For 90% of people 90% of the time they just want to look at a simple payment page and other stuff should be hidden behind tabs and menus etc imo.
Qora could have the same issue at some point as features are added.
Simplicity in sending payments is what has attracted to people actually using Bitcoin I think in these days of hassle with banking online and generally.
Exactly...I think my point, regardless of how the "look" turns out is to provide a design for scaleability in mind, whether options are hidden behind tabs or not. We can work on the look but qora is going to lead the way in 2.0-3.0 technology so I think we should have a platform to vision how new options fit into the client, the end product that most new adopters buy into. I like simplicity so agree with being able to hide certain less-used tools and have them available when needed...wish I could program :-?

Revenues collected from ShareXcoin is divided into 100,000 parts, those parts are called FeeShares. There are only 100,000 FeeShares available. Each FeeShare will give the FeeShare's holder 0.001% revenue from ShareXcoin. revenue will be paid periodly every 6 hours. Payments are all in Bitcoin and are credited directly to the FeeShare holder's account.
How will you be transparent to shareholders regarding total revenue for each payperiod? Edit: Feeshares will only be available for purchase on Sharexcoin and will they be tradable?

Looks good. I wonder how easy it would be to implement though?
Would be great if the client could have this design from the start.
I hope we can have a wallet that opens very simply like Bitcoin wallets do, and not the NXT way of having a web-browser wallet.
Creating a custom design takes a lot of time if you want to make it work properly with java swing. At this point I prefer developing the core and features instead of developing the GUI. dzarmush's draft looks like a good start...well done. Something along the lines of wesleyh's nxt client (1.0.0) would be ideal imo...it's scalable and looks really sharp. Maybe we could attract wesleyh to qora for his next project? - the client will come once the core is developed, it's good to know qora is focused on that.

Can any explain briefly the posibilities that the AE will bring? I mean, a easy and clear explanation for the crypto-average-joe (i.e. me). What will a user be able to do only with his NXT client?
Nxt Asset Exchange The Nxt Asset Exchange is a peer-peer exchange built into the software allowing decentralized trading and eliminate trading fees. The Nxt Asset Exchange will allow trading for almost any currency and for almost any commodity. This feature is based on the "colored coins" concept. Since the blockchain provides a trustworthy record of transactions, it can be leveraged to provide a record of trade of items other than Nxt. To do this, Nxt allows the designation or "coloring" of a particular coin, which builds a bridge from the virtual crypto-currency world to the physical world. The "colored coin" can represent property, stocks/bonds, commodites, or even concepts. As a result, the Nxt Asset Exchange could be used to trade almost anything. Now your face should look like this So am I correct to say that I will be able to trade bitcoin for dogecoin, for example, on the NXT AE, using wesleyh's client and NXT as tx fees? Or NXT must be the currency of exchange for dogecoin?

Here we go again. How would your fairer forging system work? What about cutting upper limit of forging power at couple of thousand NXT? Then the large stakeholder splits his account and still forges most of the fees. Get rewarded by letting a node run in general. Not according to how much nxt someone possesses. Maybe also cut forging power at an upper limit. *snip* This is what a lot of people wanted and that led to Jl777 creating Nodecoin. That opened another can of worms Some thought this was good, some thought it was damaging. (I am watching from the sidelines as I have been through this discussion a couple of times but I think it is important to go through this as many times as needed, otherwise people's gut reaction is to think the whole system is skewed to 'the rich'. Rather than it being pretty much a necessity, as Proof of Stake is how the blockchain is secured. The value in Nxt is what it can do and what is promised in the future, not how much someone can get out of it before they move to the next coin. And I am not accusing anyone of this ). "Getting rewarded by letting a node run in general" is what led to the implementation of Nxt Horizon (NHZ) (NXT fork) which rewards nodes each day 666 NHZ through its automated server bounty system (SBS). Over the past month, nodes have increased to 200150+, creating a stable network through incentive....We'll see where it goes. I am not a NHZ dev but have been watching closely...they are selling coins currently to help development. The open account system and public ledger appear to be transparent and legit. The SBS should sustain the security of the network for 3+ years as nodes continue to increase.

Looks decent. And what is a total coin number?
Sr Member? OP dude.shortcut: 10M - could be good return if the dev would turn up and start this show.

BTER usually doesn't add a coin on launch. Poloniex is the only best option. It has got quite a large number of user base. It has got NXT and NAS already listed. so adding NHZ wouldn't be difficult for him
Polo's NXT volume is laughingly low....I think we should shoot for BTER (and Polo as a second). I've used BTER for my NXT trades without hitch (but their fees are a bit high).

XLT, Is launch a go or not?

Yea, I'm 50/50 on whether CPL is legit (and that's being optimistic)...I haven't been able to access the online wallet for over a week.
Sounds like hollow promises...hope I'm proven wrong.

Is this mining the same as Vertcoin setup with cg-miner (adapted)? Or Ultracoin cg-miner with patch?

I missed the 2009 bitcoin train....and so did thousands of new (post-2013 to present) crytpo-addicts looking for an investment train to ride. It's important to consider that so much of the 2013 rise of bitcoin was social, regardless of the technical flaws that even bitcoin, yes holy bitcoin, can not avoid. I will not underestimate the power of social movement and NXT is drawing a LOT of attention.
