i think it is hared to say what to do now , buy or sell , as nobody knows what will happen in the next few months.
but i think that bitcoins now are getting higher to their highest ranks, so it may cause some problems with governments in some countries.
we can wait and see, and don't worry,even if it's price go down it will not be a big lose.
so just wait for a while.

i think it is not allowed or offered yet in any banks to deal with bitcoins

i think it is a hard problem to be solved
i know someone who lost his btc,  he tried many ways but he had nothing.
