the ERC20 structure doesn’t even specify the “symbol” field". It is not something that defines the contract – you can name it “UTNP” (preferred) or even maybe something like “Universa” if you’d like, it is just the title you can give to your contract for your own convenience.
Anyone may create any contract and give it any possible title, it is the feature of Ethereum and ERC20 contracts – the only what really matters is the “token address” (which specifies that this is indeed our contract) and the “decimals” (for proper floating point mathematics). The tokens with different contract address are not supported by Universa as its own UTN-P tokens, now matter what symbol is specified for them.

just like BTC spamming txs, if you were willing to spend enough GAS (or encourrage many users to spend a little, eg kitties) you can kill the network, this is also why universa have such high end node specs and will only allow nodes to be run by people with some experience in server management and dynamic scaling, however they implement it, eg containers, VM's etc

This was my original question - Guys, I have a question. HQX is now on EtherDelta exchange but no one has been allocated tokens yet, so who decided the price at 0.0018 ETH which is what HQX is selling for on EtherDelta. Did admins themselves set the price and started selling? Also I see not much trading activity happening there, so you could wanna sell it for 0.0018ETH but no one buying it. Maybe if someone could explain me this as I am confused!!
