81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][X11/X13] X11 (Darkcoin)/X13 (Marucoin) miner (based on sph-sgminer) on: June 12, 2014, 06:15:05 PM
Anyone have x11modCypressglg2tc8000w128l4.bin made with driver 14.1 or 14.4? If so please quote me and post here. Thanks!!!

That's bin from drv.14.4, but without thread-concurrency in config file : http://sendfile.pl/230891/x11modCypressglg2tc6016w128l4.bin

I really need tc8000. With no tc or set to 6016 my hash drops by almost 150 per card. Thanks for trying. Anyone have the bin with tc8000? Thanks!
Here's what I'm using:

Card 0 is 280x, card 1 is 7950

odd, it doesn't matter if I set TC to 0 or 1,000,000 I get the exact same results for x11 and x13

On the official pool all my share info has been reset to zero but still no payout and no confirmed or unconfirmed coins.
83  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [Download New Wallets] Clean Water Coin | $2,000 Donated to Charity: Water on: June 10, 2014, 01:16:56 AM
For those who are having trouble synchronizing their wallets, try closing them for 24 hours and then re-downloading the blockchain.  You may be getting banned by legitimate nodes for inadvertently re-broadcasting blocks and transactions form an incorrect chain.

Yes, absolutely -- thank you OneFixt.

More Updates:
1. Costas (mindfox) is updating some things that will essentially hard code the nodes into the wallet and will stop new clients from accepting connections < 1.7.0.0. This will prevent what OneFixt mentioned from happening again (inadvertently re-broadcasting blocks and transactions from an incorrect chain).
2. We will be wrapping up the explorer in the next couple of days
3. Pool should be cleaned up and crons back on sometime tomorrow

All 3 items should be complete, tested, and pushed out within the next 3-4 days.

Once that is all complete and the network is more stable, we will be working with exchanges to make sure they are all squared away so we can put all this behind us and keep moving onward!

This might be a silly question, but does the following mean we can still mine on the official pool, we just won't see our coin until it's all cleaned up?

"Your shares and hashrate are safe and we will fix things ASAP"

Thanks in advance  Cheesy

Ya, that warning message should be gone now. We will be triple checking in the AM and then will fire up the crons. I'd also expect a bigger initial payout since blocks have been found during this down time -- just not report in the stats. Wink

So the official pool is on the correct fork?

So now the dev is attempting to sell most of his premine in an IPO?

The premine was 420,000 coins and the IPO is for 400,000 coins.

The communication here is terrible.

The first 200 blocks or so should have been worth like one coin each to at least seem fair.

Pool has been disabled because our pool and my personal wallet seem to be on different forks again....

Fork-fest

I think there are currently at least 3 forks.  I have 4 wallets, two are on one fork and the other two on a different fork.  And the official pool is on a different fork and it is not paying out or showing any unconfirmed or confirmed coins.

1% is 84K not 840K

.01 X 84,000,000 = ?

? = 840,000 coins

Am I calculating this correctly?

max per block is about 26 coins if difficulty is about 0
Block generation: 2.5 minutes

So in one week say max 100,000 coins
8 weeks = 800,000 coins
Assuming difficulty is near zero

premine = 840,000 coins

Premine over 0.5% is no longer acceptable.

uhh, what happened to the price?!

Nice!

Trade volume has increased substantially and MINT is getting tons of attention again.

We are eating into the 12 satoshi price. It won't be long before we push to 15 satoshis.

I started buying in again at 6 to 7 satoshi all the way to 4 satoshi, my 3 satoshi orders never filled.  This is a nice surprise!

Why would you add a "zero balance" option?

Use Caution
This will zero (0) the balance of your wallet and cannot be reversed. Please be absolutely sure you want to do this before you confirm.

I don't see how anything good can come from such an option.
96  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][X11/X13] X11 (Darkcoin)/X13 (Marucoin) miner (based on sph-sgminer) on: June 02, 2014, 10:25:11 PM
For the guys running R9 270 cards: I had to switch over to girino's 2% version under BAMT 1.6. To get any sort of stability past 8 hours of mining. Now my rigs are rock stable at near 1965 khs per 270x. A hair lower with 270 non-x.

Note all my cards are undervolted in the BIOS to 1.100v using VBE7. I could probably push them to 2.2 Mhs if they were still stock @ 1.250v, however electric rates are going up as we speak where I am.

My settings off the top of my head:

Xintensity: 512
Gpu-threads: 2
Lookup-gap: 2
Thread-concurrency: 5121
Gpu-engine: 1110
Gpu-memckock: 1250
Gpu-powertune: 20
Auto-fan: true
Shaders: 1280
Gpu-fan: 35-85

If someone can verify Pimp can run the free x11mod and x13mod on 270 and 270x cards without needing to hard reboot after a few hours I can switch back. But for now I'm stable with girino

"1965 khs per 270x"

Is that mining X11?

Because if it is then that is horribly low for a 270x.

this new wallet is joke.
a lot of coins is stake ,unconfirmed.

block is 55702

So you had some orphans, that is normal and expected with any PoS wallet.  I believe that you were likely on the correct block at the time of your post.  So why do you say "the new wallet is joke"?  It works and they added coin control.  Were you expecting the wallet to give you a blow job?  MindFox coded this wallet, he made XBC's wallet, dude is a straight up pro.

I didn't have any problems with the new linux wallet.  It has coin control which is cool.  The ad for SlideBelts was not in the new wallet like I expected.  It synced up quickly, no problems.

I'll post some screen shots when I get a chance.

The linux wallet was v 1.7.0.0.

Works like a champ, installed in Linux Mint without issue.

Good grief to the sellers....

Mintcoin has way to much going for it to be sold at a loss now. It is the only high interest paying PoS coin with real development still behind it... You can dump into my buy order at 4 if you wish though.

What development is behind it right now? What is happening to build value to the coin? In the past week I've seen nothing other than trying to get it on exchanges (which doesn't help add value). Past this, what's going on?

If you don't like what is happening then sell your MINT and leave the thread.  Thanks.

I love it. "I think money will magically appear and make me rich. If you disagree, you need to LEAVE US ALONE SO WE CAN GET RICH WHILE DOING NOTHING." It's that mentality that's holding back the project.

You come here and have nothing good to say.  You are just complaining and being negative.  Do you think that is helping?  I don't think so.
