Yes, however, these same minds can be controlled, blackmailed, snuffed, etc.

I believe this project is doomed to fail completely and very quickly. The Ethereum project flourished even when it was only a very a very "ethereal" idea, so to speak, on the basis of Vitalik Buterin and his team of developers. People were not investing in a crypto currency but in a tech project with -theoretically- the best minds in the business attached to it.

It doesn't really make any difference that they hard forked to punish the thieves. ETH will survive -and possibly thrive- while the "purists" at ETC will hit the ground of reality in a very quick manner. It isn't a matter of "personality cult" but of the highest minds involved in the project. That hasn't changed, fork or no fork. ETC, on the other hand, is just a blockchain, nothing else.

Sorry to bust the bubble some have adhere to, but reality is reality.

We are in the process of moving the database, API and web to a physical server. We are sorry for any interruption to web services this may have caused. The miners should be fine without interruption.

We are in the process of moving the database, API and web to a physical server. Its not an easy move live.

We are sorry for any interruption to web services. The miners should be fine without interruption.

The verified payments is still in beta and it is the last one to move. We hope to have a production version ready soon. Normal stats for your miner can be found under here. http://www.epool.io/#/miners

Some pools offer 0% fees on the front-end. However, how can you verify you are getting the credit you deserve?

We are currently testing verifiable credits. The page can take up to one minute to update.

Welcome to ΞPool - One of the first pools mining ETC

Epool infrastructure consists of Tri-Failover Parity Nodes; Load Balanced Web and API nodes protected by Cloudflare; Multiple Private and Public Stratum servers located in geographical regions around the world. Database replication snapshots and backup. Payout Schedule is continuous.

1. All US based servers are on physical hardware. (8 core raided SSD)

2. Very low fee at 0.9% (This is needed to cover top of the line infrastructure hardware to minimize downtime and for best variance)

3. Many stratums to choose from for better pool failover and to best suit your geographical location.

4. RUN THE NUMBERS! Never compare a pool by fees alone. Mine others and compare. Some pools offer 0% fee on the front end but can be very costly to a miner on the backend.

The latest updates from ΞPool

1. NICEHASH bug fixes. YES, finally the disconnect issues have been resolved with Nicehash.

2. All US based servers have been moved to physical hardware. (8core with Raided SDDs)

3. The addition of a new uk3.epool.io stratum server

4. Now every stratum server has its very own Parity instance, while still following the tri-node failover configuration

5. Fresh operating system upgrades and code recompiled with the latest golang libraries

Thanks again for using ΞPool

We are getting physical. We have successfully migrated all US based stratums to physical hardware. Every stratum has its very own Parity instance with tri node failover. The results are astounding. Every ℅ below 100℅ variance is +% miner profit compaired to the average.

This is why fees don't matter. Some spare change to pay for good hardware and admin time and get a +20% return on the hash. The lower % the better.

There is more to a pool than just low fees. Actually, this is the least costly of expenses. Uptime, payout schedule, backend tuning, and physical hardware for maximum block variance, These profit benefits dwarf a small fee.

We have reports that many miners have had using the pool with NiceHash. We have recently changed out sharediff to allow better support for NiceHash Cloud mining.

This should resolve the issue. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Ξpool - Updates

1. Payouts have been updated from daily to continues. Meaning as soon as one payout batch is done, the next payout batch begins. Depending on your hashrate, you should see a payout within just a few hours after you start mining.

2. Minimum payout has been raised to 1ETC. This allows for miners to mine directly to an exchange such as poloniex

3. Performance tweaks have allowed Epool to achieve 0% orphan rate. See here http://www.epool.io/#/blocks/pending

4. Front-end updates and cleaner website for better miner experience.

5.  Automatic block maturity after 540 blocks. Updating every minute. So you should see updates to your account page within minutes after you start mining.

6. Automatic Database pruning implemented for better performance.

Thanks,

ETC the chain of hackers and thief's? so they deserves such warrantless attacks. Sounds like a manifest destiny mindset. destroy the ETC savages because they are not like us. You are right, ETH showing its true colors.
