To increase the price of ethereum, the price of bitcoin needs to increase first. And that network density needs to be fixed a bit, sometimes the transfers last for days.

I do not think listing on Binance will effect the price of DGB . Because there are many big exchanges which you can trade DGB already. Poloniex, bittrex, hitbtc..

Since the crypto is in the bearish market, it makes more sense to buy coins from exchanges after icos. Most of the coins prices are lower than icos prices on exchanges.
