got a report of someone else not being able to get their plug working w/ a gigabyte 5850. anyone else?

Hey all, Has anyone else been having problems with getting dummy plugs to work with their Sapphire 5850s? I've just about given up on them as I should be doing everything right! 74.8 ohm resistors, I've tried 3 resistors and 1 resistor, I've even tried adding solder to the leads to assist in connection. nothing. I've tried all 3 adapters (DVI TO VGA) to no avail... plugging in a monitor works, though! strange! Craig

getting those upstream RPC errors again. googling of "upstream RPC error" led me to this thread -_-. Craig Edit: nevermind. miners back online. I just happened to look at the console at a wrong time. downtime only lasted about 2 minutes.
