I think a good sense of purpose and self confidence i s the key

Give life my best and take everyday as if it was my last

I don't waste my life on the internet because I do meaningful writing and paid survey too.  For me I use internet to my advantage

Reduce carbohydrates from your diet, eat more proteins food, take vegetables last thing at night
