81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Alts before Mooning on: June 26, 2019, 03:14:06 PM
Before (in 2017), I was a supporter of several low-cap assets for most of the portfolio. Many projects have depreciated even more.
Now I think that most of the portfolio, for example 80%, should consist of the top 10 coins. What coins and what weight coefficient for each coin, let everyone decide for himself.
82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: what do you think is the best move right now ? on: June 25, 2019, 04:52:12 AM
You sould have a trading/investment system. The opinion of others can not only help, but also further disorient you.

My opinion is this: buying BTC is already too risky, since a substantial correction is possible; There are a lot of potential hot coins, to understand which coins to buy, do a research.
83  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: deflation tokens? on: June 24, 2019, 01:05:20 PM
In the real economy, deflation leads to a decrease in production, an increase in unemployment and other negative consequences. This can be interpreted in the cryptoindustry, and I do not see anything good in it.
No matter how tempting deflation tokens looks, I look at such assets with suspicion. Probably due to the fact that many scammers use it. I expect to hold good tokens for many years. If the asset is deflationary, then the moment will come when this asset will not be enough. This will kill the infrastructure.
We all expect crypto to be expanded, but not looped out in itself. Demand -> the release of new tokens -> more demand, and the balance of all this. In this case, the inflation token looks more attractive.
84  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Beware; Do not Fall for Phishing Sites, Do Not Be a Victim of Scams on: June 24, 2019, 11:52:35 AM
That's why I always bookmark the crypto related important sites on the browser and I never use Google for finding the exchange. Google can be uses for advertising the scam phishing sites and so many people are trapped there easily thanks to Google...
If you surf the Internet a bit, bookmarks are a good solution. Otherwise, you should be attentive to bookmarks as well. There are quite tricky scripts that replace the links in the bookmarks with something else. Crypto is a difficult environment, we need so much attention to not get caught.
85  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bear market season change to bullrun? on: June 24, 2019, 11:40:12 AM
We are definitely seeing the bulls ariving. One important thing, though, would be that good support lines are created. Last time when Bitcoin shoot up parabolic from 10K to 20K, it happened in days and it was a surge with no solid ground and foundations.
That is why I hope it will trade sideways around 10-11K for a while.
Oh, that's what I'm waiting for: consolidation. There are no long consolidations and strong support levels from the 5K level. This is a bit like the huge increase bitcoin in 2017. The market is starting to overheat, although the altcoin season has not yet come. This is alarming.
86  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How high bitcoin cash price go? on: June 22, 2019, 02:39:12 PM
BCH has experienced one of the strongest falls among the top 10 coins. This means that it is one of the most volatile big coins. Thus, the buy of this coin looks like a good decision before the start of altcoins bull run. It is necessary to understand the possible risks - it is not as reliable as buying a BTC or ETH. IMHO
87  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Surpassed $9k, would it be possible to overtake $10k or higher? on: June 20, 2019, 02:39:02 PM
If we break the resistance at 10k, we will go straight to 15k in like a month.. It could REALLY go fast
Really?
Many people bought bitcoins between these prices. They waited for these prices to get their money back. Consequently, there are several strong resistance levels between 10K and 15K. So it is unlikely the move of 10-15K in a short time.
88  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Price of an EOS account? on: June 20, 2019, 02:20:59 PM
I paid about $ 0.7 equivalent. If you make one or two accounts, this is perfectly acceptable. If you need a lot of accounts, it turns out to be expensive.
89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will new alts projects take over the lead? on: June 20, 2019, 08:42:12 AM
It is happening already! Some new projects are doing very much good! Look at the Gamexchain or even the newer Matic or Harmony! These new projects are overcoming old good coin's rank day by day! Bittorent comes into top 50 already, next target is top 20! This is a positive sign though!
It is too early to draw conclusions about the new coins. Rising prices are based on investors' expectations. But it often happens that everything ends with these expectations.
As long as the new coins are not tested by time, I will only believe in old coins. Then new coins will mature Smiley.
90  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who Says Bear Market is BAD? on: June 19, 2019, 02:26:41 PM
It isn't bad. It's healthy for the asset that experience bear market because new investors can get in. If it only pumps you should be scared because investing on it is a very big risk. Anytime it will crash and you'll lose a lot of money to it. Only the first investors will benefit that type of market.
right, every trend provides an opportunity to take steps. when the market is bearish, it is certainly an opportunity to buy and invest. and for experienced traders, they will make purchases in stages to get the lowest price in accordance with the support area in the market
"will make purchases in stages" do you mean a gradual accumulation of position? This is "averaging" in trading terminology. If so, then in principle it will not allow to get the lowest price of the asset. Accumulation of positions in the market can be in a bull market also.
91  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Global Coins Doesn't Have anything to do with Blockchain on: June 19, 2019, 01:36:45 PM
If they use blockchain, then they are still blockchain coins. But whether all these coins are cryptocurrencies, that is the question. As long as I am not sure of a positive answer to this question, I will not contribute such assets as Global Coin.
92  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Sell All Altcoins For Bitcoin? on: June 19, 2019, 01:25:31 PM
Why should it be sold, while ALT growth also increases long as BTC continues to skyrocket. I think it's better to buy BTC than to sell ALT for BTC that will grow together, at the right time sell all assets together is my thinking.
Do you have many examples of altcoin growth to BTC? I agree with the OP, many altcoins lose value for bitcoin. Sometimes it seems to me expedient to convert everything that I have in BTC, but scary. I waited a long time for the altcoins to grow. But it can happen more than a year later, when BTC reaches ATH. What will survive by that time?
93  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The Bitter Truth about Bounties on: June 17, 2019, 09:50:27 AM
Yes, rewards are rarely paid for a long time. But what comes to the wallets is so cheap that even converting to BTC, ETH seems unreasonable. Also, by selling your rewards, you contribute to the fall in the prices of these assets.
Hodl may not be a good solution, but selling right away too is not a good one.
94  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CRYPTOCURRENCY TRADE PRINCIPLE. on: June 17, 2019, 09:31:55 AM
Everyone who conducts crypto trading must already have principles and know about profit or loss. My principle is that I will never sell when I see the results will lose, I better hold when the coins that I have bought are decreasing in price (holding is not afraid of losses) but part of the strategy. And I will sell when I increase, although I will definitely sell a little. Never be afraid to experience a loss, because loss is one of the risks in trading. But you must have a strategy.

Okay, I got your point. You simply do,
"Buy low, sell high".

Holding it when you know you will gonna be deficit and wait for the pump until you get back the loses is somehow effective....for some! Because I must tell you, last year it was the longest bear market. I bought btc at high price then and I know patiently waiting is the best rule here. I failed at that part. There are times I needed money and I've withdrawn my fund not able to wait for the pump. For I know, I have losses that time but at least I have learned what a trader must do. HOLD and keep HOLDing.

But I have a question in my mind,
"Have you ever bought some coins at peak and then you've been tired of waiting because until now it doesn't move up?"
Because I do. With EOS. LOL.
Holding can also be a losing strategy. That is, you buy at the highs and hold; the project dies, the asset price falls, then the asset is not traded on the exchanges;.. game over. The trouble is that it will be with many projects.
95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Swapping useless ERC20 Tokens on: June 14, 2019, 12:06:53 PM
My main ethereum wallet is like a garbage truck loaded with shit coins right now. I wish a way to wipe out them but creating a new wallet and transfering valuable tokens to there is also a good idea.
Perhaps in the future, settings for MEW + cookies will be created to hide some assets. On MM we can always add or remove any of the tokens. It's comfortable.
But the best thing is not to pay attention to this shitcoins.
96  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The perfect solution to scam in the crypto space on: June 14, 2019, 09:34:02 AM
I think the perfect solution to crypto scams is regulation. The crypto community can introduce regulations themselves, if governments are failing to do so it seems. In fact the market has lack of regulations giving leeway for scammers and hackers to run their business freely. There are many instances of scammers scamming traders and investors openly. Why they can not face punishment? Lets think this issue very seriously.
Yes, we can follow certain rules and encourage others to do so. But will everyone follow this? When the time comes for a big volatility in the market, many newcomers will come. All that they see is Xss under the influence of the FOMO. How we can they be make listen to reason in this case?
Automatic auditing and code checking can be a good solution.
97  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are stable coins the solution for price volitility? on: June 13, 2019, 03:12:26 PM
no, stable coins are not a solution to price volatility, they are only as a counterweight to prices in the price volatility in the market exchange. but remember this is not a solution to the price volatility in the market.
Almost so. Stable coins look like a prop or an island of silence in times of volatility.
In the stock market, investors often convert their assets into dollars. Hedging is also used. However, there is always mainstay like a dollar. Crypto assets can also have a dollar as a base.
98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HELP investment advice required ! on: June 13, 2019, 02:54:36 PM
Not sure this can be a good coin to invest but asking help from the random people for investment will confuse more.

Its your money so just decide what you are going to do by yourself.
Fully support you in this thought. The search for investment advice itself suggests that the investor is not sure of his decision. If not sure, do not buy.

A trading/investment system should include the possibility of investing in high-risk, questionable assets. You just buy an asset for a small amount and look for other assets. Over time, experience will help you choose less risky assets.
99  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Temporarily stop crypto trading? on: June 13, 2019, 07:25:43 AM
I suffered losses in recent days, and I decided to stop trading for a while. While looking for capital to return to the market. Shut up to strategize and take compensation for recent losses. Have you ever lost continuously and lost enthusiasm? Thank U.

Certainly, I used to lose both confidence and enthusiasm many times. It happens to everyone. It does not mean that you must quit trading.  take a break. Think over the mistakes that were already done not to repeat them.
Think over and try to re assess everything in a much deeper understanding, not everyone really have the skills of becoming a good trader, but the
position of enhancing your skills is for everyone to be gained, you need to apply everything that you've learned, practice and execute if you get the
chance to trade even in a small capital.
Yes, we can always analyze our mistakes. We always have the opportunity to develop their skills or surrender to our losses.
I always take screenshots of my trades. This allows me to study my actions on the market, outside trade, in an abstract way.
100  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Whatever happened to good old-fashioned IPOs? on: June 12, 2019, 06:43:16 AM
Yep.
Apparently, this is due to the vulnerability of investors. As is the case with ICO. The term IPO came to cryptocurrencies from the stock market. In the cryptocurrency market, it was an IPO in the full sense.
I would not say that these clones. Crowdfunding develops. All these ICO, IEO, STO are supposedly designed to provide crowdfunding and investor protection. It becomes more secure, centralized. However, most new projects do not comply with the basic principles of cryptocurrency. The creators of these handicrafts just want to make money.
