The withdrawal function announcement
The withdrawal function has been processing and will be available soon for all members. Members who join our Lending Program will have the right to withdraw their coins first. The amount of BTC/ETH that you are allowed to withdraw = Your lending investment amount.
For example, if you lend $1,000, you are alllowed to withdraw a maximum amount of $1,000.
So they are saying if you not lend, dont expect to ever see your money again |

Has anyone been able to withdraw btc. I have been trying since the reopened wallets but it just says pending, and i also cant post hxt to the exchange i get the same volume error as before they went down for a week.
Check the FB. No one can withdraw. Or at least, it doesn't confirm in wallet. Problem could be with Hextra, problem could be with Blockchain congestion. I had to wait almost 3 days not that long ago. Only way for Hextra to solve this: payout in altcoin OR use an external exchange so you can convert to another coin. People have updated their posts, and are getting their BTC. Hextra is trying, I hope they can recover. Its weird so many people try to sell their coins at the same time though which is forced hextra to do this strict price policy. I also hope they can survive this dumping moment |

The timers are all working out fine now. Also I've been getting top ups on my interest payouts for the missing days - woohoo! Interest rates have been impressive as well.
HXT is really trying to make things right. Give them time to fix the bugs they are experiencing. We don't know the process that they're undertaking to fix the issues (hopefully its not a manual process that is worked out on a per user basis).
It took a few days but things are slowly getting better. Patience is key!
Indeed timers are fixed now. Not received any top ups though. Might come later, as they didn't even announced it officially. We will just have to wait and see. Still would like them to fix my account though, it's another 50 bucks i could invest in HXT.. Now only hoping they get the exchange and withdrawals working. They should use altcoins instead of BTC. They are nice to have, but not ideal for payments currently.. Having an option to be paid out in Litecoin would be a great as opposed to slow and expensive btc. which is why on some new lending platforms, they implement ETH as additional payment |

HXG goes back an hour where HXT advances as it should.. The timers are running in opposite direction here..

Well, just refreshed and timer went back at least 6 hours.. From 3/4th (1800h) to like 1200h (1/2). There might be somehing wrong, but they are now 2 payouts late on HXG and a few on HXT as well. Hopefully they recover next week, but i have no real hope.. Seems they are done sooner than expected. They set the minimum price based on date, if they keep following their own rule, we will see hextra around $50 next month and probably that will attract new investors |

At the curren Hextracoin price the market cap is about 50 Million USD. At the end of January the 100k+ investors and the hextracoin gold investors will be able to withdraw their money (or not). I'm pretty confident that the amount that they should get in Hextracoin exceeds the market cap. What do you think will happen? I can't really see serious investors buy the coin at the moment when hextracoin basically freezes everything. I wasn't able to convert my interest into coins, I guess they just ran out of coins.

but UCH team fucked up big time and people cant trust them any longer.
i dont have any high hopes in them, but lets see what they gonna do.
i consider my 0.55 ETH gone atm.

Just be patient, they are gradually making progress. First the exchange is accessable by more and more people every day. Now the lending plattform has been opened for 1000 members who can already withdraw. So they are going to increase the number of people who can lend similar to the exchange. As we can see it is taking time and that can be frustrating but almost every day they are making new announcements and are working on it so patience is key. Personally i wasn't really expecting to receive interest in the 8 days of maintenance, as the system should be down how could they? I was expecting them to reset/cancel loans as they did last time..
I think they SHOULD reset all loans 8 days though, so we don't miss any interest. Otherwise my HXG is only 22 days and my HXT 171.
That's the only option if they want investors to trust them honoring loans.
I won't do another, if i can't trust them to at least let it run the full duration..
Next maintenance, will they stop paying again? Losing more days?
Just reset or extend the timers 8 days would help.
I asked that on fb and they said they are giving the missing 8 days hxg interest daily from today. Guess they multiply my hxg interest today by 2. Probably will keep getting the x2 for the next 7 days |

I am indeed happy they are still here, especially with all the problems buying coin during ICO..
I am NOT happy with the lack of support and the fact that they don't follow the roadmap and/or whitepaper..
But most i hate that despite many messages to their email, FB messenger, FB wall, etc.. They STILL haven't fixed my account..
It's only 47.70USD missing, but it just keeps messing me up seeing it there in account, but not being able to withdraw..
It also is messing up my calculations.. Saw 153USD today in wallet.. But it's only 106 or something as 47.70 is STUCK!
They've read my messages, they just don't respond or fix after 16 days!
I asked regarding the hxg interest in facebook and trust me they replied my message less than 5 minutes. |

Based on the website we are already on day 9 if you started lending HXG on the day it released. But just like others, we dont get the daily interest which kinda piss me off Nb. And the price keep getting lower and lower |

Any news concerning the website is open today?
 22:00 utc time I see this circulating on the Facebook page as well, but what is the source? I found a picture on a Vietnamese website stating this but I also heard this is a fake! Myself, I was pretty sure that they actually would be back today, but the lack of communication in the last 3 days, the hextracoin.com website being offline now, and the fact that nothing really happened today, has me worried that it actually might be all over. Still, it would be very strange because if they wanted an exit scam, the could have done so way earlier on better opportunities and why would they make up the whole hack, 1 week maintenance, several updates leading up to today? Just disappear and get it over with if that was the plan but it didn't seem like that at all! judging from the new homepage interface showing price, volume etc, they are ready to go external exchange anytime soon. I may be wrong though... |
