I have a Windows VM that I use for crapcoin wallets. I use that VM to participate in giveaways and such, but I don't consider coins to be really secure unless I've downloaded the wallet from the main web-site of a coin (not just some post in a thread), and run it on either my Mac or Linux box.

i am sorry to say that you cheat me
Well, it was obvious to me what he meant. Lots of coins have had logo competitions and the bounty always goes to the winning logo, not all of the different logos submitted.

I have not read the spec.
So with 42 coin there are, 42 coins minted total?
Yes, there will only be 42 coins ever in existence. That's the gimmick for this coin: extreme rarity. Like DMD but taken to the absolute extreme. Thank goodness I participated in that giveaway where they were handing out 10 of these coins to each participant. The 4 of us who posted in that thread are now very happy.

USDE will be the next big thing because of the superb branding that's been done so far. I really think that branding and marketing is important, and should be considered along with technological enhancement.
Thanks!

Coins aren't being made because the world needs them. They're being made because people CAN make them. They're mostly being made because the coins creators might benefit, not the rest of the world.

I have a relatively new laptop (4 cores with hyperthreading) that I'm currently using for MemoryCoin2. I get about 3.5 hpm on that, and I seem to mine maybe 4-5 MemoryCoins per day.
How many protoshares could I get if per day if I mined them instead? I expect that it would be less, since IIRC protoshares are far more valuable.

I'm starting to wonder if there isn't something weird about the whitespace characters in your password...
Did you know that UTF-8 supports dozens of different types of 'space' characters? What if the Wikipedia page contained some odd space character that got into your password?
Perhaps you could let us know a bit more about the software you're using. What OS? What web-browser and what version of that browser? Maybe Internet Explorer (if you're using that) has some odd way of copying and pasting that lead to an unexpected character ending up as part of your password?
