I am also using Hotbit for last 2 years and I never face any problem in deposit and withdrawals. Its a user friendly exchange even newbies can use it without any help. Yes, in the past time I noticed several new projects coins listed on hotbit. I hope they will add more feature like other big exchanges to attract more users.
