I think you have a fundamental misunderstanding of how the system works.

You do not get paid for every retweet you make on the site. Instead you get paid every-time someone else retweets you.
 
It means you earn rewards passively as long as your content is getting retweeted. This is BTC the site is giving to publishers for producing content.

The other way to earn is by retweeting sponsored content. We hope to have hundreds of sponsors in the future all competing for the front page of the site. This will all take time of course.

There is no minimum time required for posting & earning!

What you guys aren't seeing is that users earn these BTC passively once the post has been made. 

You make the post once and earn for as long as it's up.
