As I mentioned in one of my previous posts, USA is one of those countries which favor illegal immigrants over legal immigrants. If you apply for a legal visa, you need to wait for 3-4 years to get a hearing. An easier route is to travel to Mexico and then jump the fence over Mexico-US border. Every year millions of illegal immigrants take this step. Now I don't know whether the Americans will ease visa rules for the FIFA World Cup of 2026. If they don't do so, then I don't expect a large attendance from third world nations such as India and Indonesia.
Yes, this is true, but there is a logical explanation for this - many residents of third world countries after entering the United States will "get lost" and stay there illegally. By the way, I don’t know how it is now, but earlier, for everyone entering the US legally, vaccination (from covid) was mandatory, and for illegal immigrants who crossed the border and demanded citizenship/asylum, there was no such requirement  Thus, it was safer to enter the US illegally. There are many people who think letting America host the 2026 world cup was a wrong decision and that they will have problems visiting this country to watch the World Cup games but I disagree and I think since America got the experience of hosting other great tournaments, they won't disappoint us and we are going to see a better world cup than what we saw in Qatar. I don't think any other country can organize the World Cup in such a brilliant way in Qatar. The amount of money and initiatives they have spent around just one football world cup is not usually seen in other countries. Qatar finished the 2022 World Cup in good fashion. It is not possible to enter America as easily as it is possible to enter other countries. When the World Cup is held in America, I hope that the American government will stabilize the rules for the World Cup visitors only. Is that the only basis for a World Cup to be hosted greatly? I don't think so. Yes, it's true that Qatar has poured so much resources just to build the much needed stadiums to cater the people who will wanted to see the games live but that is already expected because they are a Petro-country unlike any other countries that have hosted the World Cup before, and in-terms of money, I think it's already a fact that nothing can beat what the Qatar did but you'll see soon if Saudi Arabia can get ahold of the event by being a co-host because I bet they can host it in a way more luxurious manner. That's true the visa policy is still a big question mark as visa are difficult for America and Canada and don't know how they'll ease their policies because that's the fact that people from third world countries can try to stay there illegally or other reasons . I know financial knowledge is very important, but it's not wrong if I have to look for it myself on YouTube, even if I get it for free or learn from my own experience, which I think is more effective. because compared to where it is difficult to get money, 1 billion will be more difficult to obtain than that education. we can set aside part of that one billion to get what business we want with investment and research.

In the past I would have opposed the OP's idea but having been in the business world long enough and gotten the opportunity to interact with multimillionaires I agree with your argument. One of the richest men in my country came from a generation of industrialist who thrived on monopoly. They lobby the government and crush whatever competition they face. He is rich in billions of dollars and luck played a role. How? First, he came from a very wealthy family which served to position him to achieve success in business. Second, he is lucky to always have the government on his side against competitions.
Yes you have point there are some people who jnherit success like money and bank balances they don't have to work hard for that and life is a piece of cake fir them. They are born with a silver spoon in their mouth but there are few people who have to earn everything on their own they are self-made people who works hard to achieve everything in life . Recently I have had numerous reunions with Uncles from my extended family. Some of them are successful businessmen for decades. They built their business from nothing and are living quite a comfortable life now. We had long conversations about life in general, including their key to success. I knew very well that they have been hard workers ever since I had a memory so I would contribute their success to endless efforts. However, one thing they had mentioned in common was luck. They believe pure luck made them meet and grasp those opportunities and become successful rather than their smartness and efforts. I've thought about this before and couldn't agree with this more. As for people who achieved financial stability and some grade of prosperity, this is more about dedication and being smart (as you correctly mentioned). Well, my mother taught me to work for myself and the same goes for the female members of the family. We do not depend on anyone else to be "rich"... because that puts a hook in you. There are no guarantee that "money" will bring you happiness, so people should rather get married for "love" and then work hard together to build wealth. It is so sad that people are becoming so materialistic and that "money" becomes so important in people's lives.... just enjoy life with someone you love.  That is why other females marry an old, rich man so that they become rich and can inherit all of the things that the old man owned. Those kinds of people are really desperate in life, for sure. Even in our family, we thought to work hard and make yourself rich, not find rich people, because for sure, if you are just after money, life is very frustrating. Yes, you do have money, but you don't love your husband or wife. This mindset is very common now although this is not right to have this approach to life and to start a new chapter just on basis of money is totally wrong . At the end of the day money can buy anything, really. The whole purpose of FIFA is to maximize their revenue through ticket sales, sponsor deals, broadcast licenses, merchandise, etc. Decisions will be made based on dollar values, that's for sure. I am personally still convinced that the next World Cup will not be able to host like Qatar. Because Qatar is a very rich country with a lot of money, and they have shown the whole world how to organize the World Cup in the best way, and I believe Qatar's World Cup will be the best in history. The money they spent on the world cup was a lot but on the other hand, the world cup we saw in Qatar was not good for the people who visited this country to watch the games because of many rules in Qatar also in Qatar there were many workers they died because of the hard work for the world cup and building the stadiums. I think Chandika Hathurusingha, the current coach of Bangladesh, is playing the biggest role behind such a change in Bangladesh. Because since he joined Bangladesh as the new coach, Bangladesh has started playing fearless cricket. Before that, Russell Domingo has been serving as the head coach of Bangladesh for a long time but he was not able to contribute well for the Bangladesh team even though he was hired by BCB with a huge amount of money. I never ever thought that Rashid Khan can also bat, I never expected him to bat so agressively. It might be because of money or it might be because he loves to play in IPL.
He was always good with the bat, he did show his hitting abilities in BBL so virtually no doubt about his recent bravado. Although i do have a reservation about his last inning in the context of match and MOM award. The match was already lost when he came to bat and it was more like stat padding when you have nothing to lose, that's how i took his last night inning which was a blinder and crazy af. Rashid Khan last night performance was really mind blowing although he knew they couldn't win the match still he tried till the last ball and scored some really important runs if the player next to him have contributed a little things would have been different. Mumbai Indians were good overall that's why they have won the match. |
