secondly, the price of a coin at the end of the signature

I have joined the signature campaign to show my support for this project. However I wonder this concept is unique, since I have seen a very similar project, which is called "Incent". Could anyone from the team tell me what makes this project different from the "Incent" project.

On the other hand, ALLOY instead of making businesses adopt the new point/currency system which is cumbersome, we make ALLOY adopt to any and every business in the market thereby making it instant, frictionless and comparatively efficient roll out model to address the existing $360B stagnant reward points market. Additionally, one of the highlights of the project is simplicity & convenience for the consumer which enables them to combine multiple points under ALLOY and covert it to a single fiat currency and increase the utility of their points regardless of where they are or where they travel. Appreciate your point of view, but as mcfom rightly pointed out, Rewarding is a very huge industry and just one segment (unredeemed points) of it deals with $360Bn worth of value each year. So having 100Mn circulation is essential in providing the transaction bandwidth for the global market. |

I believe DAPPs would be the apt term. ICO is just a type of DAPP and a subset of if. Unfortunately that all we mostly hear in the public but there is so much potential unmined. With the Ethereum hard fork upcoming, you can expect this to go up considerably.

You can also have check on Alloy Tokens. Alloy bridges the gap between Virtual currencies and Real world Rewards (Merchandise & Services). You can link multiple reward point accounts (Loyalty, Games) & even cryptocurrencies to convert to a Local fiat and go on purchasing with that. |
