Well you cab start at any price it can be high or low but if you are starting try to trade that you can easily gain and easily loss like 20$ at first and then go up and up so whenever you are in the high one you now know what to do better

Well i manage my bounty campaign by doing what i can do on free time like a 2 campaign would be good because i dont want to push myself to limit because it is not good for my body so i prefer to do that i can do only on free time

For me i think it  is much more better to hold the bitcoin than to buy ethereum but you can use the half of ypur bitcoin and buy ethereum so in this way you can hold two long term coins at the same time
