I noticed HYIP in the poll, definitely not the wisest idea I'm not saying all.. but most of them end up being a ponzi/shut down. As for mining if you are a beginner and don't know what you're doing then take the time to learn about it or start small. But in my opinion the best source would be trading/holding you don't even have to be a day trader just a couple of trades per day can increase your capital and It's normal to lose $ during trades just learn from your mistake and try having more patience also if you don't want to trade even short-term hodling can have great returns.

Not going to lie you have a nice theory going on there with previous prices and btc growth, however there are a few things you need to keep in mind that play a role on price increase which are: Supply and demand. One of the reasons that the price of BTC sky rocketed this year is because a lot of new people entered the field of cryptocurrency which is great and with all this `new money` coming in the price of BTC increased for it to reach 1 million a lot of `new money` would have to come in on a regular basis! It's not impossible but rather unlikely maybe 10times the current price. Still very hard to predict.

Yup it was a matter of time tbh, I'm glad it's not increasing rapidly slow growth is always nice I wonder what'll happen on xmas will people sell off to get gifts to their family/close ones? or will they get money and buy more bitcoin or both?

Yup as soon as coinexchange wallet gets fixed expect a fall in price hopefully it won't be that bad.
Also I noticed a lot of POSToken supporters still wear the POSToken signature to help promote would be cool if we could get updated signature codes that include the Lending part : )

Happy to see BLUE in coinexchange, BLUE is definitely on the right track, what's really impressive is after the significant increase in price today up by around 50% everyone is still holding which indicates there is a strong community of believers in the project! can't wait to see Blue on more exchanges

I agree probably 12-13k by the end of this year, still worried people might sell off at Christmas.

My guess is hitting 10 000 was a milestone for a lot of people and it went as high as 11.5k+ earlier today then a whale sold off or something and here is the problem with a bunch of people who own a % selling.. they create a snowball effect and others panic and get scared and start selling. How low will it go? No one knows as for long term hodlers you have nothing to worry about : ). So just hold

Segwit getting cancelled did show in the price, as it shows that Bitcoin can overcome, and other forks don't really effect the price of bitcoin. I think the reason It's increasing is a snowball effect people see it rise and buy in. Also usually the reason it would go down is bad news and no bad news recently. 

To me It's more of the percentage of max btc supply owned. For example 0.00001 *21mil = 210
Therefore I consider anyone with over 200 bitcoins a whale and if a bunch of whales do take action at once it will most definitely have an impact on the market! Also an important thing to notice is that these actions are usually followed up by a snowball effect and if It's price starts increasing then others notice and hop on the wagon..

Eventually it is going to reach 40k no doubt, but in 2018? It's possible but with all the new money thats been coming in this year bitcoin will need a lot of new users for it to reach such a high market cap. Nonetheless I wouldn't be surprised if it hit 50k or even a 100k in the next few years. If there is anything I've learned it's that bitcoin is far from predictable.

Just because Bitcoin is more valuable than Ethereum doesn't mean we should underestimate the power of blockchain technology that has a lot to offer.. Just like bitcoin the value of Ethereum increases and tbh Ether increases steadily and bitcoin just seems too good to be true. heh

It's rumored satoshi owns over 1 million bitcoins, but even if he/she/they got discovered the total supply of bitcoin is 21mil and 1mil is still less than 5% of bitcoin a dump of 5% wouldn't really "Kill" bitcoin.

Whole point of bitcoin is to eliminate the middle man, but if it were the case it would be a less interesting project as the centralized party.. I like bitcoin since it has that anonymity factor and decentralization makes it way more secure and reliable : )

Alts on separate block chains don't stand a chance. However hard forks could be a bit troublesome for bitcoin and might compete with bitcoin like if segwit2x passed would have been a problem without the replay protection.

I invest into cryptocurrency and trade crypto to ultimately get more bitcoin which I hold, sounds boring but It's fun
Also worth mentioning HODLing is way easier than day trading as it requires less effort :p
