81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time to move to BTC on: November 30, 2018, 09:13:35 AM
I think to have a bull market up-coming is the best way to move all the money that you have in altcoins to bitcoin, because with market dominance of Bitcoin the market will go green, and the bull run with start, as far as I am concerned from the previous experience of the bull run more than 55% bitcoin was dominant in the market.
Suggestions?
That's the best strategy to get ride with the bull run and putting your money before the rally will give you more profits. I will sell my altcoins but only those weak and no price changes.
82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Does technical analysis work with crypto? on: November 30, 2018, 07:45:46 AM
I've been thinking about starting to learn how to read charts and do some technical analysis for myself. The problem is I see it ridiculed on pretty much every forum and people saying it's useless for crypto.

What are your thoughts? Worthwhile?
Sometimes TA can help us to see a pattern but not most of the time because I believe the price of bitcoin has no pattern and it's unpredictable.
83  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Managing Your Altcoin Assets on: November 30, 2018, 06:24:36 AM
I have over a hundred different Altcoins, some I bought in ICO, some from Airdrop and bounty and some I bought from exchanges and selfdrop.

My problem is that I have an issue managing them, whether to sell some and keep some, but I don't even know the ones to sell and the ones to HODL, and they keep turning into shit, a help will be appreciated buddies
You need to make a spreadsheet on those coins and rank them according to their hype and community. Then decide to sell those weak token if has value in exchanges and keep those has potential to grow in the future.
84  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin for the people or for the corporations? on: November 29, 2018, 02:49:05 PM
When Bitcoin and other crypto-currencies first came out, everyone were saying that it was for the people to get their financial freedom. Now, it seems like it's being taken over by big financial institutions. Should we be worried?
It's because people are greedy to own many bitcoin as they can to take the control of the market and those people at middle class will just go with the flow or might get trap with those manipulators. I think the solution here is the mass adoption as many people will utilize crypto then the ownership will spread worldwide.
85  Economy / Speculation / Re: People who bought BITCOIN at $1000 are now starting to sell, CCN article writes on: November 29, 2018, 01:34:09 PM
Michael Moro, who is a CEO of a major crypto trading company, talks about how people who bought into Bitcoin at the beginning of 2017 at $1000, are now starting to sell their coins. Is this an indication of massive FUD? Is this the time where we should buy and take advantage of the FUD sellers?

When did you guys first buy Bitcoin, what was the price of BTC and are you going to panic sell now?

Source: ~~snip~~

I think this is just to create more FUD to read that news. I feel that those who bought at $1000 last year had been sold their bitcoin when it hit $10,000 or if they missed the all time high they might sell it when it starts to decline. It's too late to react and sell it now.
86  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Xmas Bull Run!! on: November 28, 2018, 01:51:38 PM
11 months of decline.. who's ready for some positive headway  Cool

Daddy needs a new pair of shoes!!
I'm ready for the bull run...we just need a good news to start the hype. I hoping for this all year long for a better cryptoworld. Indeed a good reward for us.
87  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is bitcoin unique or place higher than others coins? on: November 28, 2018, 01:06:51 PM
Bitcoin is known as the first coin over established in 2008 and has the highest market cap of $108,617,372,869,00
 current price of $6,300.21.
On the coinmarketcap, they are coins with higher prices than bitcoin like,
1, Bit20 (BTWTY) with price of $177,216.60
 market cap of $180,052.00
2, Project-x (NANOX) with price of $26,761.96
 Market cap of $2,094.00
3, 42-Coin with price of $24,183.25
Market cap of $1,015,69.00
We have coins with some awesome project, so why is btc regarded as the king of coins and it's so unique than others?

I think crypto ranking is base on their market dominance and not on their market prices. Indeed bitcoin is called as the king of crypto due to the world wide acceptance and popularity. In other countries if we talk cryptocurrency it's all about bitcoin as those altcoins are not exist.
88  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XRP really better than ETH??? on: November 27, 2018, 03:13:40 PM
Is the XRP really better than ETH ?? can be seen now ETH descends to TOP 3 sites https://coinmarketcap.com and XRP goes up to TOP 2. how do you think it is true XRP is better than ETH
Ranking in marketcap is not a basis if the coins is much better than the other. It just happened that ETH has lose it's control as more investors had dumps lately that cost them to fall down to top 3. I still believe in ETH than XRP but the market is unpredictable and volatile it will surprise us without a valid reason.
89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: End of year cryptocurrencies cycle on: November 27, 2018, 02:04:43 PM
I saw last two years all cryptocurrency market get downed in middle of year to 4th Qtr. After end of year all coins prices was up with BTC and ETH. any idea about this year new cycle will come or not?
The crypto price has not following any pattern and therefore we can't compare those years with the outcome of this year. It's clear that we have a long bearish market and I think the recent fall is the results of those impatient investors who sold their coins and plan to buy back later with the much cheaper price.
90  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETHEREUM - ONE MORE POSSIBLE MOVE DOWN BEFORE MARKET RECOVERY on: November 27, 2018, 11:24:25 AM
With ethereum sitting at 116 and a divergence in most timeframes up to the 4H, There is a very high possibility that the market will recover soon. But the smaller timeframes still show that ethereum price could still touch the 105 level before market recovery.
Just be ready to ride the next market train up.
If the price of Ethereum will go lower than $100 this could be the lowest price for us to take advantage as this will bounce back and be a catalyst for a bull run.
91  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Bitcoin go below 6K? on: November 27, 2018, 10:46:00 AM
Unfortunately, Bitcoin broke through support for $ 6,000 and I think that he will be able to break through support of $ 3,000 in the near future.

This is a difficult situation for bitcoin which has a threat that will fall to $3k if the trend continues. Although it's still manageable and the buy support are always there to resist the fall. I'm still holding and wait for the better market.
92  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Altcoin be as important as Bitcoin? on: November 26, 2018, 02:25:14 PM
In any ecosystem, be it in nature or business, there is always a competition. And most often than not, the best always rises to the top. And here in our crypto ecosystem, a competition do also exist. Between Bitcoin and Altcoin. We all very well known that bitcoin, being the first and most proven cryptocurrency already took the center stage in crypto market. Now that altcoins came into the picture, where does it really stands? What will be the selling point of altcoin that will eventually led the bitcoin enthusiasts to finally switch places?
Competition is normal in all business we have and even in crypto we need altcoins for us to have options if we could not afford the price of bitcoin. Also this is a healthy to every currency to strive hard to develop and not to left behind by other currency. I believe that every coins has the opportunity to grow bigger if they will compete with the cryptomarket.
93  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you selective when you participating in ICOs? on: November 26, 2018, 12:41:30 PM
Being a bounty hunter we should be selective in joining those many ICOs to make sure that we are not wasting our time in supporting those projects. I'm doing a research first and follow them on Facebook and twitter find some proof that the team are legit.
94  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: You think the Crypto market will keep growing? on: November 23, 2018, 12:52:19 PM
Despite severe falls, crypto always seems to make a comeback. There are certain articles that say crypto will die a sudden death.
But apart from these negative speculations, I always see investments pooling in and startups encouraging and coming forward to use crypto.

What is your take? I haven't personally gained too much off late but I always shake it off as part of learning the trade.
Hoping to get some positive vibes that motivate me.
I admire your fighting spirit that inspires me to keep learning on this technology and somehow I can acquire a good strategy to gain more in the future. We have a chances since we enter in the dip which the price is much lower than the all time high. I'm still optimistic that we can repeat the bull run of 2017 in 2-3 years from now.
95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTC bear market over????? on: November 23, 2018, 10:45:08 AM
It's difficult to speculate in cryptocurrecy as the price can swing up and down. Although I'm hoping that we could have a good price before this year ends but it seems the market is not having any good sign.
96  Economy / Speculation / Re: This year is a total opposite of last year on: November 22, 2018, 02:56:07 PM
This is the effect of the bubble run of last year and the market will perform a correction due to some overvalue of crypto. It just a surprised on me to realize how strong the rally of last year and then slowly declining to hit the bottom for just a year.
97  Economy / Speculation / Re: Fall! What to do? on: November 22, 2018, 01:43:28 PM
Bitcoin is approaching 4000. Do you think the currency will be falling for a long time? What to do with the crypto portfolio? And can you expect a sharp rise like the current fall, after the new year?
I will do nothing as I need to wait at what value will be the bottom of this fall and hope to see a light ahead for the next peak. Indeed buying could be a good option at the moment.
98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: buy Altcoins on this time ??? on: November 22, 2018, 12:44:00 PM
I see the market is gradually recovering. Is this the right time to buy Altcoins. Let me see your ideas
Many will say buy low and sell high is a good strategy if you want to invest in crypto. Although this will depends on the market situation as the price can swing in any direction. If you want to buy ethereum, then it's a good time to buy as the price is currently undervalued and this can rise higher once the market recovers considering that ETH is one of the top coins that we have.
99  Economy / Economics / Re: 2018 the year of correction? on: November 22, 2018, 11:15:57 AM
Probably this is the year of correction but mind you that bitcoin and other cryptocurrency would also had a great chance to have a good market price turn back. I do not see the system will not going to survive especially that money has gone through the system and many loving to have cryptocurrency.
The period from the point of fall till the pint of recovery is always the recovery period after the recessional period is finished. For cryptocurrency, it often lasts longer but the current stability in the value of Bitcoin is good enough and shows signals for revival.
Their is also some market manipulation happens for this year. Although the main effect was the bubble of last year's rally that collapse the price of bitcoin and this year is the correction to align the real value of bitcoin. Yet it's the best time to enter the market at lower price.
100  Economy / Economics / Re: If you had 10000$ on: November 22, 2018, 10:57:12 AM
If I have that big amount of money I will invest 40% in BTC, 20% ETH, 10% ADA, 10% EOS, 20% will go to cheap altcoins that under $1 price like PRL, TRX. This portfolio will surely a good option for me.
