I'm also happy with developments so far. I have my new USD and EUR plastic cards, activated them and used both at ATMs already. I also have the virtual card, active and with generous limits.
I recommend Cryptopay's cards. The Wave Crest card, which I enjoyed for over a year, is coming to an end on 15th Oct but it's good to see a new card provider with far better card features. Contactless payments, USD 5k per day/event limit, separate and independent limits for each card. I hope Cryptopay's relationship with this new card provider will be one that will outlast the short partnership they had with Wave Crest.

Some of the questions from the forum could / should be converted into FAQ You have the best customer support ever. You are able to scale 10x. Example - I uploaded my verification documents - proof of address was not right. I didn't have to reupload the passport - it remained in place... Great customer service and robust computer system. |

I've registered, sent a few bits, made a trial purchase on eBay (something not expensive)  Works like a charm. General advice - before writing RED ALL CAPS - contact support. Restart the app. See if there are any error messages, transaction stuck on the blockchain, anything really. So far my experience has been positive.
