Sooner or later any system is changed by another if (or when) it becomes inefficient. It's not the matter if you personally like it or not, it's only the matter of efficiency. If something doesn't make any sense for the society it will die. This market doesn't have any sense except for trading and it's not enough. It's the sunset of unregulated ICOs.

Bounties aren't a full day job for me, so I have only one bounty campaign each time - the signature one. It's more profitable due to a high rank on the forum. For me as an investor the easiest way to understand that it's time to get out is when the main trend is broken and the price 4-10% below the trend line. Take a look at daily BTC chart with log scale. Put the trend line from the bottom on 13 Nov 2017 through 24 and 30 Nov 2017. The first sign of weakness was on 21 Dec 2017 and I got out with 50% of my deposit at 15000. The rest 50% I sold at $10k. That's it.

IMO the next bull run will come with the next BTC halving. There were 2 halvings before and we always got the huge bull run afterwards. What bothers the market to do the same thing in 2020? Current prices are already much better than ATHs, but I think that we'll get even more sweety price levels in 2019. Yes, there are a lot of real SHITcoins, many people have lost many-many-many funds during 2018. But try to take the positive moments of the last surge and recession. So many people were involved to the crypto market. Perhaps some of them won't get back here, but I think that most of them will. And they will invite another members to this market. Not only invite, but also teach everything they know. Step by step, piece by piece this industry becomes more and more close to the mainstream. One day the black swan event will happen and crypto will become the only way out for the whole world.

It's funny, but I should agree) It's true, especially for newcomers without any experience in trading/investments. I fully believe there will be another cycle of the bull run. Perhaps it will be much bigger due to worldwide economical crisis. The only thing we should do is to be strong and patient till that time and be ready when it starts.

Zilliqa is one of few projects which have a good activity in github and social media even during this bear market. It's currently at -90% from ATH. It won't go up against the market and I expect one more bottom in Q1 of 2019 so I'd like to have at least -95% dropdown in USD to get in.

Yes, I often made such decisions before. Especially at a time when I was a beginner and did not understand the full scale of the crypto currency. It is very difficult to guess what will be the price of ЕТН after a few years. It's hard for me to guess what its price will be in a few months or even weeks. But we can assume that the crypto market will continue its growth and prices for the most popular coins will grow significantly.

I don't believe that ETH has a competitor and that it will appear in the near future. If EТН had a competitor, then today it would have been on the third place in the list of volume of capitalization. ETH is the leader among alternative coins.
