83  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How can I convert LiteCoins to bitcoins on: May 24, 2013, 10:51:57 PM
i suggest also www.btc-e.com , simple, fast, efficient.

I will add my support to that view.

I just started mining LTC and used btc-e to convert my first batch of LTC into BTC. I pulled the BTC back to my wallet and it all went well.

Yes. BTC-E is great for this.

You are both Jr Members now.  I am sure it has to do with waiting a few minutes after you hit the requirements.  Search is your friend.

In America it's innocent until proven guilty. If they're a scam then you should have no problem proving it.

I agree with this, but sometimes it is hard to prove as well.

Wasn't that hard for the prosecutor to prove Sonny V. was a felon.  Perhaps he was innocent at one point, but now he's a convicted felon.

Can you show me a government website that shows this information? Also, just because someone does something wrong, doesn't mean they will continue doing it. The top burglars in the world have created the best security systems. Hell even Kevin Mitnick went on to design some of the best security features that are even in use on bank checks today.

Sonny has gone on a plea bargain so the prosecutor didnt have to prove shit. He didnt even get a trial, since he cut a deal and simply went to jail.

Being in jail would still put him on over 30 websites and show his arrest record. So, show hard evidence. Not just he said, she said and hearsay.

So there is almost no chance of anyone taking me up on this. However, I just got a $25 iTunes card in the mail today from my CC company. I don't have an iPhone anymore so I figured I'd see if anyone wanted to take it off my hands at 0.15BTC. I took three pictures of the card (removing the serial number and other identifier at the bottom in the image) and one of the pictures is me holding it up in front of CNN's website with today's date. That is about the best trust factors I can offer as I removed the GPS coordinates from the images :-p

I'm restricted to the newbie section for another couple hours of login time otherwise I'd be posting this in a different section of the forums.

Any takers?

92  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to SAFELY sell Bitcoins on eBay on: May 12, 2013, 03:19:56 AM
Paypal will suspend your account and accuse you of being an e-currency dealer.  If you try to post "No refunds" and other messages on your auction, Paypal will not care.  Paypal's rules overrides your "rules" no matter what you post.  THEY WILL ALWAYS SUPPORT THE BUYER AND TAKE BACK THE MONEY FROM YOU.  They will not support you in ANY WAY even if you shoot a video of you sending bitcoins.  The ones who say they shot a video and that Paypal supported them are full of shit.  They will send you directly to the compliance department and screw you royally.  Again I am telling you that Paypal will suspend, freeze and cancel your account when they figure out what you are doing and you will lose your privileges.  They are watching the auctions. paypal=ebay ebay=paypal.    To the original poster, why have you stopped selling?  You are doing a disservice to the noobs by posting such BS.  BEWARE!
