Even Electroneum team failed to give the coins to the investors sending photos is not enough and development is more important and collected more than 40millions and giving not clarity in terms own blockchain. They are giving any exact ETA about release.
What do you mean? The Electroneum team has been quite transparent about their stuff or is there something I missed now? They are updating but they are not releasing anything. Every day we are checking for updates no special news like releasing the wallets and coins. May be they are dragging thing more longer. Any idea what their intentions for doing that could be? Why would they hold everything back? Oh yes, think you missed the main point .... they have been so transparent that no one knows where the ico coins are of if they still exist and not stolen. I haven't seen my account since the day after I bought in. Transparency is no excuse for incompetence, but this is the ico world so I guess we have to pray that there will be a silver lining some day. |

Oh crap they fled with all that money Thought my internet connection dropped because I couldn't reach the site. Was just reading a blog about someone bragging about making 44% roi in 12 days. Guess no one informed him that until its in the bank or under a mattress he made 0% .... what a shame |

Whatever the capital we have then our chances to get rich are very open. With the right investment and also the right ico election it will make us get a tremendous profit. But basically if you have an increasingly large capital then you can have a chance to get a much bigger advantage. I will choose ico that has great prospects and big names because that way I reduce the losses I could get.

That said, the answer to the coin that will make us rich is is varied as the "sub-forums" here. Go to the the bitcoin section with this question and bitcoin will be the key to riches, go to mining and mining will be the cure, go the trading section and the answer is clear. So many options and decisions to make. What to do??? Starting capital indeed dictates all. If I had millions I'd be all in on bitcoin, eth or diversified in the top 50 exclusively, relaxing in the Bahamas and content with 10% return a year. But personally starting with less than 1k to where a 1k dip doesn't even catch my attention, my answer is ..... You have to take risks, NOW, while the volatility is still here, because once crypto becomes more mainstream and more regulated these 100+ % gains in a day or week will be fairytales, and the 8% a year stock type return will be the goal. |

The op mentioned "rich" which I assume is a million plus which means at least a 100x gain. Unless you have lots of money I doubt eth will do that given the current price. @ $400 per eth say you bought 25 that would be a $10,000 investment. To make 1 million dollars, eth would have to 100x which means the price would have to go to $40,000 per eth. It might but thats a big if and gamble when regulation and controls are coming fast which are making those gains MUCH harder. My humble opinion nothing in top 100 will make you rich  You would need to have way more than 10k. Only an ico can do that now. |

The kyc (know your customer) process is basically submitting a photo of passport and sometimes utility bill to prove your residency. In many cases US residents are barred from investing unless they are accredited investors. Other countries have also banned icos and kyc will also fail if passport is from there.
As a result be careful investing if kyc is needed or ico may keep funds if you cant pass. Best to wait until coin is on exchange and buy there.

Any other coins out there like monero, ie private transaction based? I hate the gui wallet, about 3 days to full sync which I understand but every time I restart it jumps back to re-resync last 22000 or so blocks. The $@$t is painfully slow and boggs down my computer. Im done with this monero crap from a user stand

Wow, just saw that its not just me having issues with bittrex. Ive had my coins sitting with them for a few months now and had to resubmit my drivers license twice due to what they say was unable to verify with public records and my account being locked, which is BS. Fearing now this is a kyc scam to steal coins and have to promptly find a way to store everything offline. Decentralized exchanges are the ONLY solution or this will end badly for lots of people.

Transfered a large amount by wire 2 days ago to gdax via coinbase and just received this message : " Incoming wires are delayed. Our team is investigating". Is anyone else having this issue or is this a site wide problem ?

Bitcoin seems to all the rage now, overshadowing any positive news in alts. The higher the price goes the less money folks have to put into alts. The noise will settle in a month or two but until then fewer alts will see huge rises, now time to load up

Christmas will be very good for the whales who are perpetrating this fraud. All these forks are caused a lot of FOMO money to be tied up in bitcoin with the hope of free coins, ultimately pumping the price upwards. Personally waiting for the dump to happen which unfortunately will trap a lot of people who bought at these highs.

wow didn't expect it to be below 10 sats so soon, thought it might even hold up there. Looks like it may fall further but what nuts are selling sub 10 sats ? Selling to buy crack or heroin ? Selling at these levels make no financial sense.

If B3 is worth 1 satoshi of Bitcoin... it would take over 1000 BTC to buy the entire market and this number is climbing fast due to staking. This coin had a market cap of less than $20,000 not long ago...  I'm forecasting that this coin soon doesn't have a Bitcoin market in the nearish future. Maybe ETH or LTC. (mind you that I even own some B3, but they are locked in a pool... pool withdraws are only done on Saturday ) Hopefully I'm wrong and this is a top 5 coin.  That would be true if this coin didn't have one of the best and most active dev teams unlike most coins. Fortunately B3 has one of the most progressive teams that think long term in the crypto-sphere. At any point this coin would have made holders lots of money, and this brief moment in history is no different. Master nodes are coming which will burn whatever quantity of coins required to purchase the MN, significantly reducing supply. Long term or short term, once the Bitcoin focus goes away, I hope you are still in for the ride up. |

I sold all my ETN beacause it will probably dropp a little more, 3-4 weeks until security testing done and then launch wallet mobile. Gott in DBIX instead, to many god things happening there to sit in this one for so many weeks...iŽll be back  I sold my mined ETN when the price was sky high when first listed, I set the bitcoin aside to buy back my ETN once it falls in value, it is the wise thing to do. I still have my ICO funds and Bounty campaign funds to come so happy days. Funny you should mention DBIX, I also follow that project and I am stockpiling right now. Way too good to miss out on. u mean u lost 3000$ lol  Total BS bud. It is only the start of a long journey with this one. All projects and even big tech companies have issues and problems that arise, not the doom and gloom people are making it out to be. i dont think so, its never wise to invest early, always wait what happens after the initial hype. this fomo buy early hold agains all odds is bs. There is a real good chance of seeing tidy profits in the future even for ICO investors. Saying that, you will likely be able to get more coins after the initial dumping than we could get during the ICO for the same money. At least early on. I agree that it is wise to wait, but this project had some unprecedented success during the ICO. The crypto world is relatively small, but Electroneum seemingly managed to attract people from the outside that know nothing about cryptocurrency at all. The number of people that registered was something like 10% of the entire Bitcoin userbase. That is quite impressive. So I think people getting in early on the hype for this one is not quite the same. The FOMO was maybe to be expected. Also, I don't invest for early profit. I invested because I wanted to support the tech and because I liked what I read about it. I wanted Electroneum to have the funds to make it a potential future success story, I don't just think with my pocket. I only invest in things I am interested in. Technology being a big one. likewise I invested to support the idea long term vs quick profit but think we were all victims of clever marketing. Without the phone mineability aspect of this being worthwhile vs gpu/cpu mining, which was a huge draw, who knows where this will end up. At this point it is just another stone thrown into an ocean of ideas because of the incompetence of the devs .... not too many icos have been this screwed up. But still have hope it will survive the devs ... yeah right |
