HashFast is being sued

San Francisco-based HashFast Technologies is facing a lawsuit based on its failure to ship its miners on time.

The issue in contention is clearly the price of bitcoin since it has risen so dramatically since July. According to the Bitcoin Price Index, the aggregate value of bitcoin was quite low at that time, bottoming out at $66.34 per BTC.

HashFast had guaranteed Baby Jet miner shipments by 31st December 2013. Since it has apparently failed to do so, customers who pre-ordered in July are demanding refunds in bitcoin. However, the company is adamant that they have been shipping.

Please recommend a cheap, but good quality semi or fully modular PSU.
I'm currently looking at Corsair CX600M, but it only comes with 1x PCI-E cable with 2 connectors, which might be dangerous.

Have you checked out the wasp project? They are working on pcb that works with variety of chips.

So far I have one working over a hardwire ethernet connection - I see no way in the MinePeon settings to set up to work over wireless, which is my preferred option.

Edit one file and it'll do 200, easy.

Why would they Photoshop a floating laptop? Unless they use the same guy who does North Koreans PR images.

Even if hashfast_cl isn't around anymore responding to random dribble and reporting every post, there are still likely some users looking for hashfast info who have to flag these useless and completely off topic posts.

I did not fill out their USD refund & release form and did not request this. Getting so tired of these games.

1 we made mistake at first , honestly we don't have 500 units in stock , but at the beginning , we evaluate the situation we can produce 100 units a day , so we said we have them in stock, but after that , we encountered some problem.

the first is we don't have enough people to do this work .
the second is we have no experience before , so we have no idea which components we should prepare more so it lead the third problem
when we are producing we don't have enough materials to do this .

2 we can't change shipping dates to 1.5 week , we actually have delay , but until now we didn't delay more than 7 days  , I don't wanna cheat anybody , if I really want to cheat you or just want your money why don't I just leave , just walk away , we already have bitcoin , maybe eventually we can't get the money from paypal , we can also get a lot of bitcoin , and why don't you think in another way , if I want to cheat you , I can say only accept bitcoin , in that way, you can't find me , and I can just disappear , but we use paypal. and if I really want to cheat all of you , why do I write this
