81  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casinobit - LIVE ROULETTE - [INVEST] - BEST CASINO OF 2013 on: September 03, 2013, 03:12:16 PM
I can't understand WHY THE SITE IS STILL UP. I have still not been paid for winning bets totaling ~2.6 BTC.

Here's one that clearly should have paid, but still no "out" transaction, 4 days later:
https://www.casinobit.net/history.php?trans=cefbdeaf711b70e87d1eb6cd3971948bba4c0a80b5a17f618c290bbd3a578c1a

It's kind of like Russian roulette at this point. Sometimes it pays, sometimes it doesn't. Support has been aware of the other outstanding bets that have not paid for 10 days. Investors are still screwed.

If Casinobit is really trying to make good, why is the site still operating? I think I know the answer...
I have many of these type transactions. Totaling much BTC.

Here's the proof anyways
bitvegas.net/deposit/?player=mliberty
bitvegas.net/deposit/?player=XCUBE7

Then you go to - For me https://blockchain.info/address/18uGrBZzRQ6L6mxKGwoGFcQUoF1ndWRsTz
For mliberty - https://blockchain.info/address/1A67eY2hBwRVWWiCXAxqXmP3M9NojGwH3D

Yeah, well I also had a guest acct so I actually deposited even more, but whatever.

The proof are in the PMs here. How much BTC have you dealt with him?
In total? Dunno 15-25? Maybe more, but definitely not less. And why should that matter? I know for a fact that mLiberty won a lot and lost a lot too. And I bet that it was a lot more then you won / lost in the Casino. He never accused him of scamming, because mLiberty knows that he doesn't do that.
Anyway, scam accusations belong in an other sub-forum and not here. So please create a topic over there.
Well, you're not mLib are you now
I never said I was (I wish I were, but I am not). But I do know that he never accused Murder as far as I know. I also said that I bet on the fact that he send more then you.
How much you want to bet. I have proof I sent 27 more BTC than him Smiley

Withdrawals paid out. Only a couple are remaining as I had to top up the bitads inputs.io account and I'm waiting on confirmations. I will have them out as soon as they confirm (UPDATE: All withdrawals processed). I'll activate instant withdrawals tomorrow Smiley

XCUBE7 (or icecube) lost money on bitvegas claiming someone else may have used his Minecraft account.
The money was gambled away on the games but he claims it was not him that did this. Unfortunately I cannot refund due to claims of other people using your account as I no way of determining legitimate claims for illegitimate.

BitVegas handles 100's of BTC and there is no way the business could survive by stealing small amounts from players as it's reputation would be gone in an instant. Also, this works both ways. There is no way I could refund a player for "someone else using there Minecraft account" without getting lots of requests to withdraw for this same thing every time a player lost his BTC at the casino.
You refuse to accept that it was a bug. Your wallet had 2.18 BTC in it so I could not withdraw. I logged in a couple days later and all my BTC was mysteriously gone. You told me I withdrew 16+ BTC which never happened. I also caught you in a lie when you said you took the loss of 40BTC stolen from your wallet by a player on MineCraft. You said you "took the loss", but in reality you never lost it because he gave it back.

Anyone doing business with him should be very cautious. I am not upset about my BTC because I have much more stored away and this is only a Minor Loss. This is all about warning other members. Please be very cautious with him, as he does not take blame for his mistakes. He has provided me with no evidence that the money was gambled away. Once you catch someone not telling the whole truth, I would definitely stay far away from them and never give them any of your BTC. Also, I was one of your big players and have deposited nearly 100 BTC. I don't know what you consider small. Also, there is no evidence of anyone logging into my account. Did you check? Also, you probably got antsy because barely anyone logs onto BitVegas anymore and don't want to admit your downfalls. Too bad because it was a pretty fun game, but calling me a "thief" is no way to treat your customers.

The owner took my money and ran
Lol dafuck are you talking about? The owner is the most trustworthy guy I have ever met. He runs a great Casino and a great Website. I have always received my withdrawals / payments and he is a very nice guy.
The owner is a big time scammer. It all depends how much money he has in his hands.

I'm really, really sorry for anyone who didn't take their money out in time. I just really hope everybody will get paid and this won't end up being yet another Bitcoin scam. We could use a little faith around here.  Lips sealed
Bitcoin scam, you can say that again

I wonder if some of the early investors would be willing to give some compensation to those who would lost money in there. Anyway without CasinoBit's cooperation we have no way of trusting what people would claim to have invested...

(I never invested myself because I sensed the site code was bad so this is not begging for *your* money.)

No need to, the funds will be returned to the late investors even without early investors giving up their BTC, furthermore they deserve every bitcent they got since they were the ones taking most of the risk by investing early.
What about the players on your site Huh Huh

Glad you are back. I was about to start a Dabs List. Actually, I might do that anyway since it will be my personal review of them. So I hope this is not seen as competition, but rather another perspective from another party.
Hope to see the list Smiley.

Investment withdrawals should probably be frozen and resolved separately. Any winnings should be paid as soon as possible to continue operations. Does a code change need to happen to separate the site functions?
I agree Smiley
