81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty hunting - work or a hobby? on: May 27, 2018, 01:11:07 AM
Well, at least in my country, cryptocurrencies are still a loophole when it comes to tax, regulations aren't thought out and cryptocurrencies aren't taxable. Honestly, the amount most of the bounty hunters earn aren't enough to tax, I mean, when it's taxed it would be so low that every user here would be forced to use multis for bounty hunting, otherwise, you can't make a living from it.

So taking bounty hunting as a freelance off-record work. Let's be honest here, some of us have switched to full-time bounty hunting from our day jobs, to be a freelance taxpayer, you need a tax registration certificate, how many of us have it here?
82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which is better, staying long on BTC or USD in this Bear Market on: May 24, 2018, 10:26:14 PM
Always stay long on the btc. When it drops, buy more. If it drops even more, buy even more. Don't be afraid of the swings, swings are there to jump more. It's basic physics, if it sways and swings more it will go faster. Faster, faster and even faster! Let's aim for the moon!
83  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to choose best ICO among many new ICOs on: May 24, 2018, 10:20:41 PM
Well, go for projects with possible realization. Without real world usage, a project is most probably creating shitcoins to make profits for themselves. If their project has aa real world usage, do a thorough research on the team. They are easily faked so be careful. Team check is always important and it may be the most useful aspect. If you trust a team you can trust any projects run by them.
84  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Starbucks is accepting Crypto! on: May 24, 2018, 10:06:06 PM
That was amazing! It's strange that I haven't heard of this Zeex before, but I surely caught it on time. This one, this one definitely is a project worth investing. I fear that I might go all in in this one... But the bounty program is lame, it's on Bancor Network is you're interested though I wouldn't recommend it as the total reward pool is only a mere 50 grand.
85  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin overhyped? on: May 24, 2018, 09:32:03 PM
Hyped? Maybe.
Overhyped? Maybe.
Overrated? Abso-f*cking-lutely.

Of course it is hyped because as a currency it has no value if it has no hype.
Maybe overhyped, because investors want profits!

And definitely overrated because there are much better coins/tokens now in the industry techwise, brandwise and so on. bitcoin has only one advantage over many other cryptocurrencies: age.
86  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is going on actually?? on: May 24, 2018, 09:22:09 PM
It's just standard up and downs. The real bull run hasn't arrived yet and ye be warned: it will hit in the most unexpected time, again. The history is bound to repeat itself. Last year it jumped to 20k from 6k... But last year around these dates, btc/usd was only 2k... Now, it's around 7k. If it repeats the steps, by the end of the summer, around autumn, it will see around 10k and will jump to 40k by mid december.

Although 40k seems like a lot, 30k is probably achievable and i'm hodling for that. If this prediction fails, i'm f*cked
87  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alt coin are waiting for movement of Bitcoin. on: May 24, 2018, 09:05:54 PM
Not only because they have pairs with bitcoin. The fact that bitcoin is the genesis for blockchain effects the whole market. Let me try to visualize... bitcoin is gold of internet, right? Since it is a material, a golden crown would fluctuate in value when gold does. I don't know the name of this effect but I'm almost sure there is a name for that. Any economy students or experts that might give it a name?
88  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Price < $3000 soon on: May 24, 2018, 08:52:21 PM
Said it before, saying it again. It is not possible, not possible at all. IF (that's a very big if) bitcoin falls under 5k, they would be jeopardizing the profits of miners. The backbone of the community miners are, really. They're not like most of you in here. They're not in here for bounties. They're not posting mindless shit all over just to fulfill bounty requirements. They are the real community of blockchain.

Believe me, you won't like the idea of getting on the nerves of miners...

Put aside 3k, even at 5k, they would be rioting. Ain't nobody got time for that.
89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think ethereum is the best blockchain protocol? on: May 17, 2018, 12:57:38 PM
Probably yes. Although bitcoin is popular & valuable, it's value comes from its age and popularity. Its system is actually really fundamental and not achieving much. Ethereum blockchain is elaborate and able to solve many problems that can't even be considered to solve in bitcoin blockchain.
90  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dumbest thing you did in Crypto as a noob on: May 17, 2018, 12:42:24 PM
Panic selling. Panic selling is the worst thing any noob can ever do. I did it as well, most of us did it as a noob. That thought me well. I guess for better or for worse, you gotta do that mistake once to see how hurting it is. After that you truly learn not to panic and act logically.
91  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Staking or Mining? on: May 17, 2018, 12:30:33 PM
Mining is not profitable as it used to be. Staking and Masternodes are still a good way though. But I guess I would put my money on bounty hunting as well. I've been making a living with this for some time now and it's been going great... I failed so hard in the beginning but nowadays, it's a breeze.
92  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH or LTC long term? on: May 17, 2018, 12:24:36 PM
I don't think LTC would be a good one for long term investment. In the big picture LTC has been very stable, didn't rise much, didn't fall much. It only ticks up and down and for day traders those ups & downs have been really good.

But in the long term ETH would prove quite profitable rather than LTC. There is a saying that goes like "Neither grown nor shrank" that explains the situation for LTC...
93  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: OmiseGo on: May 15, 2018, 10:45:07 AM
Omise go is wallet base app to transfer money. The team is from Asia, the developer team is solid and Vitalik Buterin is the advisor in this project.

realy if vitalik buterin include dev team in omiseGo this mean advisor project
i think vitalik not realeted or dev team whatever new altcoin, i think vitalik with etherum is succes
so not need join to new altcoin team

Want to learn a bit of English before going out of Asian locals? I can hardly understand what you meant and I can clearly see that you didn't understand what you read. xsaints didn't say vitalik is in the dev team of OMG, he said that he is an advisor to the project. Seems like you're posting for bounty... Read and understand better next time  Grin
94  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum SCAM? on: May 15, 2018, 10:41:58 AM
Seems like FUD, not just a simple FUD. An elaborate, complex and deep FUD invlving several users. This is outright lunacy. Don't give credit to FUDders. I am yet to learn their motives but they don't make sense at all. More the numbers and percentages the more believable it seems for most but I see it only as a smart FUD. Don't buy this everyone. And the OP can come & bite me
95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: More and more airdrop is a lie, on: May 15, 2018, 10:25:24 AM
Stop this already... "Airdrops are for shit projects"

This sentence have been circulating around since last year and it is true. Stop to joining airdrops and they will disappear. No matter what we talk about in here, you still go and sign up for airdrops. A real project with certain use and value wouldn't even need bounty campaigns. Airdrops are even worse and most of them doesn't really pay. Even when thay pay, it's in a much later time and not the projected vlaue during the airdrop.

Stop joining airdrops if you want them to be ceased, you are creating the demand and they are giving you the product (not a product in this case)
96  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buy low and sell high is very tough on: May 12, 2018, 09:51:20 PM
It's actually not that hard... Just follow the market, follow the news. It's now a good time (if you missed the 6k price) to buy bitcoin ofr example... It's just dipped from 9300 and although it may get as low as 8k but now, as it's around 8200, it's not a bad time to buy, it should bring you some good profits in a few days...
97  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Bitcoin Cash will take place of Bitcoin? on: May 12, 2018, 09:50:05 PM
Bitcoin Cash can't take place of Bitcoin, I mean c'mon! There's not even a chance. Bitcoin is the stallion, it's the big bull, it's the root of all the crypto currencies. It feeds altcoins and altcoins feed it. If bitcoin dies, much of the crypto currency market will die as well.
98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A lot of newbies buying the wrong coin. Be carefull! on: May 12, 2018, 09:48:38 PM
This is just Bitcoin Cash advertisement... It's not giving any factual information, just biased charts prepared by BCH team. That doesn't feel right and it scares a little, an advertisement that doesn't look like one... Although you may be right, doesn't this topic belong to Bitcoin Discussion rather than Altcoin Discussion?
99  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin To Drop As Low As $1000 This Year on: May 08, 2018, 01:33:01 PM
Bitcoin can NOT drop below 5k. Below 5k, even the most efficient mining farm would be losing money and believe me, nobody has the balls to piss all those miners off.

On the other hand, I hope it does, I would buy tons of btc and eth then. (Since the 2 are connected ETH would drop down to a hundred bucks)

Man that sounds like an amazing investment opportunity!
100  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ask for advice on: May 08, 2018, 01:27:40 PM
BTC and ETH give high returns in very long term, if you want quick profits look for small capped altcoins. Although like most I would refrain from giving any precise suggestions, I wouldn't want you come looking for me if you lose. Do your own research, follow the robust guidelines act as an individual in your decisions. Never would put all in one (except for really rare occasions)
