mate you can repair your wallet wit this mooincoinwallet.exe -zapwallettxes 

first close your wallet go to command window as administrator then go to folder of your wallet then fire it up with this :   yourmooincoinwallet.exe -zapwallettxes  your wallet startsup and repairing your transactions your mooncoins should be in there again !!

well mate dont just spread nonsens, i had also some difficulties but in the end those people at coinexchange fixed it !  its so easy to call out scammers,
just remember this they have alot work to do and yes it is annoying wen you have to wait, but keep calm, you get your coins , no doubt !

as a early beginner ( 2012- 2013) with mooncoin (sins the genesis of mooncoin) i would like to say this:

i believe in the only good way is to burn them all in sake for the good name of Mooncoin,
 
any one who could claim them has already enough time given to do that,( by law, and trough websites)  for me now that is over,

if we want to go forward with a clean head about those coins !  lets make Mooncoin Great Again with a fresh start,

no more FUD, No more in accurate talks but looking forward with mooncoin,

even now my advice will always be BUY & Hold, and only invest money you can afford to set aside for a while.
