I recently started mining. My problem is that the shares recorded for my worker under the login do not match the shares accepted in my mining program. I am showing 1230 accepted on the program, but only 54 shares under the worker when I log in.

And what pool are you using ?

Bitcoin price is so highly rising in real time
before a few days the coin price is $100-110
but now??

gox $185?!?!
btce $155?!?!

why! after i sold to $105!?
...
more people like to me?  Cry

The real question is: why did you sold them?

You should know in the long period BTC value goes up

Believe it or not, but there are people who need USD to pay bills and buying food.

85  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Most profitable pool if I have 40-60 GH/s capacity? on: October 20, 2013, 09:53:17 AM
Bitminter apparently has a 1% fee on income earned since 04.2013 - is this standard?  Are there good pools without a fee?

The 1% fee is true, all biggest pools have small fee afaik.

If you want, you may try some small pools without fee, but I dont know how stable and reliable these are

87  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Followup to my intro post: a link to my survey! on: October 16, 2013, 08:35:26 AM
If you are 18 years old or older and use bitcoin, you are eligible to participate in my survey.

Why one must be 18 years old or older, isnt it discrimination ?  Smiley
88  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: will the bitcoin reach $1000 one day...? on: October 16, 2013, 08:14:30 AM

of course nobody denies it
but bitcoin is just one of thousands altcoins.
why should I use bitcoin when I could use something else instead?
Banks could make their own cryptocoins, companies can make their own cryptocoins and we will have tens of thousands of cryptocoins....

Sure, create your own cryptocoin, the advantage is you can use it exclusively yourselves.

You can make site as well with exact facebook functiality and you still have business worth nothing.

Go figure...

Put your life savings in btc then bury your head in the sand for a year and hope for the best.

Nope, never put your life savings in btc, it is too risky.
Do it only with amount you dont mind to loose !

With that said you're well aware that what was achieved was momentous, no one has partied yet, and these guys are working around the clock to have these units in you hands. They have not done anything underhand at anypoint, so whilst one can share sympathy for those mistrusting and burnt by companies before, this is absolutely not what's happening here, so drop the conspiracies. It's a mega hardworking bunch of guys working as close to 24/7 as their bodies physically allow and unforeseeable issues will occur, the best resolution is to adapt fast and remain calm. Sam is still confident to hit 15th Oct.

Wouldnt be better to have more employees? Or do you expect future sales will not be a problem anymore when you catch up preorders
