Thank you for an excellent question and comments.. indeed many have said this to us, and in fact even suggested why would you make such a statement, some even say the things we are saying are illegal. It is because many are aiming to raise funds with no risk to them apart from the investors like yourself.. so far a lot had been invested on just ideas.. not sure about Moneypot or any others who have given guarantees in the past, I am sure that is just another digital platform idea!

We have a fully working units, and delivered projects successfully in different parts of the world and invested our own personal funds which is over £2 million over 10 year period.. but as with any growing business we lack support from bank and other sources of funding. Since we have ready to develop projects, with planning and permits, your investments will be carefully invested in these projects.

Once a project is delivered, subjected to how quickly we raise the necessary fund, we can complete the project before our tokens are even listed on exchanges. At that time, we can refinance the systems that we delivered and we will have the funds available if anyone wishes to pull out.  

Also, we are looking for long term investors.. most of the current crypto investors are short term with small amount and wanting to get huge return quickly.. which is basically gambling, and addictive. Therefore they are less likely to invest early. For that reason, we are doing private sales, by having face to face meetings and Q&A sessions and raising funds at our own pace. We are also offering managed fund services to those who have no idea about crypto currencies and ICO. Mainly those are the ones benefiting from capital guarantees.

Good News: We have gone through the 2nd round of pitching today with one of the largest environmental service company in UK, they visited our site on Monday this week.. The next step is to carry out a trial in our ecoDRYER. We have to complete it in the next 100 days. But we are looking to do so within a month.. another step closer to getting many orders within the company.

Another order to receive from Canada, for a small ecoHERO unit. The client is looking to grow the business over time. Since our system is modular, more capacity can be added later thus manage his CAPEX without having to make large upfront investment 🙂

The easiPAYER would only be launched later part of 2019, as it is a payment system, we need to need lots of security testing, therefore cannot be rushed. easiPAYER is not a trading token for profits.. it will not be listed on any exchanges. easiPAYER will be running entirely on our blockchain infrastructure, that will use less power, charges less and easy to use.

However, ORC tokens that are being sold now for raising funds to develop and grow our business. It can be traded on exchanges first quarter of next year. Still slower than many other token sales out there, but we are here for long term. Also, we want to work towards giving higher return with more mainstream marketing and creating demand for ORC tokens before we list it.

Additionally, we are looking for long term investors, as all investment needs time to grow (can you expect to pick an apple a week after planting a seed).

They have advised as that we are meeting their legal requirements, and we have to resubmit the application under different category. We are highly likely to receive the license to trade in US..

As we believe in giving protections to our investors, this is another step closer to achieving it..

To do things properly, it takes time.. and those who put trust in us to see through all these start up difficulties are the important ones, and we would like to be very grateful to... after it success brings success..

Today one of the largest environmental management company in UK visited our site. The team will present our solutions to the Board on Thursday. We will know the result on the same day where the next step is to carry our a full testing of their materials in our unit.

The purpose of test phase is to establish the amount of nutrient that is recoverable from their biogas plant, we have 100 days to complete this study - but we can do them in 30 days. Much quicker if we have proper funding.

Once we successfully concluded the test, they want to partner with us for providing the solution for their digestate from number biogas plants. It will be another massive step for growing quickly..

We have another meeting on Thursday, where we will be providing technology for producing Methanol. Importantly funding is already secured, and have access to £100 million. We have to deliver two projects as quickly as possible. This is well ahead of our schedule (roadmap). Though we have worked on this project for nearly two years, initially we wanted to start the manufacturing next year, but we are likely to bring it forward to this year.. More details to be published in coming weeks.

Finally, we are putting together a team and advisors for developing our own blockchain infrastructure project, easiPAYER. The team is expected to be formed by September/ October, but we want to start talking with potential suitors now..

This review has highlighted the fact our project is not well understood especially how our project is relevant to blockchain.

Our main purpose for using blockchain is to improve our cross-border sales and services. Currently it is easier to trade worldwide digitally but it is not as easy for providing products and services.  Particularly when comes to selling our natural capitals, such as fertiliser to farmers across the world require better financial platform that gives traceability from source to end use. We will be developing this blockchain infrastructure project.
