81  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTC-TC] CIPHERMINE.B1 - a virtual corporate bond with a 22% fixed-fiat APR on: March 23, 2014, 09:06:43 PM
When will you provide a detailed list of the dividends and the calculation last months?
82  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTC-TC] Deprived Mining Speculation (DMS) on: March 15, 2014, 05:58:54 PM
So not only do you imagine it's okay to disappear for months at a time exposing a gaping lack of any sort of failsafe or planning, but the idea is that it's also okay to come back drunk, without data, and with a pile of maybes and vague assertions of somehow wiping up after yourself later?

Awww, she missed him. How adorable!

Cheesy

My bad! Definitely and exclusively my f*** up! And on.
84  Economy / Securities / Re: [Havelock] Bitcoin Difficulty Derivative (BDD) - Now Live! on: March 13, 2014, 04:26:57 PM
I was hoping that I would be able to change both at the same time, but Havelock still hasn't gotten the Auto-Exch done, so I have not instituted the Management Fee.

I have revised the contract to change the Buy-Back price, as there was some unclear wording there (as explained earlier) and I didn't receive any feedback regarding that change. Do you have an issue with the new buy-back calculation?

The change itself is alright I guess. It's just that I have postponed thinking about the matter because I thought I knew there was time.
If you set a date, stick to it next time, aight Smiley
85  Economy / Securities / Re: [Havelock] Bitcoin Difficulty Derivative (BDD) - Now Live! on: March 13, 2014, 04:09:43 PM
As I previously stated that I would, I've now revised the BDD Pair Buy-Back Calculation to be 98% of the current NAV/U; you no longer have to take .5% per # of Days that the Period has been running for.

Havelock assures me that they're still working on the Auto-EXCH, I know that they've been working on a lot of security upgrades in the past few weeks and that has put this a little further back than we would have liked. For now, I'm still planning to hold off on the 2% Management Fee until this feature is implemented.

EDIT: Last week the MINE dividend was paid just a few minutes after Noon, but SELL was delayed by between 10 - 15 minutes. SELL holders should wait until they see the dividend in their account or have received the dividend email to be sure that they have received the dividend today.

Wait wait wait. Didn't you say you wanted to enable those changes at the same time?? What about a notion? :/
86  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [Group buy] GRIDSEED 5 chip USB Dual Miner with shares over Cryptostocks.com on: March 12, 2014, 05:24:40 PM
Does gridseed charges USD or Yen right? Why don't you add some sort of insurance against sudden price rise in BTC?

Gridseed only accepts bank wire transfer in USD.

In your opinion... How should such an insurance policy work?
We could offer a repayment... or buy more Miner, sell them and pay the revenue back... but that's a matter of trust too.

Sure the trust issue is there regardless of insurance. You could, though, add a passus that states what will happen in the case of sharp rises and also falls in price. Simply buying more Gridseed in case of a rise will be fine for most I guess. But you have to address the issue. I BTC is falling that's more difficult. You write:

Quote
- The exchange rate collapses and we do not have enough USD / YUAN (as described we have a buffer and should this go below a "rollback")

but never state what will happen. Will you add that?

Weren't divs supposed to be paid end of Feb?
91  Economy / Securities / Re: [Havelock] Bitcoin Difficulty Derivative (BDD) - Now Live! on: February 24, 2014, 10:37:53 PM
I'm ok with the 2% man fee. But as the fee affects arbitrageurs more than others, I'd like to see the auto-exchange first. That would be some kind of value for the additional fee.

I second this. That's a fair condition. Get auto-exchange up, have it running for a week or two to make sure it works properly, then pass a motion for mgmt fee.

Rannasha is in the right ballpark when it comes to the benefit of my managing the fund.
The beauty of a thing like DMS, BDD, eltopos ET.DIFF etc. is that you don't have to trust the issuer because it's obvious he or she'll make more money doing this honestly than scamming people. Guess what that means or at least should mean for you concerning disclosing your source of income, especially if there's doubt about your previous ventures. You have "some kind of deal", undisclosed, doesn't quite cut it...

That's why I asked Smiley

While it would be nice if you were able to do this for más o menos free it's not realistic.
Your proposed fee's is 2%plus this minor fraction from havelock? Fine with me.

Please enlighten us twenty or others who were there the first time around!

twentyseventy how exactly is the payment of B.SELL dividends and the setup of the new price of B.EXCH happening? You already said that you can't lock B.SELL but what about B.EXCH?

Will you close trading on B.EXCH? Or do you leave up B.EXCH and simply put the lower order beneath?

96  Economy / Securities / Re: [Havelock] Bitcoin Difficulty Derivative (BDD) - Now Live! on: February 15, 2014, 09:30:12 PM
Thanks for resolving that so quickly!  Cool
