Just created an account and sent a request to get BTQ listed. So far I've been trading all my other junk coins for BTQ at C-Cex.com to try and work on acculating as much BTQ as I can. Update: I received a response from Allen Byron Penner (Atomic Trade) on Aug 20 13:16 that they would not be adding BTQ to the exchange at this time. Oh well...I guess I'll have to keep giving fees to C-Cex.com for BTQ trades LOL.

Just want to update you guys on what I've been busy doing. I have setup a BitQuark MPOS pool that I will be hosting from my own server located at my home :-) I will also migrate bitquark.info over to my server. I still running tests on the pool and I should have it up and ready by the time cpu-pool.net goes offline Oct. 1st. Also I will being running the pool at 0% fee. The only fee's that will apply are 0.1% for Manual withdraws and 0.01% for Auto-withdraws. So donations via the pool's control panel will be greatly appreciated :-D
Thanks guys and keep on mining!!!

"BitQuark, The Faster Bitcoin"
I wish all coin devs put in the support you do. Can't wait for the online auction. In the meantime, I'm still posting items for sale on craigslist and backpage for Bitquark. Hopefully once enough items get posted and are online long enough when someone searches for bitquark they'll see there's real stuff you can buy with it. http://ftlauderdale.backpage.com/MiscForSale/35-black-innokin-mvp-20-e-cig-battery/27526754

I'm surprised at the lack of faucets for a lot of coins as they're a good way for non miners to at least ensure that their wallets etc are all working correctly. Here's a little I know about some coin faucets.
Bitcoin has a boatload, doge has a pretty good number. Was surprised that RDD has about 5 but one is broken. Most others are lucky to have 1.
Hmmm....could that be part of the reason bitcoin and dogecoin are so popular among non-technical people who couldn't mine even if you set up rig for them and all they had to do was flip a switch? If you're going to launch a coin please at least have a professional looking website, a working wallet (preferably mobile and paper as well), a decent block explorer and a faucet for the masses to at least get their feet wet with crypto.

Sneak Peak of what is coming int BTQ Phase II So guys & gals, keep on mining and collecting those BTQ's!!! THANK YOU!!!!This will allow anyone to get BTQ just by selling junk. I was really looking forward to the crypto fleamarket, but it looks dead so this is much much needed! I post stuff online at craigslist for the coins I'm interested in, but most people don't know what I'm talking about (I did sell something for BTC once though).

BitQuark and EBT could use more faucets!

I know someone who skins paper wallets if you want some alternate designs for them.

Binary coin was ahead of it's time. Bitquark stole the logo. LOL...I applaud bitquark for that...after all, we may despise Microsoft, but if Bill hadn't swindled DOS and created Microsoft, where would the world be today?

same here, I just split my transaction by 500 will be accepted but the succeeding transaction you need to lower it to be accepted. in the end, I end up having splitting into 500,300,200. I hope this is not normal hopefully it can be fix. Wallet v8.3.17
Trying to transfer lets say 1000 BTQ to my other wallet. Getting "Transaction too large." error. Clicking Ok shows "Error: Transaction creation failed!"
Transaction fee is set to 0.00100 BTQ
What am I missing?
Thanks
You can use the "Coin Control" feature to correct this. I will make a document with images explaining how to do this. Every coin has that issue. Real pain in the butt when you start actively using coins, but as dev said, that's what coin control is for. Basically you're sending your self money in larger sums so that the wallet doesn't try to send large transactions (in bytes, not in coin amounts). If you use P2P pools, regularly consolidate your transactions with coin control.

That's what we needed...a way to help grow the user base of EBT!

Price Update: 133.05639 BTQ = $1 USD
Not too far behind the original quark and BTQ is still in it's infancy!

Price Update: 6,102.241 EBT = $1 USD
Got a crap load of stake today (well from my tiny wallet's perspective.)

Current Price: 8,614.263 EBT = $1 USD
If a dev or op can msg multifaucet.tk they will add EBT to their faucet. I'll gladly donate some to get the ball rolling and help build the EBT user base.

Bit of a dip, and low volume, but much better than that 55,000 price over the weekend. Hope to see some marketplaces or online shops adopt it soon.
FYI, if you sell anything on craigslist in the barter section for crypto-currencies, don't use the EBT symbol or they will flag you and delete your ad. I've had multiple listings deleted because I was trying to sell for EBT (Entropybit) and people just saw the EBT and thought I was trying to trade for food stamps.
