81  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: HOW TO STOP HACKERS TO HACK YOUR CRYPTO WALLET on: September 01, 2018, 04:13:51 PM
Hackers are a great problem at this time. No one can hack wallet if sensitive information such as private keys, password and mnemonic words are not compromised. And do not use the network or the internet which is unclear because they might use the network to hack our data. The golden rule remains " keep your private keys secured".

That's why the best solution right now, would be to use a cold storage wallet (like a paper wallet) with keys that had been generated offline for greater safety. There's no need to worry about bugs or issues here (unlike a software wallet), except for the physical security of the wallet itself. I've done this and have my cold storage wallet stored in a place no one would ever investigate for complete peace of mind. Cheesy

the big problem in most people nowadays is that they can't afford a cold wallet they can only afford to use free online wallet where they always store a large amount of tokens or coins
82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are old coins no more profitable on: August 30, 2018, 02:12:59 PM
The thing you should consider is that is the coin development team are still active and still innovating?
or not? if you can see that there is still development then the coin is still profitable like bitcoin the development of bitcoin is very active that's why it is still profitable.
83  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coinbase got hacked??? on: August 26, 2018, 01:35:17 PM
it looks like your account has been hacked, it's not possible that coinbase which is the big platform is hacked, because coinbase usually performs maintenance regularly.
I don't think your coinbase account has been hacked, but the beginning is your hacked email, where hackers know that you have a coinbase account, after that the hacker forgets your password on your coinbase account, and changes the password, and to eliminate the hackers delete email enter from coinbase because the hacker has full access to your e-mail, so please be careful, I often experience this, even my relatives also

or maybe his/her browser just crashed and have an internet problems that's why scripts aren't loading and if I think coinbase will get hacked it will be on the news everywhere because it's a big company.
84  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: HOW TO STOP HACKERS TO HACK YOUR CRYPTO WALLET on: August 26, 2018, 01:33:23 PM
I also believe that this method I've mention will not stop them but in a little time you can prevent them from getting all the things that you work hard to achieve this is just a first aid to the hacking incidents
85  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Legal ransomware ? on: August 26, 2018, 01:31:42 PM
instead of paying money or crypto for encrypting your files and making it secure you can learn the basic programming and make your own free software to encrypt and secure your file if they are getting money from you this is useless there are free and open source software to deal with

90  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coinbase got hacked??? on: August 26, 2018, 12:39:22 PM
Yesterday, I logged into my Coinbase account after a long time and ... It's empty,

I have a small amount BCH and BTC there. 2 transactions were just made and sent all my BCH and BTC to somewhere.

Before that,  I did not recieve any email, or 2FA SMS.

Now I lost all and dont know why.
I think you have not activated it long ago. Everything seems to be down and the hackers are easily invaded. Most investors often lose their money because they do not often check their wallets.
I advise you to check your wallet every day to avoid any risk.
Checking your wallet everyday will only permit you to know the exact date the loss occurred.  Checking your wallet everyday doesn't prevent the hacker from getting your money.

yes that's will the only thing you can do but to prevent hackers from hacking your account make sure that you are careful enough and secure your devices and networks because once this things got compromised then your account is not safe anymore

yes the golden rule in crypto world always need but there is also a rule in the cyberspace make your network secure and your computer safe because hackers are getting smarter and smarter everyday they will do anything for the sake of their agenda.

93  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: HOW TO STOP HACKERS TO HACK YOUR CRYPTO WALLET on: August 23, 2018, 11:08:54 PM
The risk can be reduced if:
- Create complex passwords (at least 12 characters);
- Change passwords every month;
- passwords should not be readable (name, surname, phrase);
- the password must have Latin letters, numbers and symbols;
- create a paper wallet;
- purchase a cold wallet;
- do not use mail.ru;
- Do not click links in the advertisement;
- Do not click links in messages;
- do not use sites without checking their officiality;
- do not work without antivirus.

It depends on the scenario there  were various havking methods whether you have the most complex passwords in he world you will be easily gt hack

I've done it like the tips that you explained. To add tips from you, you should use a device such as a hard wallet such as Trazzor or Ledger to make it safer from hacker attacks.

yes you are right using hardware wallet is the most safe way of protecting  your crypto but not all coin is supported by hardware wallet too

99  Economy / Speculation / Re: BITCOIN is useless!? on: August 18, 2018, 09:07:04 AM
there is no possibility to bitcoin price is going to be zero,its just bill harris prediction and predictions are not always right everyone has their own opinion,i believe  bitcoin prices will improve in future

yes you are right this just an  opinion of one person against the community this comment will do nothing because the power of bitcoin is on it's  community and it's believer.
100  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: HOW TO STOP HACKERS TO HACK YOUR CRYPTO WALLET on: August 18, 2018, 09:04:57 AM
True. There are everywhere. You might not even know that filling out Google forms can actually mean that sometimes you are giving out wallet information so they can actually steal it

as long as you don't give your  private keys and password to the google forms you are safe and also not downloading malicious software that will help.
