Kenshin, go back and read through all your posts, hopefully you will be able to see how much of a dickhead you are being, it's a long shot but we can always hope.
He is unable to do this as he has deleted them, to cover his track's

Calling NineLives a scammer, rogue trader etc
Slander (make false and damaging statements about someone) is a civil offence, which if NineLives want to could persue in a private prosecution (for compensation) which I doubt he will as Kenshin is not worth the trouble.
82  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: MiningHardware.co.uk - WORLD WIDE SHIPPING on: January 30, 2014, 09:16:33 AM
so when will the 120GH/s units arrive?  I didn't see a schedule or guess as to when that unit was to appear....

any guess on price?

NineLives, can't believe your patience and willingness in dealing with someone who is obviously litigious and juvenile.

Hey,

120ghz is end of life and we won't be getting any I'm sorry to say.

And thank you for your comments.   I work my ass off to make this work then people like him try pulling me down.  I've been in business long enough to handle it I suppose.

PS. Believe it or not, Kensin was a nice guy but these childish tantrums kick in.  God knows what started all this.  I think it might be Willids firmware find that took his glory or something. He has done this to himself.  Oh well.

Yes, I think so. Because he couldn't scam us with his 'custom' firmware, which just was installing another package and asking us 0.1BTC, he tried to blame you for scamming him.

You are so blind. You don't even know the whole story. He has broken a business contract with me. All support of MiningHardwares are done by me. I get paid to do all of them. He then void the contract and did all the support himself.

He took the exclusive of the firmware I provide him. Each one of you who want the firmware upgrade who purchased from him. Just need to contact him, and you get your firmware for free. Who is scamming who?

If you firmware worked how comes all you could prove where screenshots of 5's after it started, I had asked on a number of occasions for more screenshots but was ignore. If you had not removed your posts then you may have had more credibility but you F**ked up and even made it look as if you have something to hide no anyone else. So I suggest you take your attitude, whining and whining and speak to someone who give a F**K.

Now have a nice day. (Ignore button pressed)

Also the most important things all of you have forgotten. I, Kenshin never purchase any miners from MiningHardware.co.uk on this forum.

Someone else with a real name, a real person, with a real address, had purchased 2 miners from mininghardware.co.uk.

NineLives is not called NineLives in the real world, he is only this person on this forum. Everything that have been written here are the work of Kenshin.  Cool

IP Address is logged with the ISP and by law they have to keep a record of them so if you want to go that route Good Luck.
84  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: MiningHardware.co.uk - WORLD WIDE SHIPPING on: January 29, 2014, 02:40:29 PM
Kenshin reminds me of my cousin, I once GAVE him a graphics card for FREE, he decided it wasn't good enough, so flashed a new firmware, overclocked it and fried it. Then came back demanding a new one because the one I gave him wasn't good enough.

NineLives has the patience of a saint, I'd have told Kenshin to do one, I doubt his lawyer threats are anything more than hot air, anybody dealing with legal action goes about it like a regular civilized human being, not spouting nonsense and trying to clean up their admissions on a forum.

Careful he will probably accuse you of been NineLives lover, or NineLives on another account, If I could see holes in Kenshin evidence then a qualified solicitor will rip him it to bits, and since he has removed a lot of his posts stating what he has done then he has just shot himself in the foot.

(Oooh look back to page 24 again)

All you have do if things started getting sour is PM a admin or mod everything is actually still there,  just makes yourself a even more of a fool for trying cover your tracks tut tut tut!

If you are happy to have got scam by NIneLIves, then fine. I am the right for my refund.

I have been looking through this discussion and noticed a lot of your post's have been removed (I can supply you the complete pages without alterations if needed) which state what you have done to the unit(s) to void the warranty, if you do not have it in writing from the supplier that it is fine for you to alter the product then you may have a problem.

Taking you other post about the car, if you bought a car which stated it could do 54 mile to the gallon and your only getting 50 do you take it back? NO, because the figures they quote are an average. You then alter the engine to try to get the 54 stated but the car will not work, does the car dealer take the car back even though you have messed with the engine and made it common knowledge you have messed with the engine. NO.

I suggest you either :-
1. Talk to Ninelives and see what they are able to do for you (if anything)
2. Stop crying about it and get on with your life.

I can delete post if I like, this is a free country. Is there a rule on this forum, which tell you that you are not allow to delete posts?

No but IF you have seen a solicitor (like you have stated) they will need to know the full facts and the same goes for any other organization you want to drag in to this !!

Yeh, just been through a couple of pages and some of the post's which are missing are the main pages with comments on and it sticks out like a sour thumb that someone has tried to cover their tracks (unsuccessfully).

If a prosecution/claim is made then those people involved would be made to pay big style and as there is no legal aid for this type of thing now I hope they have deep pockets, but removing items shows that they have something to hide !!!

If it has been done once taken legal advice (which I doubt because you are trying to alter the facts) then it has just blown their case out of the water, because they do not understand how a forum works

Comments like this don't help when someone knows they are wrong, and I am neither just don't like to see people get ripped off.

yes the link above works

another question.
Why was this discussion on page 24 yesterday but now gone down to page 23. Someone has been removing post's.

I know who has been deleting posts, and it is tampering with evidence in what could be a prosecution/claim.
(I have a copy of the full discussion without any alteration, which is available to anyone who needs it.)

89  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Stopped Hashing on: January 29, 2014, 08:21:36 AM
My Miner will just stop mining but when I reboot the machine it will start again, is there a way to reboot a machine automatically if it stops Hashing.

I have look through the forums and got the following but it is not working

I am running cgminer 3.9.0

====
C=`pidof cgminer | wc -w`
if [ "$C" != "1" ]; then
   /etc/init.d/cgminer stop
   /etc/init.d/cgminer start
   exit 0;
fi

A=`cat /tmp/cm.log | sed "s/ //g"`
B=`cgminer-api  | grep "^   \[Accepted\]" | sed "s/ //g"`
echo $B > /tmp/cm.log
if [ "$A" == "$B" ]; then
   /etc/init.d/cgminer stop
   /etc/init.d/cgminer start
   exit 0;
fi
====

All I am getting is what is below when i look to see why it has stopped

90  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Miner Software on: January 28, 2014, 08:46:21 AM
I have my miners connect with network cables, can someone tell me if there is any software out there (like cgWatcher) which will allow me to monitor them remotely from my smart phone ?

Thanks
91  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: MiningHardware.co.uk - WORLD WIDE SHIPPING on: January 27, 2014, 01:53:14 PM
The item are not as described. MiningHardware.co.uk

Tech Clinic LTD - Mining Hardware .co.uk
Unit 2, 13 Oswald Street
Blackburn, Lancashire, BB1 7EF.
Telephone: (UK) 01254 790 990
Email: support@mininghardware.co.uk
Head Office: Mining Hardware - GB Supplies, NanGuangJieJia - Shennan Road - Futian District - Shenzhen
Support Center: Tech Clinic LTD, Unit 2, 13 Oswald Street, Blackburn, Lancashire, BB1 7EF

Claimed to all of us that there product can overclock to 230 GH/s. This product cannot be overclock to 230 GH/s. Therefore the orders we placed are not as described according to the UK Trading Standard.

If MiningHardware.co.uk or Tech Clinic LTD fail to return a full refund including the shipping it cost me to send back to them.

My lawyer will be dealing with my case, as he already looked at the whole case. And we will be taking MiningHardware.co.uk or Tech Clinic LTD to the civil court.

If anyone else is not happy that the miner they purchase from them are not as described, you can ask for a full refund. Because this miner supposed to be able to overclock to 230 GH/s. Which we all know this doesn't go anywhere near 200 GH/s.

You have stated in numerous occasions that your firmware can get it to 260, now if you have been running at that and it has damaged the machine, then tell me why you should get your money back when the T&C's state the machine should not be overclocked and it has been mentioned on this forum about not overclocking the machine.

If He fail to refund, all of you are welcome to join me for a group lawsuit against Tech Clinic LTD - Mining Hardware .co.uk. Which my lawyer already said all other people are welcome. As he has already taken up my case.

Make your mind up you have stated you where getting 260GH out of it, now you saying it does not reach 200GH, Well Mine does I am getting 210 on each when frequency is 1300 so if I overclock it (which I am not going to do) it should reach nearly 230 (Give or take 10% as mentioned on their website)

Just reading through these forums, I have noticed your posts and you removed the fans and put new ones in (a few days after getting them). Then the machine stopped working so you had to turn it off and wait for it to cool down for it to work again. Then later on in this discussion you posted two screen shots of it working, one frequency at 1300 and another at 1500 which clearly shows your machine working so what seems to be the problem.  Huh

You have stated on this discussion on numerous occasions your machines work and you have improved them by upgrading the software and some hardware (fans) and getting them running better then most which is why people have been asking your advice, by the sounds of it and reading the post you have made; it is something you have done to the machines and not a problem with the issued product, (which was not working at first but was working fully once the problem was rectified as stated in your post running at 254GH/s).

I would suggest you get your solicitor to read what you have posted before you make anymore comments.

As stated before I am doing company law at the moment and it comes down to the following;

Get your lawyer to look at the T&C's, it will all come down to when you have the email from Mining Hardware stating your software was authorised.

Is it before you declared you open the case etc or before ?

Also you have stated they are working and posted images of your machines overclocked, do you have an email from Mining Hardware saying this would also be authorised ?
93  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: MiningHardware.co.uk - WORLD WIDE SHIPPING on: January 27, 2014, 12:14:01 PM
NineLives, the 2 miners you sent me is not as described. I demand a full payment refund, which also includes the shipping it might cost me to return to you. I have consult my lawyer. and I am advised to report your company to the trading standard if you fail to comply. Also I want the refund as bitcoin.

I will send you a formal letter later, detailing the regulatory requirements which you must comply. As your term and conditions of your business does not comply to the UK trading standard.

You have already stated on this forum that they are working, and since you installed your own software that they are working better then before or is this after you have tampered with the cgminer and installed your own kernal software. The images you have posted show you have overclocked the machines, you have also stated on a number of occasions that you have opened the case then as per 4.4 of Mining Hardware T&C's you have no automatic right to a refund or for Mining Hardware to take the units back (but this is up to the each individual Company).

=====

to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you
to any products that by their nature have a limited lifespan, such as flowers and fresh food
The provisions of this clause 4.4 do not affect your statutory rights.
4.5 It is the buyers responsibility to send the goods back to base (China) or otherwise stated and as instructed by a representative of MiningHardware.co.uk. This may involve removal of main boards and parts.
======

Each Company has a different set of T&C's and by buying from them you agree to the T&C's (no matter how good or bad they seem)

This is just my view who is doing Company Law (though the OU) at the moment and has had a Company which traded for over 10 years.

As the upgrade is advertised on this forum, and is advised to upgrade to remove some bugs in the old versions then this should not void any warranty, I search this forum and found it.

(To make sure I am going to assume NineLives will comment shortly, or point us in the direction of the relevant upgrade to the firmware)
96  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: MiningHardware.co.uk - WORLD WIDE SHIPPING on: January 26, 2014, 05:20:30 PM
cgminer version lower than 3.7.2 will freezes at random intervals during mining. So my custom firmware will fix this problem in the miner. All your miner are using cgminer 3.4.3 which freezes at random intervals.  Roll Eyes

The more downtime, the less mining you can do, it also reduce the overall hash rate due to the freezes at random intervals.  Roll Eyes

You know what, forget about exclusive firmware to MiningHardware.com

I am going to sell to other people who also sell avalon 200 GH/s miners. If MiningHardware.com want to buy my firmware, I am charging BTC 0.5. I will charge other supplier only BTC 0.1

have you tried a different pool ?
100  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: MiningHardware.co.uk - WORLD WIDE SHIPPING on: January 25, 2014, 05:08:07 PM
Mine are

Target Temperature = 0
Overheat Cut Off Temperature = 70

Pool Balance(Default: Balance) = Balance

Other then that everything looks the same, if that does not work try a different pool.

Hope this helps
