Give aways will be launched as pools are up and running and I have written  a mining guide.

It's already in the pipeline   we had a problem with latinum, but should be here tomorrow,  watch this space

That would be cool for a block explorer!

Getting it on GitHub is not a problem.  but I fail to really see how it creates a massive advantage to just having the source somewhere else. Being a very new linux convert, maybe I am missing the point of GitHub. To me it's just one more username to remember!

 But if you want it, sure we can arrange it. 

Does anyone want to make a Pool that should be our next target!   

And anyone have good ideas for bounties ?

Also we have purchased the 2 domains,  darsek.org and federationcredits.org.  If anyone is interested in hosting a domain we can point the nameservers to your host.  I was thinking of running a small bounty for domains.

The idea is to get a support base from outside the crypto world!  And to get onside the forum owner.  I understand your point though.  It will be considered.

The Federation Credits UFC givaway was pulled from the trek forum. Someone is in negotiation for them to let us post there. I have no idea what the outcome will be.

If you have a great idea how to use this premine then we would be open to anything.  Give aways are good,  but for 9 out of 10 it's just exchange fodder!  Of course the 1 million premine will make us lower down the queue for exchanges.  I hope the cult of startrek can help us gather momentum.  

Yep Block 1 was 1 million.  the breakdown will come.  There has been a large amount offered to a trek forum.  As the original post was closed.  There will be bounties for services.  I will do a running total just not yet as there are not concrete plans.  Give aways / services etc.

They alternative was to rely on donations.  But as we all know, miners are usually in it to make money and the margins are everything.  Coins that rely on donations succeed if they are very active at fund-raising. And the whole donation idea is flawed in that some people will donate and others may mine for years without giving a cent back.

It's pretty much impossible, Even if countries start to ban it,  all that seems to do is get more publicity for BTC and the others.  BTC is woven into the internet now and it's only a matter of time before it takes over from paypal as the chosen method of payment!

It has so many advantages over other forms of payment! It's not perfect but it really does hold it's value well.  The price will level out now and fluctuate on the next round of asics. The 6000GHS cards will hit the streets in Jan  if BFL are on time

This will cause the price to drop but it will soon recover!   but as for $5 ....  it's never going to happen.  Ever !
