Yes Binance is similar to Bittrex and now even more popular than Bittrex . No need of documents ,
you can open account there without kyc but there will be a daily withdrawal limit .
Binance have moved to Malta so not to worry at all about restriction .
price difference is not that much on binance , withdrawal fee is still among highest fees charged by exchanges .

Personally, I think in August this year, altcoin prices will rise sharply, and eth can break the $ 2,500 discipline. That's the right time for us to sell them.
not going to happen in incoming august , that is x5 from now and situation where market have no sign of bull . possibility of the bull run even n this year are not high . so we may have to face more dip soon and a longer hold period . |

web wallet i will suggest blockchain info for bitcoin and MEW/Metamask for ethereum and ERC tokens .
But i strongly recommend you to store any coin or token in hardware wallet for complete safety . web wallet are not as secure as hardware wallet .

yes mostly ICO sites have many fake reviews , everything depend on bid you make to them . from 100 to 5000 usd any amount can be charged by so called experts on such sites . one site published eve john mccaffe charge 100k usd for a tweet to promote any project . |

Anyone who makes investment decisions based on the ICO rating sites deserves to lose their money. They do not do any analysis and from this article it is obvious that the expertise of their "experts" is negligable. It only really shows the ability to make a BitCoin Transfer. I imagine that these so called experts also rent out their services to potential ICO's offering them a high ICO rating in return for cash or tokens.
mostly people only buy token via checking rating and moon dreams , those people are the main target of such sites and so called experts who give high rating to projects which have no intention to work only a cash grab project . That's why people are always advised to do own research and invest time in learning this market . or at least follow people who give ratings to really hyped potential projects . Potential ICOs or really good projects don't pay to such people who can rate 5 star to any ICO , they pay to better people and sometimes they even don't need to pay . not all the ICOs on that site are scam or shit projects , but still most of them are . |

nothing shocking , i saw many paid biased reviews on icobench for many projects , and situation is now even more worse , they are rating 4 to 5 star even a scam project which raised funds and run away with investors money without showing face after ICO .
so no one on that site care for biased rating or manipulation of such kind , everyone concerned for money . Few experts there are part of a same PR company which charge huge money from ICO and then later that group give ratings to them . saying it on basis of my experience .

You must check the market condition also . we cant blame Neo for dip in price , king is going down so obviously alts will bleed more . Neo is still doing well as it is not that much down if we compare it price to btc pair . just wait for next bull run and it will be up or wait for more surprises on neo platform by neo council . |

Neo can be a good platform for ICOs and token , specially bcoz of zero fee and faster transaction . however there is lot of things for Neo to work upon like bugs in contracts which was faced by few projects last month . also it is not that easy to understand like how ethereum is . Creating tokens on ethereum is still more easier than Neo and we can change contracts perfectly on ethereum platform . however Neo team is much dedicated for its platform so upcoming months will be better for it . bcoz prices are only low as long as it have few drawbacks , once they resolved neo will be in top 5 . |

first time i heard about bitcoin in 2013 , just heard its name bcoz of price . bcoz any currency without any govt support is worth more than 1 dollar is almost a surprise and at that time it was around $300-400 . but did not research on it and let it go .
then in 2017 I heard about it again when prices were $1500-2000 , i thought it is just a share market type asset , but in Q3 my friends recommended me to see this thing and after that i did my own research also . later with more news and knowledge i understood why we should take decentralization and blockchain tech as most innovative invention of this century so far . prices might be dipped but if world accept blockchain tech then it will be a real victory for us .

Robinhood concept was clear and they utilized this tech in best possible way , other businesses also can get benefit from it , but it also depend on their model of business . bitcoin still have few basic issues like time for a confirmed transaction is much more , sometimes fees is more than a coffee . using crypto for large and international transactions is best utilization as of now , but from day to day shopping it needs to improve more .

I have to agree with you on one point that prices were manipulated by tether in last year Q4 , but still it does not prove bitcoin is idiotic move to hold .
marketcap of gold is so huge , marketcap of other nationalized currencies are much more than total cryptocurrency marketcap . once it will be popular like all other currency and will be used daily then its marketcap also will be high .

90% chances are it will easily touch 200 USD before this year end , just need a strong bull run and there you go . 10% chance it may take 1 year bcoz few well known crypto experts saying market may not recover this year so in that case LTC also will not go above 150 USD . but be optimistic if it does not happen this year then wait for next year . everything will be ok at good time . bitcoin prices are affecting all other alts badly .

There is no such tool to give you trusted report of any ICO , only way is your experience and review from trusted people who never failed in past .
If a expert reviewed many projects and 70-80% out of those are performing well then you can take his opinion , but it should play only a supportive role for your decision . rest of things you need to do is check the team and their past experience , check who is supporting that project and working as advisor . what is the demand of that segment on which project is working etc .

Now airdrops are just a trick to get more n more community members including bot/dead accounts . in return airdrop worth 1-2 bucks only . I hav not seen any airdrop in last 3-4 months which have distributed more than 20-25 usd per person .
Now you will join airdrop only to waste your time , also no guarantee of price of the token you receive in airdrops .

You have to check bounties section for this and join campaign as per their budget , bounty manager experience , project report on ico site and other blogs . if project have good potential and bounty budget is also good then you should join that bounty and follow all rules , bcoz sometimes if we do miss even 1 rule we get no stakes , so keep this thing in mind . |

now it is cheap and can dip more if btc reach to 5k usd so if it dip below 400usd that will be the right time to start accumulating it . you can start buying ether from 450 usd and spread the order . all time high for ether was 1300USD so 70% dip is good enough to start accumulation .
you can buy other alts also like NEO , however keep checking bitcoin movement also bcoz alts are affected in dip very badly .

I would not invest in ICO now. because my investment in ICO has recently failed.
It happened bcoz you selected a wrong option for ICO . experts in investment dont face such issue and people who are not expert should do check everything and reviews of experts about it . sometimes they are biased so check review of everyone . in this month quarkchain ICO was pumped x15 from ICO price . just imagine 1.4 ether (maximum cap) of investors in ICO is now 20-22 ether . |
