There are too many ICOs in thesedays.
Do you suggest any other new method to do Initial Coin distribution way which people can invest and get distributed the coin they are interested in.

Recently, some countries like China and Korea baned ICO(initial coin offering). Some people say that it is the process of making healthy indutry, but some people worry about "anti-promoting" the blockchain industry.

There are lots of companies combining blockchain technologies into the certain field such as insurance, finance, ect.

There are lots of rumors or maybe truth which are trying to make national cryptocurrency.
There were Japan and China which tried to make the national cryptocurrency to get the control of "virtual" economy.
But I think there are lots of countries definitely needed the national cryptocurrency for people in that country.

Insurance automatic payment system

I think there are lots of porblems in insurance claim and rewarding program.
If the blockchain technology set up the certain computer algorithm woth smart contrat, the insurance claim can be reported automatically and when it fulfilled the certain condition, the rewards set by insurance contract can be automatically paid to patient with bitcoin. It will definitely make insurance process much simpler and. also it will prevent insurance fraud.

Bitcoin now is existed as gold not such a currency. So, it fluctuates when other situation threatening the current circumstance such as north Korea's missile. It actually went up when KimJeongEun shut the missiles. That means people think the bitcoin as gold that has the value itself not as a currency.

Recently, there are lots of company doing KYC for ICO.
However, it is kind of akward that doing KYC on blockchain technology.
Do you think is it neccessary to do KYC for ICO??

Yes, it could be definately happened. Since Bitcoin dosen't have an money transfer finction but anything else, the other cryptocurrency will replace bitcoin.

It will definitely go to the moon. There would be some certain area which the cryptocurrency will replace fiat coin. Like Visa card, people need something that they can easily carry and use anywhere, but it must be fast and convenient. If the scalability of blockchain will get better, there will be some area the cryptocurrency will replace the fiat currency such as in the insurance, healthcare, or voting sector.

지난 29일 한국정부(금융위)는 '가상통화 관계기관 합동 태스크포스(TF)'를 통해 "기술, 용어 등에 관계없이 모든 형태의 ICO를 금지할 방침"이라고 밝혔습니다.

이에 반해 일본 금융청은 같은날, 가상화폐거래소 11곳을 정식 승인해 화제가 되고 있습니다. 올해 들어 가상화폐 투자 열기가 뜨거워 지자 감독은 강화하되, 정부가 나서서 가상화폐 시장을 활성화 하기로 한것 입니다. 전세계 가상화폐 시장의 큰 영향력을 가지고 있는 한국, 중국, 일본에 대한 관심이 집중되는 가운데 각 정부의 대응방향이 이슈가 되고 있습니다.

앞으로 한국 정부의 움직임에 더욱더 열심히 귀를 "쫑긋"하고 집중해야겠습니다.
