It makes no sense to start our production machine to the fullest extent without having token holders who vote for the content being produced. It's a decentralized interactive studio.

Definitely not :-). Markus Dupree is the stage name of Aleksei Maetnyi. The screenshot relates only to the porn studio VogoV (IKAM Media and IKAM Labs), since it's in the 'VogoV: A Decentralized Interactive Porn Studio' section of the WP. As you can see in the team section, we have 3 co-founders, although one of them is anonymous at the moment. It's one of our aces in the hole which we will show when the time comes.

Please take a close look at the White Paper where you may find that VogoV has 3 co-founders, and one of them is Ivan Kirillov. VogoV and Royal Cash are the separate and different companies.

Also please learn more about Royal Cash and the situation with BrotherInCash on GFY. Miraculously you can find that Royal Cash and BrotherInCash were managed by the same company. You can also find out on GFY that there was an internal dispute that led to the separation of the companies. BrotherInCash was expelled on suspicion of theft. The posts you're appealing to are of the unfair competition nature towards Royal Cash. They were in vain and didn't affect Royal Cash at all. The major industry players work with Royal Cash: thebestporn.com/review/teenmegaworld, rabbitsreviews.com/s4247/Teen-Mega-World.htm, pornhub.com/channels/teenmegaworld, xhamster.com/users/teenmegaworld, xvideos.com/channels/teen-mega-world. Firstly, you were writing about one project, not projects. Secondly, we think the forum posts you mentioned are not credible (I described the grounds earlier). Thirdly, the fraudulent actions towards Royal Cash were found by the Royal Cash risk department. It stands to reason that the business doesn't want to be cheated and pay frauds.

I'm really wondering where you found that we were trying to deceive our future token buyers. I'm sorry if it seems to you so.

P.S. The token sale doesn't belong to IKAM Media. The token sale is held by IKAM Labs. There is a huge difference that will be shown in the legal docs.

HappyMan77, just to clarify, you're talking about Royal Cash, which is not the company launching the token sale. Royal Cash is our partner which is going to use OgoShift infrastructure and OGO coin. The content producer for VogoV studio is IKAM Media Inc., the USA company. The token sale is held by IKAM Labs, a Czech company, which will be shown in our legal docs to be published within 2 weeks. At the moment you can read about IKAM Media in the White Paper.

Unfortunately, no one can be confident in the reliability of the teams and companies in the ICO space. I think one of the best reliability indicators is reputation risks that the teams impose on themselves. In our case, Markus Dupree, Bridgette B, Rocco Siffredi, Jonni Darkko have put their well-known and reputable public names recognized in the 'porn Hollywood' at stake. I think their millions of fans won't forget if VogoV doesn't fulfill the obligations it imposes on itself. Besides, I'd like to highlight that Markus Dupree is only one Russian actor who has been recognized in the 'porn Hollywood' (no Russian actors except Markus have won an AVN award (you even can find Markus on the AVN magazine cover together with Angel White). Markus has been working hard for about 10 years to get the recognition which he has now. In case of VogoV's failure Markus may loose everything.

Unfortunately, unfair competition takes place in the adult industry all the time, especially, when a former employee of our partner Royal Cash, felt hurt after he was fired for theft. That employee acted in the interests of the BrotherInCash affiliate program which resorted in unethical methods to compete with Royal Cash. We suggest not to take these 2 posts at face value. If Royal Cash acted unfair towards the webmasters, Royal Cash would loose their market positions and reputation among serious market players.

In its simplest terms, there was a fraud alert from the risk department, and the investigation determined the fact of fraud. It is consistent with best practices that businesses don't want to be cheated by frauds.

The billing systems changed because businesses opted for a billing system that offered more attractive fees. This stands to reason.

Where are guarantees that we will see our money?
The question is unclear, since we don't claim any financial payouts to our token holders. OGO coin is a utility token. Concerning the token sale, a smart contract guarantees that in exchange for ETH, our buyers will get OGO.

It is also not clear from what you will attract profit by simply selling membership to sites?
Firstly, although VogoV is a new project, the businesses behind it are functioning and profitable. Secondly, for the first years our main goal is to take leading positions in the market by taking advantages of the blockchain technological shift. VogoV is not only a porn studio, but also OgoShift, infrastructure that's aimed to become a major cryptocurrency player in the adult industry. Strictly speaking, our profit generation in several years will be mainly based on membership subscription and processing fees. For the first few years we're going to adhere to a dumping strategy in which we specifically lower our prices/fees in order to gain an edge over the competition.

Why do you need ICO?
The token sale is just a tool and not a goal in itself.

Your development team does not look serious to create the system described in your press release

• If you take a look at our roadmap you may find that tech solutions like the merchant account, wallet and marketplace are launching before and after the 1st crowd sale round (and respectively before 2nd round). This means that the OgoShift infrastructure is already under development. If we are not capable of developing and releasing it, the market and our potential token buyers will see this. We think it's quite fair. We're not holding the token sale to develop OgoShift after the token sale. We are already developing it now.
• We have only listed our key team members. We haven’t listed every employee.
• Oftentimes people who are not public figures in the adult industry prefer to keep their involvement with the adult industry private. Besides, we don't force our team members to show their names and faces if they don't want to.
• Lastly, if we wanted to sugercoat the team member section, we would pay "reputable and experienced professionals" with "credible and sweet" LinkedIn profiles to list them as our team members. But we don't support such practices, because we find it unfair to our potential token holders.

We know that some big players in the industry are going to issue their own tokens, but not going to hold ICOs. The market anticipates to receive a variety of adult tokens. We’re going ahead. We’re developing a marketplace that’s an accumulated hub of all the lawful adult services and goods that are traded for cryptocurrencies and tokens.
